Decent range of Organic goods Friendly staff Offers a recyclable scheme for certain items So much plastic packaging on so many items which is disappointing 😔 No bulk or loose sections to stock up on with your own bags, containers or jars

Good place to go for natural, healthy food. They also have a section with cooked food (similar to a buffet) as well as a small seating area to eat. They also have organic coffee. Overall, a good place to stop for a quick lunch or a coffee while shopping in that area.

Good selection of organic products (food and cosmetics). It’s one of my favourites shops in Tokyo. I really like the bread here, and also all the fresh food they have. It’s not cheap... but it’s not more expensive than other organic stores either.

This is a nice small healthy supermarket I recommend to add on your shopping spot. It is difficult to find supermarkets like Whole Foods in Tokyo. They have a combination of foreign and Japanese organic products. It's a good location in the central Omotesando.

When I'm in Tokyo, I look forward to going to this Natural House during lunch time for their hot prepped foods, soup, and brown rice sets. You choose and make your own combos. There aren't many choices, but the food is delicious and appreciated (hard to find decent, vegan food in Tokyo). You can take your lunch set to go or eat it at the communal table. Unlike other Natural House elsewhere in Tokyo, this place is the only one that offers hot prepped foods and soups during lunch, along with cold, packed bentos that quickly sell out in the afternoon. Not all prepped foods are vegan, so be sure to look at the small posted signs or ask for help (staff doesn't speak English well, but with Google Translate's help, you'll manage).

Vegan and organic products. Kind of pricey but you’re paying for quality here. Also nothe that prices are without taxes (8%)

GOOD SELECTION OF HARD TO FIND VEGETARIAN & VEGAN PRODUCTS FROM JAPAN & INTERNATIONAL SOURCES 👍

A great find of a food coop! Yummy organic produce and a rainbow of food.

Yelp
A lot of nice products that are organic, vegetarian, or vegan, and a decent array of prepared deli foods and such as well. That said, despite their lip service about renewable resources and the environment, nearly every vegetable and many fruits are wrapped in plastic. Plastic. Plastic. Want an individual banana wrapped in plastic? You got it. I guess you can eat the peel now since it's been sheltered from the dirty, dirty world or something. Want to dine in? Great! You can and there is a oblong table for that purpose in the back. Don't worry, though, there are no dine in plates so you'll still generate a bunch of plastic trash. I know Japan loves plastic, but you'd hope that if anywhere might care about lessening it, a place that acts like it cares like Natural House would be the ticket. Sadly, it decidedly is not.

Yelp
I appreciate their wide selection of organic grocery items and wellness books. I miss shopping at whole foods market in the US and sadly it's hard to find such large scale organic/healthy grocery stores in Tokyo. Natural house is nothing like whole foods market, but I like going there for whole wheat breads, healthy snacks and ready made fake meet sandwiches when I'm in Omotesando area. One thing I don't understand is their poorly designed "self pay" register system. It's confusing and not very hospitable. You have to pay at a cash machine after a brief interaction with the register clark who would only says "it cost money if you want our plastic bag." The line is never that long and it's not making the exit process any faster. Well, I'm sure I will keep going back, just want a little more warm and easy experience at the end of my shopping.
