Native Manchester

Fantastic accommodation, great location and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast as this was cold and very limited. But would return again and either make own breakfast or go to somewhere different in town.

The apartment was excellent. Very spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable. It was very clean if i had one gripe it would be the sofa in the living area waa very uncomfortable, but it didnt spoil our stay. Would deffo stay again and recommend to others Great value for money

Wow it’s gone down hill with the change of ownership. A very friendly receptionist on check out, but the evening team a bit less bothered. WiFi terrible, tv actually pixelated and would only work on terrestrial channels. Everything else is much for muchness. Was disappointed the restaurant was undergoing a full refurb when it’s barely 5 years old? Seems wasteful. And of course we didn’t pay less for having no restaurant. The old one had a great vibe. Now you go in a side entrance. Maybe they’ll improve once it’s fully changed but a word of warning on booking would have been nice, and some drinks available to purchase in the mini bar. Meanwhile this is now firmly out of my rotation for frequent trips to Manchester :-/

Check out the full review on YT Channel Stayed for 1 night. Booked the Premium one bedroom Apartment. Firstly Native contact you by whatsapp and also notified me when the room was to check in, which was fantastic. All rooms have codes on the door and you are whatsapp'd the code so you dont need a key. Building itself is the old Grade 2 listed Ducie street warehouse and its fantastic with the exposed brick and iron work. Huge lounge, bar and restaurant on the ground floor, as well as an outside terrace. Room itself was fantastic, well done and clean and tidy. Kitchen, dining and lounge area open plan but offering everything you need and with plenty of room. Bedroom was big and comfortable as well. Bathroom worked well and was big enough for 1 or 2. Shower was abit dark due to its position. Overall apartment was a little on the dark side and you did get plenty of street noise coming in as well as some noise from other apartments. Some plug sockets didnt work in the kitchen and the TV flickered alot. For the price, location and the size of the apartment. Having the ability to cook own meals then i would definitely stay here again!

The apartment we booked was very spacious, but unfortunately it was extremely dark, which made it feel quite depressing to stay in. While the hosts appear to have aimed for ambient lighting, there was only one window providing natural light. Even with all the lights on during the day, the space still felt too dark, which made it impractical and difficult to fully enjoy the apartment or get ready comfortably. Because of this, I would choose not to return.

Native Manchester is a lovely apart-hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are a good size — not overly spacious, but comfortable and perfectly functional. The facilities are well equipped, including an iron, kitchenette, kettle, and other essentials. The room was very clean, and the exposed brickwork added a stylish and unique touch. It felt cosy and welcoming, with a lovely view from the window. The bathroom was also clean and well maintained, with towels, a hairdryer, and other amenities provided. While the stay was comfortable overall, soundproofing could be improved, as noise from nearby rooms was occasionally noticeable, particularly on Saturday nights when events or parties were taking place. Overall, I would recommend it for a short weekend getaway for couples.

Booked a room at Native for my mum and I. We were kindly upgraded to a more superior room which was lovely! Great view. So close to everything for the centre of Manchester. Room was clean. Has everything we needed. Fridge, cooking facilities, bathroom things. They are refurbishing the restaurant but we didn't need it anyway. We will be back for when it is done though! Breakfast was simple for this reason - pastries, barms (bacon, sausage, vegan, or halloumi & tomato). Cereals, tea and coffee. The only thing which could have made it better would have been fruit option for brekkie. Other than that, we loved our stay!

10/10 (it's not the same 10/10 you'd give to a 5* high end hotel but for the price a definite 10/10 experience).||The building was really cool and interesting (old industrial but modernised)||Staff were super friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome. Felt like they all went the extra mile without them really needing to.||Room was great, comfortable, spacious. ||Breakfast was great and felt very good value. A level above most buffet style places in my opinion.||Price was great.||Only thing to improve was no coffee or tea included in the room, however there was a small bottle of milk in the fridge!||Would come back in the future.
