Naturalizer

I'm a 9AA. There were only TWO pairs of shoes in the whole store that would accommodate my feet! I am not happy. I've patronized this particular store for more than 30 years. It has always been the first I go to for new, stylish shoes. Now, the emphasis is on online ordering. Because the focus has shifted to catering to the Great American Spread: wide widths. Experienced, more confident sales clerks are also missing in action here.

Love them comfort their shoes provide, but easily the worst customer service I’ve had in years. Both employees (a middle aged lady and a young girl) were incredibly rude. I loved a pair of boots that I found, but they didn’t have my size. It was 50% too, so I was pretty set on purchasing them. they were annoyed that I wanted to try them on, as If i were inconveniencing them. They didn’t have my size, so I asked if they had another color in my size. Their responses to a few of my questions and comments were flat-out rude. I stayed friendly-mannered in hopes they’d maybe help me (do their job) if I was. Nope. I was intent on buying accessories too, but couldn’t bring myself to support the store after that experience. Absolutely terrible. After explaining that I can’t buy shoes without trying them in and getting blank/rude stares, I walked out. No “thank you”, no apology for not having my size, nothing. No acknowledgment at all actually. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

I can't get enough of these shoes! Naturalizer are some of the most comfortable shoes out there today. I buy other brands but I always come back to Naturalizer because of the quality. It's difficult to find the size shoe I need because I have boats for feet, but sometimes I get lucky and they have a variety for me to pick from when I pop in the store. This is what happened when I was in a couple weeks ago. I needed a new pair of work shoes and there were actually a few different styles in the size I needed. I was happy to try on a couple different shoes and not be limited in my decision. I found a perfect pair of new shoes for work and as an unexpected bonus they were on sale. In the past I've found sandals here, and I swear by them because they are the most comfortable sandals I have ever found anywhere. They are so amazing I own them in every color that was offered. Call me crazy but they really are the best sandals. I'll definitely be back for more when the need arises.

I rarely shop off the cuff but one day I stumbled in bought something on sale and I've been loving this store ever since. Really sweet friendly staff. Lots of variety and cool styles. Comfortable. Not sure about durability but they're cute!

I would have liked to purchase a pair of shoes on Saturday, but it was obvious that the employee could not be bothered helping me find something that would fit. After I tried on two pairs of shoes, she became very dismissive towards me. Since this is the only physical store close to me, I guess I will have to rely on the website and pay more for both shipping and returns.

I had to give this place a one star, would not allow a zero star. The shoes are great, but the employee's seem to not care about their customer's. Very snobby women.
