Natural Pau

Had same Shawarma for lunch and was good. Ordered same again in evening via telephone for takeaway and got a burnt bread with chewy chicken. When ai confronted the person, they shunned me away. A but disappointing end to what a hidden gem we found. Hope they cared about the service to tourists.

A nice cosy restaurant, tables under a massive tree, liked the ambiance. Food was quite average, service was fine.

I ordered a vegetarian shawarma because I was going for the healthy option. I was hoping this would go well with my healthy smoothie. Unfortunately the shawarma was filled with so much sauce and cheese that I was fishing the veggies. Truly the opposite of a healthy food and it left me feel bloated and still hungry. Vegetarian shawarma should have been tasty without the sauce dripping out of it as soon as you lift it. Please make it better because I want to come back. Thanks! When the waiter came to ask if I’m finished, I explained that I will not because there’s so much sauce. He asked me if I want to take it with me at home. And then said that he doesn’t speak English. I wonder who are the main tourists in San Antonio in the summer? Oh, that’s right. The Brits. 😂

We went there for dinner and everything was delicious 🤗 we had shawarma with chicken and another one with a lot of cheese inside (can't remember the name!) and both were great 🙌🏽 additionally we had a plate with humus as a starter :) Prices are great and I loved the atmosphere there :)

Good ambience. But that’s where it ends. The food is bad. We ordered 3 pizzas and they were all very bad. Chewy and rubbery. The staff is very rude and do not even cut the pizzas. When we requested to cut the pizza they refused. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Edit - Saw the reply from the restaurant. Very racist to comment about India. I am an Australian resident and we have beautiful Pizza restaurants all over Australia that serve authentic pizzas made by authentic Italians. More than welcome to come and try some of the best pizzas in the world. We definitely requested the waiter with a PLEASE..so please come up with some better excuse!!

The shawerma I ordered was fine, but with too much sauce inside and it's quite far from a real shawerma (I used to reside in several countries in Middle East, so I'm confident in my opinion). For instance, a mayo instead of tahini, and so on. But perhaps it's a local version. On the other hand, the waiter was friendly and the ambience was nice, so I'm not putting 3 stars here.

Natural Pau offers a great variety menu with many tasty options, specially would recommend anything they prepare in their stone oven! besides food they also offer a selection of healthy fresh pressed juices. The garden ambience while surrounded by trees and greenery is very nice. Would come back!

Takes too long to get served, would go back for the quality pizza though! (we visited mid-July 2023 on our last day in Ibiza, don't go if you have a flight later!)
