"A Chilean couple runs this small hotel overlooking an untouched beach on the Dominican Republic’s northern coast, halfway between the towns of Sosúa and Cabarete. They built the property one bungalow at a time, adding a swimming pool and spa along the way. **“This hotel is very good — it’s beautiful and very clean. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The shower only has hot water for about two or three minutes, which is not enough time to finish washing your hair before it turns cold. I also wanted to rest more, but I understand that hotels need maintenance. Still, I woke up today at 8 a.m. because of the noise from grass-cutting machines and people talking and working right outside my window. Since I’m staying in a cabin, the noise comes in very strong, which makes it hard to rest when you’re on vacation. The beach area could also be better — there aren’t enough chairs for the guests, and the ones available are quite old and uncomfortable. You have to carry chairs down from the upper area to the beach, which is not convenient. This hotel really deserves better beach chairs for the guests. On the positive side, the food is excellent, and the staff are amazing — very polite, respectful, and kind. The massage service was also wonderful. Everyone here treats the guests with great care and attention. Overall, everything else is perfect, and I truly enjoyed my stay.”**

I got a Lunch pass with my mom on January 1st. At first the beach was very calm, nearly empty. After midday it was full of people and with music playing. The lunch pass is a great deal for food (appetizer, main dish and dessert). The place is beautiful, very "right in the middle of nature". I wanna try their spa and yoga classes next

We went for lunch to visit! They are located inside a gated community with access to a very nice beach. There was even a young man that was doing some haircuts by the ocean! Lots of Dominican beaches are dirty with peoples picnic garbage. This was seemed a little better than most. (Note Northern beaches are much more wavy/rough then south beaches) We tried to use the spa but when I sent a WhatsApp’s earlier in the day no one replied. Once I arrived they were very busy and couldn’t fit us in. Make sure to give a few days notice if you’d like one of their extensive & amazing looking spa services! Their lunch and dinner menu is has some very beautiful options that are healthy and unique!

Spent a few days there with my parents. We did the 20 dollar day pass and it's so worth it. The view, food, and location are perfect. Our favorite part of spending 3 days there was getting to know Danny and Joel. They are so kind, positive, and welcoming, and we can't wait to return soon. Highly recommend!

Nice place and good experience if you like nature good food but they should maintain the beach clean I know all beaches in the DR are public but if put chairs on the beach for your guests then you can pick up after not just the chairs and leave the garbage behind!😖

This is a little hidden gem with no frills just pure nature and relaxation. The rooms are simple, comfortable and eco friendly. No televisions nor phones in the room which was soon ice!.The two restaurants with exceptional views are excellent and a lot of people living in the area come to the restaurant. In the morning you see people riding their horses on the beach while you’re having breakfast. The fitness classes in the temple are lovely and varied. Don’t miss out on the Sunday market which tracts lots of local artists. Lovely community, wellness and mindfulness is at the heart of it all. ||We were welcome with big warm smile by Danny and Julie at breakfast and lunch. Don’t miss the savoury salmon waffle, avocado on toast and rancheros. For lunch the Civiche is to die for plus the fish salad and trio tacos. ||Dinner is equally delicious. Dont miss the seared tuna. Steak and ceviche! Salamone our waiter even showed me a clever trick to pour wine with a napkin. ||The receptionist kelvin was amazing and gave us genuine advice on activities to do around the area.

A pleasant deviation from the usual all inclusive big resorts. It’s a beautiful hotel to get grounded and recharge. The decor and atmosphere is amazingly calming and refreshing.

Me and my partner had a lovely spa day here. The treatments were wonderful and the overall service was stellar. Beautiful location right on the beach as well. We would definitely return for the spa!
