Natural Retreats- Big Sky

This lovely tiny house is in a beautiful location! It was clean, cozy, comfortable and romantic (even though I was alone!) It is hard to get to in the winter so make sure you have 4 wheel drive! Beautiful views when the snow lifts!

This place is amazing! Fabulous view from the upper level with an amazing kitchen and living room. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great communication and instructions by the owners. Loved our stay!

Natural Retreats exceeded all our expectations. When we arrived, the home was even more impressive in person than in the pictures. Everything was immaculate and clean, and I am quite particular about cleanliness. The customer service provided by Natural Retreats was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The check-in and check-out processes were simple, quick, and easy. I highly recommend booking with Natural Retreats for an amazing vacation experience.

We ended up at Moondance Lodge after Natural Retreats informed us that our first selection had a hot tub that was being refurnished. Natural Retreats honored our initial price quote and worked quickly with good communication to find us a new vacation home. This house didn't disappoint and fit our crew perfectly. We especially liked the easy exit that allowed us to pack and go with no cleaning / laundry work. The ski to the mountain was a great morning adventure and a really good warmup. Only problem with the house location was getting home as the mountain signage is horrible but...it made for a good adventure every day! Thank you Brychette for all your hard work and for making things easy!

We had a fantastic stay in Big Sky to ring in the New Year. From start to finish, our experience with Natural Retreats was great. Communication was excellent as we prepared for our trip, especially the document that we added to our phones' homepage. The cabin was spotless when we arrived and very well-stocked with all we needed for our stay. Text messaging was very effective with the Natural Retreats team throughout our stay. We did have a minor issue with the cabin, which was addressed immediately. We will be using them again for our spring break trip. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Alpenglow 26A. The unit was spotless and extremely convenient for skiing. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need and the communication and service with Natural Retreats was excellent. Highly recommended for a ski vacation or any other getaway where you want to enjoy all that Big Sky has to offer.

The home was comfortable, beautiful, and in a great location. Natural Retreats provided everything we needed to have a great Thanksgiving for our family of 9, even checking in on us and dropping by on Thanksgiving to do maintenance in the bathroom and drop off dish soap. They provided toiletries and kitchen supplies from their brand. Communication was proactive. Would love to visit again! Additional feedback: -The shower head in the master bath has limescale/hard water stains -The grill's propane was low -Kitchen hand towels/dish rags would have been helpful, rather than using their white towels -Washer/dryer needs maintenance: mold visible on the silicone ring in the washer, and there were handfuls of lint on the dryer

I highly recommend Natural Retreats for your vacation stay. Our cabin in Big Sky was awesome with mountain views and had deer, elk and a fox coming to visit us in the evenings.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do NOT recommend. The hot tub was half full upon arrival and shot water at our faces when we tried to use it. Huge disappointment and would NEVER recommend using natural retreats. I called their team to see if they could do anything and they argued with me trying to tell me it was full when I have video evidence it was not. This is the WORST experience I've had a lot a vacation rental ever. RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE. Very DISAPPOINTING.

We've rented a ski house through Big Sky Luxury Rentals for three years in a row and have always been very happy with what we got. The houses we rented were well maintained and reasonably priced. Kitchens were always well equipped, which is great since we like to cook for ourselves to keep costs down. BSLR's customer service has always been excellent, and they offer some nice extras like a free shuttle to & from the airport in Bozeman.
