Natural Retreats- Big Sky

The Last Best Chalet is a great home for a large group, very spacious and equipped with everything you need. The bedroom configuration worked well for everyone in our group and the children really enjoyed the rec room and hot tub. The location is perfect with great views and nice trails nearby with lots of wildlife to see, we enjoyed walking and ending up at the Montage for coffee. There is construction going on next door and throughout the neighborhood, but since we were out most of the day it didn’t disturb us too much.

This lovely tiny house is in a beautiful location! It was clean, cozy, comfortable and romantic (even though I was alone!) It is hard to get to in the winter so make sure you have 4 wheel drive! Beautiful views when the snow lifts!

Everything was immaculate and clean, and I am quite particular about cleanliness. The customer service provided by Natural Retreats was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The check-in and check-out processes were simple, quick, and easy. We ended up at Moondance Lodge after Natural Retreats informed us that our first selection had a hot tub that was being refurnished. Natural Retreats honored our initial price quote and worked quickly with good communication to find us a new vacation home. This house didn't disappoint and fit our crew perfectly. We especially liked the easy exit that allowed us to pack and go with no cleaning / laundry work. The ski to the mountain was a great morning adventure and a really good warmup. Only problem with the house location was getting home as the mountain signage is horrible but...it made for a good adventure every day! Thank you Brychette for all your hard work and for making things easy!

This place is amazing! Fabulous view from the upper level with an amazing kitchen and living room. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great communication and instructions by the owners. Loved our stay!

I highly recommend Natural Retreats for your vacation stay. Our cabin in Big Sky was awesome with mountain views and had deer, elk and a fox coming to visit us in the evenings.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Moondance Lodge in Big Sky just 5-10 minutes from Big Sky resort. The cabin is lovely and the views of Lone Peak Mountain and the ski resort cannot be beat! The rental company provides toiletries and soap for the kitchen, and the owner has stocked the house with ample kitchen appliances, dishes, towels, games (even a pool table), lawn chairs and a hot tub which is a welcome relief after a day of hiking. The house and adjoining property are quiet and serene. Bears visited our back porch several times during our stay. The property is right down the hill from the lovely Beehive Basin hiking trail so you have a little piece of heaven just minutes from your door. The town of Big Sky is about 10 minutes away in addition to quaint shops and local eateries and breweries. In terms of Yellowstone you are a little over an hour from the west entrance and 2.5 hours from the North entrance. The Bozeman airport is just 1 hour away. The rental agency communicates frequently about your stay so you are well informed before, during and after your vacation. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Huckleberry Hideaway. The house was amazing and so well thought out. The view feom the windows to Lone Peak mountain was so wonderful. Natural Retreat was so responsive to our inquiries and needs. We even saw deers and elks on our stay.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do NOT recommend. The hot tub was half full upon arrival and shot water at our faces when we tried to use it. Huge disappointment and would NEVER recommend using natural retreats. I called their team to see if they could do anything and they argued with me trying to tell me it was full when I have video evidence it was not. This is the WORST experience I've had a lot a vacation rental ever. RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE. Very DISAPPOINTING.

We've rented a ski house through Big Sky Luxury Rentals for three years in a row and have always been very happy with what we got. The houses we rented were well maintained and reasonably priced. Kitchens were always well equipped, which is great since we like to cook for ourselves to keep costs down. BSLR's customer service has always been excellent, and they offer some nice extras like a free shuttle to & from the airport in Bozeman.
