Wonderful collection of icons and religious art from all over Albania. Beautifully set up and a good audio guide available. Nice park outside with big trees and benches to rest on before or after the visit.

Surely a place to visit if you're visiting Korce. As I was told during the tour which held an unexpected surprise it was available in Greek it's one of the biggest museums in variety of exhibits worldwide .

I would have loved to spend longer in this gem of a museum, but I arrived not that long before closing time. The gentleman helped me set up the museum app and guided tour on my phone and very generously stayed open for an extra 10 mins. The iconography collection is absolutely incredible - not just in Albania but in any other museum of medieval art I have visited in other countries. I loved it and I highly recommend a visit if you are in Korce.
