Hi guys, I live in Cheongju. Cheongju isn't particularly interesting, but it's worth visiting. I highly recommend the 5th-floor library for students who have visas. If you're here, there's an art museum on the 4th floor and a restaurant on the 1st floor, which aren't bad. If you're lucky, there might be a performance on the 5th floor. If you have a chance to visit this city, may visit National museum. It was very well-organized and the facitily was so convenient. They provided not only all of the pamphlet but also entry fee for free. It was so helful to understand these master pieces.

A nice plaace for families to hang out. Aside from the cultural, gallery aspect, there are many restaurants and a coffee shop on the 1st floor. The top floor has a library, media center and Kids' cafe. Tickets are not neded to be booked in advance, there is no need to queue. The amenities are fine, there is a microwave, a water fountain and a diaper changing room with 2 nursing booths as well.

You can see everything for free! There are unique artworks by Korean artists. Quite and calming place.

You can enjoy a variety of exhibitions and it is not too crowded, so you can leisurely admire the works. This time I was able to see Picasso's ceramic works. This work is said to have been donated to Samsung Chairman Lee Kun-hee. I only knew that Picasso mainly worked on paintings, but I was surprised to learn that he expanded his work to include ceramics in the last period of his career as an artist. It was great to see a video of Picasso painting or making ceramics while he was alive. There is a space where you can enjoy food, coffee, and shopping right next to it, so it is very convenient to enjoy along with viewing the artwork.
