Dal Makhani was undercooked and well below expectations. The Paneer was okay, but overall, the food had very less spices and salt, which made it quite plain. They did prepare the food fresh, but it took around 25 minutes to serve just Tawa Roti, Dal, and Paneer. Overall, the food quality and flavor could be improved.

Best food we’ve had in Rajasthan! Nice view of the fort from the balcony. My boyfriend has a peanut allergy and they completely catered to this with very warm friendly service.

The food was very good. Lalit the owner was truly kind and we spent a lovely meal there.

Me and my friend got the Jaisalmeer Thali to share and it was absolutely delicious. The best thali we’ve had in India and easily the best food we have had in Rajasthan so far. The food was fresh and really flavoursome with lots of variety. The owner carefully catered to our spice capabilities, which we appreciated - we like spicy but not too spicy - and it was exactly that. Other places have made the food not spicy at all because they think we can’t handle any. Lovely peaceful vibe, feels less touristy than other places and away from the hubbub of the street and the fort + rooftop views - highly highly recommend.

Incredibly delicious food, and an absolutely delightful host. Great selection of thalis on lovely rooftop terrace nearby prominent haveli. A must stop on your visit to Jaisalmer!

Very good comfort food for lunch, just right after a long shopping walk in town… this was recommended by one of the other shopkeepers in town and we weren’t disapponted. Good roti, Sabzi, chawal, raita … and neither greasy nor rich. Also, the top floor occasion provides a bit of respite from the chaos on the ground.

A very peaceful spot with nice views from the balconies of the fort. Very good recommendations on what to eat from chef and owner for some great, vegetarian food.
