National Tobacco Company Building

Now a gin distillery, this iconic Napier building is definitely worth a visit. We got an interesting and informative tour by the owner who is obviously passionate about his business and the building it's located in; and we learned the colourful history of this beautiful building. Not to mention tasted some excellent gin!

Probably the most stunning building in Napier ! The Art deco style is just so pretty and well preserved, all the details are just insane ! This was further than other art deco buildings but it definitely is worth the detour :-)

Well preserved historical building which is still in use today. It's free and only the first two rooms are open to the public. A unique art deco + art nouveau style architecture, very well worth a look.

My favourite Distillery in New Zealand. They have so many great gins and a passionate owner.
