National Park Center Thy

The National Park Center Thy is a fantastic place, especially for families with small children. The exhibitions are thoughtfully designed to be engaging and interactive. Local volunteers are always around, friendly and eager to answer any questions you might have. Best of all, admission is completely free. A visit here is definitely worth your time! There are also several small cafés and local eateries nearby, perfect for a break or snack. The beach is just a short walk away and offers a beautiful first glimpse of the scenic Krik Vig bay. A great starting point for exploring the National Park!

Beautiful coast area with many trails, heathland, plantations and coastal landscapes. Several parking areas with information and shelters.

Beautiful, quiet with areas to cook and small hut. Dunes, forest and a long sandy beach!

4 stars because it is free, small and nice. But not all the listening-parts worked and it is just 1 room and I missed more “experiences” and displayed knowledge on flora and fauna. If it is raining and you are in Nr Vorupør, it is nice place to have seen.

Definitely worth a visit! :)
