Cultural Saturday in Kinshasa National museum. you will visit 2 rooms about the prehistory, history and culture ancestral. Quite interesting even if it is short. Take a guide it will be easier and more dynamic. The museum was build by the South Korea in 2019. The building need some maintenance already,

The best museum I’ve seen anywhere in Africa. It helps that the power and creativity of Congolese masks are greater than any other I’ve seen. I was spellbound in the room with initiation masks. But the entire exhibit is professional of the first order. This is a jewel.

Paid 10$ but didn’t found anything worth of money. Couple of colorful pictures were there you can take photos and I believe they can improve a lot and place much more about their past culture which was missing. For locals they charge 2k Congolese Francs

Perhaps one of the best museums of national, cultural and tribal history in the continent. The way the exposition is organized is superb. However the amount of trash and chaos in the gardens are a pity for the beauty of the building the cultural richness it houses.

Very nice place to get to know the history and culture of the Congo. I learned so many things about the different tribes. Definitely worth a visit!
