We’ve stayed here before and it was so much better. It is so disappointing to see they totally lost it!
We did online check in through the link they sent us to speed up the process at the reception, but still waited almost an hour to get the keys, as there was only 1 person working at a prime time on Saturday! The stuff seemed stressed and unprofessional.
When we finally reached the room, there was a damp smell and hair on the floor and pillows, towels were all stained and had marks. This is totally unacceptable but we couldn’t get any help to sort it out either.
The next day, I waited for the cleaning lady to address my concerns but pretty much all towels are the same!
Breakfast was poor, the quality of fresh things were bad and again there wasn’t enough stuff around.
Seems like overall they reduced the costs and quality and it is not worth the money anymore, there are so many new hotels opened up which are very keen to gain new customers. Instead of adding more value, they lost what they had before such a shame.
I won’t stay here again!
