The most central park in Sofia surrounding the NDK structure and accessible via the Metro, it has lots of monuments and places to sit, beautiful fountains and statues. This is a cool place for walking around peacefully and taking some good pictures or just relax.

There is only one word for this park - "Wow"! Those fountains are so breathtaking in combination with colorful flowers and the adjacent park that you simply have to stop for a moment and enjoy the view. Taking a coffee in hand in the summer and walking through this park always fills me with good, positive energy. It is a top tourist spot and it is obvious why. This is an attraction in itself, but just look at my photo. Pure promo for Sofia. Don't hesitate to visit!

Beautiful and well-designed park This park is a real gem – clean, spacious, and full of charm. There are beautiful fountains, gently sloped lawns perfect for kids or young people to relax and play, and even a large book bench that adds a nice cultural touch. There’s also a cozy little café on-site, which makes it easy to grab a coffee and enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt very accessible and well thought-out. Thanks for such a lovely public space!

The park and the NDK are easily accessible via public transportation, with the NDK Metro Station located directly beneath the complex, connecting visitors to various parts of Sofia. It is the end of Vitosha Boulevard, the National Palace of Culture (NDK) and its surrounding park form a perfect grand finale (or starting point) to the street. It’s a popular photo spot, with the NDK in the background and landscaped fountains in the foreground. One of the best spot in Sofia!!!
