We’ve stayed here before and it was so much better. It is so disappointing to see they totally lost it! We did online check in through the link they sent us to speed up the process at the reception, but still waited almost an hour to get the keys, as there was only 1 person working at a prime time on Saturday! The stuff seemed stressed and unprofessional. When we finally reached the room, there was a damp smell and hair on the floor and pillows, towels were all stained and had marks. This is totally unacceptable but we couldn’t get any help to sort it out either. The next day, I waited for the cleaning lady to address my concerns but pretty much all towels are the same! Breakfast was poor, the quality of fresh things were bad and again there wasn’t enough stuff around. Seems like overall they reduced the costs and quality and it is not worth the money anymore, there are so many new hotels opened up which are very keen to gain new customers. Instead of adding more value, they lost what they had before such a shame. I won’t stay here again!

Had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious. While kids are allowed, there’s an adults-only pool, so it didn’t feel disruptive at all. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very poor service. Before arriving at the hotel, we called 4 times (yes, 4!) to ask that a food delivery be placed in the fridge before our arrival. The receptionists confirmed 4 times that it would be done—we even exchanged emails about it. When we arrived at the hotel, the bags had been ON THE FLOOR for over 4 hours (without air conditioning, of course). As for housekeeping: no pillowcases for the first 3 nights, and the pillows were disgusting. There was a damp smell in the room. The rest was okay, but for this price, I’m sure you can find something better!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Nativo hotel. We had the best time! |The hotel is so beautiful, clean and stylish. We were celebrating our 40th birthdays, and they made our room special with balloons and cava! |The breakfast is really nice, all very fresh and lots of choice.|How this hotel isn’t a 5 star, I’m not sure!|We will definitely be returning in the near future!

A perfect stay for our little family! We had an amazing time at Nativo. The staff were so warm and welcoming, especially towards our 10-month-old—Juan in particular made our stay extra fun! Our room was just like the photos: clean, stylish, and always tidied while we were out, which was great with our baby’s nap schedule. The baby bed was beautifully made—we didn’t even need the sheet we brought. The food was lovely, the rooftop is a gem, and the pool area is great for both adults and little ones. There’s a shallow pool that’s perfect for babies and toddlers. Also, the coffee issue we read in older reviews has been solved—Jura machines are now available at breakfast. Thank you, Nativo! We’d absolutely stay again when we’re back in Ibiza.

Really enjoyed our stay at Nativo. Hotel staff are super friendly and we felt very welcome. Our room was great - spacious and comfortable. We had a swim-up room and be aware that use of the pool outside these rooms is open to all guests...with the number of families staying at the hotel we often had kids jumping and splashing right outside our little sun bathing terrace. Catering options at the hotel were good. Location-wise, it's only a 15 minute walk to the marina and main areas of Santa Eulalia for a wide choice of bars and restaurants.

We liked the style and tranquil atmosphere of the Nativo Hotel Ibiza. The rooms are modern and very clean. The breakfast was delicious, although the selection could have been a bit more extensive for a hotel of this category.|The room was a bit cold in the mornings and evenings for this time of year.|Overall, a lovely hotel for those seeking a relaxing environment – with some minor drawbacks, but these are manageable.

Just came back from a 3 night stay and we loved in. Started in the the Basic Dreamer but we decided to upgrade to the Boheme. Rooms were beautiful and clean, staff was lovely, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel was fully booked when we were there but it still didn't feel like it was crowded in the pool areas. We will be staying there next time we come to Ibiza.
