National Philharmonic

Great hall, professional and friendly staff, the concert on 17.01.2025 was amazing - symphony orchestra, choir, soprano and tenor solo and organ! Despite the challenging programme, the conductor fully grasped the scale of the event, immersing the audience in Mendelssohn's world. Buy your tickets in advance to avoid being among the unfortunates at the entrance who are patiently waiting for the illusory hope of buying a ticket before the concert.

Great experience. I liked the acoustics and overall the place seems to be well thought through. The performance itself was pure enjoyment (symphonic concert with choire)

Fantastically located, welldesigned concert hall of human size from the 1930s. The bufe is rich in choice including creamcake and different drinks. in the interval one needs to make a difficult decision-where to queue: for the toilet or for the drinks. The shop is open before the performance and during the break with fun presents and collector item cds.

Another classic performance venue here in Warsaw. Unfortunately it is placed in the center of the shopping district so it makes it extremely difficult to get parking. There is a lot immediately next door but it was completely full 45 minutes before Showtime. The facility itself is immaculate. Like many of the other performance venues it is very heavy on marble an intricately carved woodwork. Volunteers were younger and more helpful than at the National Theater. They were also extremely eager to help. Fair prices at the bars in the lobby. Coat check-in is the easiest to use in Warsaw. I have been twice in the performances have been excellent each time. Looking forward to coming back at the end of the season for Beethoven's 9th Symphony.

If you're visiting Warsaw and have a chance to see a concert here, do it. The setting is elegant, yet intimate. It's not a huge concert hall, so most seats in the balconies don't feel extremely far from the performers. The hall isn't so lavish that it distracts from the performance, which I personally enjoy. I've been here twice for the Chopin Festival, and I'm looking forward to coming back for more!

After seeing them, I thought all European orchestras must be incredible. After seeing others, that is not true. The National Philharmonic in Warsaw is indeed world class. They are the golden standard that few others will meet. There is obvious chemistry between the conductor, the leads, and the players. There were no mistakes. The tuning was absolutely perfect and maintained through the whole set. Please see them if you have a chance.

We spent a lively evening listening to a chamber music concert. If you are a tourist in Warsaw and want a nuce live music experience, try it. You can buy the tickets online and you can show them on your phone.
