Naturally Birkenstock / Red Wings Boots

I had a great experience here. I called ahead to be sure they had the selection I needed. Women’s size 7.5 slip on steel toe boots. Sounds average but it’s actually hard to find. A lot of places stoped carrying the smaller men’s size that I need but this store had better options for me than the actual RW location I went to today. They actually carry women’s boots with a great size selection. The store associate was awesome. When I got there she pulled 5 different shoes for me, one at a time until I found the fit I was looking for. Listening to my feedback after each one I tried on. She was patient and was able to help other patrons as I went back and forth trying on the shoes trying to narrow down my selection. Alas I found what I needed. I ended up with a men’s boot but only because they had a size that worked for me. I’m so happy I went there today.

Nice clean and fairly priced. The nicest lady helped me and made local food and attractions. Stop in and say hi to Claire! I highly recommend her

Took my Son today 12/26 to look for a specific color Arizona style, as soon as we walked in we were nicely greeted by a wonderful lady & asked if we were looking for anything in particular, we let her know exactly what we wanted, it was not on display but she looked in the back and found exactly what we needed. She was very knowledgeable and was wonderful helping us. We will definitely come back for future purchases😊

Kelsey was super helpful and informative. She took the time to explain the benefits and different types of Birkenstocks they have. Very patient with me as I was indecisive and trying out different ones. Highly recommend anyone thinking about getting Birkenstocks and want to figure out what would be best for them. My husband and I bought shoes from here. The man who helped us was patient and answered all our questions. Service is great and so is the Birkenstock selection! My husband bought a pair of work boots, and the guy who helped us took the time to help my husband find a good pair of work boots that will help him with his feet and back problems. Highly recommend this place.

Bought a pair of Red Wing's. Customer service was top notch and I got the perfect pair of boots! 10/10 would Red Wing again!

A little pricey but had a good variety for the size of the store. My husband found work shoes and I found orthopedic flips. The best part was we didn't have to drive far for once for something we really needed.

Very limited selection of red wing boots in stock. Sales lady didn't measure my feet or open the boxes she handed me. Called several times over the past 2 days during business hours. Busy yesterday and went straight to voicemail today. Not feeling like a happy customer. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Well it's been a month and I just found out that my boots are back ordered. I have been calling weekly for updates and I just found out today that they are back ordered. I was originally told it would be 2 weeks until I had my boots. I was also led to believe that my boots would be shipped on Monday of this week and I went in today for a status update. I was informed that they were on back order and that there was no estimate of shipping date. WHY DID IT TAKE MONTH TO TELL ME MY BOOTS WERE BACK ORDERED?? I am not sure where these great reviews have come from....I would guess from friends and family, not he customers. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. sAVE YOURSELF AND GO TO ANOTHER STORE.

Foot pain got you down? Invest in some Berks! Finally stopped in here after driving past this on the way to Kailua frequently. We ended up buying multiple pairs of our favorite Birkenstocks. The BEST and most comfortable shoes we love to walk everywhere in. Standard pricing you will see most places. I appreciate this place does not try to rip you off by price marking up like other retailers. It's on the pricey side ($50-$200) depending on what style you get, but we've owned pairs that last several years. Quality really matters. Sammy was the most helpful employee! Big shoutout to her as she was very patient with us while we tried on multiple shoes. She's the reason we ended up buying several pairs! We'll definitely come back here if we want more! Mike was very knowledgeable so I totally trusted him- service was great but was told that there used to be an "adjustment " time to get used to the Birkenstocks (my first pair). My daughter bought 2 pairs the day before so I tried hers and now I realize the problem - the size I was sold is too big- my daughter and I wear the same size and the pair I was sold was a size too large. I wore them out of the store so I can't exchange them but expensive lesson for me!!!

Amazing customer service. This is where I always buy my work boots every year when it's time to buy new ones. Always cheaper than buying it from redwings stores. I recommend this place to anyone looking for work boots.

If you have been looking for a Birkenstock sandal, you have to go there because they have the largest selection from every store that carries this brand. When you find a shoe store that carries Birkenstock, they are limited with sizes, style and color. So you have to check this little store that has a HUGE selection...and more comfy foot wear! The staff is also very nice, patient, friendly and knowledgeable! They can also order/mail for free from their other locations on the other islands if they don't have your size or style.

What a wonderful place to get shoes within walking distance from Kailua town. I need a new pair of sandals , when my old pair finally died in the middle of my vacation. I looked in yelp and this place had good reviews and looked like they could meet my needs. First of all , they had exactly what I wanted, a hiking sandal. The sales person could not have of been more helpful. I tried many options and finally pick out what I thought was best for me. I then walk the mile and one half back to town in my new sandals. The store is next to seven eleven and the Aloha gas station. Plenty of parking and easy access to the main road.

NO FOOT PAIN FOR YOU! Thanks to reviews from fellow Yelpers, I was directed to Naturally Birkenstock in Kailua when one of my sandals "bit the dust" after 18 years of wear and tear. Yeah, beauty is in the eye of the beholder when it comes to these iconic, well-crafted and quality footwear from Germany. But, when it comes to comfort and support for my feet, style is secondary to me as fit matters more. Naturally Birkenstock has a huge inventory of comfortable and supportive casual and work footwear. They focus on brands such as Birkenstock, Teva, Chaco and Red Wing. Naturally Birkenstock shares a parking lot in a small strip mall with an Aloha Gas Station and 7-Eleven store close to the intersection of Kailua Road and Kalanianaole Highway. I was surprised that this store isn't located in the heart of Kailua town although I found it rather easily while driving towards Honolulu on Kailua Road. When I walked in, there was only one worker and she was busy with a customer. She took the time to greet and acknowledge me as I went about browsing the shelves of Birkenstock sandals looking for a replacement. What I noticed immediately as did the customer was this worker's friendly and helpful demeanor. The customer was even surprised that the worker would "buckle" the sandals to fit her while fitting her and she had never experienced a shoe fitter like this worker. Because I usually wear Birkenstock, I knew my size so it was more about selecting a style and color. I made my choices and waited a few more moments for the other customer to complete her transaction. Lynnea was the name of this fun, friendly and helpful worker. She quickly went to her inventory and got the styles and size that I requested. In fact she said the style that I chose was so new to the store that she hadn't even gotten to finish unpacking them into inventory. So yay, she had the style, color and size I was looking for. As I was completing my transaction, I told her about my old "dead" Arizona-style sandals which I had glued the footbed back onto the sole after wearing it out over nearly 18 years. She recommended the Birkenstock repair kit for future care but I already use it which is why my sandals lasted this long. I'll be back to this authorized retailer and Birkenstock store for more of my support and comfortable footwear whenever I'm in the Windward side of O'ahu.

Small little store in a small little gas station strip mall. The store has mostly Birkenstock, teva, and working boots. I got a pair of Birkenstock for my mom but wasn't sure of the size. So I guessed and the lady said it would be an easy exchange with a gift receipt if it didn't fit. We did need to do an exchange and it was super easy to do an exchange. Pricing on Birkenstock is around $100 a pair but they also had a sale section which is rare for Birkenstock. The sales rep was nice and helpful on sizing too.

1st time in this location and had the BEST service i could ever ask for. Romy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. I mentioned i had plantar Fasciitis and she totally helped me find the right shoes and insoles. Mahalo Romy

One of the only places on island that consistently has Chacos in stock, though size availability varies due to supply chain issues. Very friendly and helpful sales staff, away from tourist hotspot areas so it never seems crowded despite the small size.

Got sore feet? I've worn Birkenstocks in the past, and now that I have sore feet, I made a trip to Naturally Birkenstock during my lunch break last week. As the other reviews pointed out, Keely knows her stuff and did a great job in helping me identify the right fit and try on several different varieties of Birks. This is not your mother's brown suede Birkenstock store--there are so many styles now!! They probably do still have the brown suede ones too. Prices are exactly the same as what's on the website, so you know it's competetive. I even scored a rare sale deal. Keely was thorough, but efficient. I left the store with a great selection of Birks to test out to see what works best for my needs. Of course she tempted me to come back to see the new items she had ordered, and said that some items aren't even available online. Uh oh, I'm in trouble now!! Naturally Birkenstock also sells safety work shoes and some accessories such as Healthy Back brand bags. Parking is convenient and plentiful...and if you need to refuel, there's and Aloha Petroleum and 7-Eleven in the same complex. Be sure to mention that you read about Naturally Birkenstock on yelp!

Awesome selection of work boots. So glad that there is a shop on the windward side to try on and buy work boots. I've been here multiple times and the sales associates are always knowledgeable and provide boot recommendations based on your type of work and footwear needs.

It is very nice to have a Birkenstock store here in Kailua. However the customer service there by the older lady was subpar and the store has ordering issues. Very unfriendly and not welcoming. The younger lady was much more helpful and friendly. We ordered a pair of Birks over a month ago through the store in exchange of a size and still have NOT received the shoes. And every time we called, we were greeted by the lady's unfriendly and unapologetic voice. We should have returned the shoes and got my money back, but we were convinced to do the exchange then. Well they took the money and still have not given us the shoes. Pro tip: do NOT order anything from the store if they don't have the size or style you want. Trust me you will be better off ordering on the Birkenstock website.

I bought two pairs of Birkenstocks here yesterday and the customer service provided by the saleswoman was excellent. Plus, they can order from their other location if they don't have certain styles in stock. My feet were screaming at me from wearing unsupportive shoes for the last year and now I finally feel like I am back on track.

HOLY BIRKENSTOCK HEAVEN! I recently have recently acquired a Birksenstock addition and wanted to check out this place as I heard they have a larger selection than the other retailers around the island. They have a super good selection and the girl working was super helpful and friendly. Ended up leaving with a new pair, shoe care and my boyfriend got some boots for work.

Love that there is a good amount of selection for the various brands this location has. Although the woman that was working was very short tempered. She was helpful but seemed like she didn't want to be there and I could feel a bit of attitude. Understandable maybe she was having a bad day, but everyone in customer service knows to not bring that into the workspace. Other than that, I appreciated that she was enforcing social distancing and wearing masks.

My husband has been searching for soft toe work boots. We visited BOTH Red Wing shops, Sears, 5-11, Work Shoe Hawaii and a couple of shops in Waikele... We were just about to throw in the towel and order online, and we stumbled upon this wonderful shop! They have an awesome selection of workboots. From the moment we stepped in the door, it was an awesome experience. The man who helped us was extremely knowledgable. We appreciated the fact that he offered us many different options and brought us a huge selection to try on (his own initiative). EXCELLENT customer service, i highly recommend this store!

The lack of service in this store is pathetic. We came in and were the only ones in the store and weren't greeted, but treated as if we were a huge inconvenience to their store to be purchasing a $125 pair of birks. The employee was very short with us and agitated to have to answer our questions. Never again will I come here.we'll be going back to Nordstrom for our Burke. Would give a zero if we could. At the store on Dec 28th in early afternoon.

I have been wearing Birkenstocks since the mid 1970's and was delighted to discover this store on the Windward side of Oahu in Kailua. I was in search of gold sandals (Arizona) and they had a Pair of rose gold ones! There was only one salesperson so there was a wait, but when it became our turn, she was lovely, accommodating - made me feel as if I was the only person that had her full attention. I ended up walking out of the store with three pairs of shoes because the color selection was just what I had needed and the saleswoman fitted me , discovering I had been wearing the wrong size shoe for years! I am a happy customer! I did sign up to be called when new colors were available and sure enough, she did call. The product sells itself and the service was definitely a plus!

By there signs in there windows you would think there a Red Wing Shoe store but to my surprise there not at all affiliated to any Red Wing store. Thank the Lord the knowledge about the products and services needs help. The girl that was helping me was nice but there was no effort. I felt like I was wasting my time by being here.

Great selection of Birkenstocks and other arch friendly brands! The woman at the store was super helpful and patient, especially considering how covid has changed business practices. She let us try on shoes and made sure we really liked what we chose.

I needed shoes and it was 5:45 and Lynnea was nice enough to help me out till 6:15 picking out shoes showing great customer device and helped me pick out of a variety of shoes to find what fits best and for the right price.. super satisfied and I will definitely be returning for my next pair of shoes.

I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for high quality, heavy duty work boots and other kinds of long-lasting footwear. While the products here can be somewhat pricey, believe me when I say that it's more than worth it: I bought a pair of 6-inch Flexbond work boots from this store back in 2015, and three years and two labor intensive jobs later, they're still going strong! Apart from some minor scratches, they've held up extremely well; in addition to being completely waterproof, they're fully insulated and very comfortable without being too tight. In addition, the composite toe protectors are a godsend, since the metal ones in my previous pair would always set off the metal detectors at my old job, forcing me to remove them every morning at work. The best part of these shoes by far however, is the BOA lacing system. It was tricky to master at first, but now it's so easy! Just slip on the boots, press the button down, twist until the cables are tight enough, and you're good to go! This feature is especially handy if you're in a hurry, and don't have time to tie your shoes; and it takes less than half the time! In short, this is the best store to get heavy duty work boots and other footwear; and the prices of their products are outweighed by both their quality and durability! 10 out 5 stars!

Went in to look at some shoes. Brown haired girl was very rude. Didn't say hello or anything. I asked if she had a certain style shoe, all she said was "no". I asked her a few more questions .. answered "no". Not very friendly. I refuse to support a business that provides shitty customer service. Would not recommend this business to friends. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Came here to check out the Red Wing Shoes. Aunty Dot is simply amazing! She gives such amazing customer service like you are family and is very knowledgeable about their products down to every stitch detail. It is a locally owned business and I'm all about supporting the little mom and pop stores. If you plan on buying Red Wing Shoes, they have a coupon in the midweek for $25 off $150 Red Wing Shoes. If you are apart of a union and have your card they will give you a discount as well.

Tucked in the corner of a small 7/11 complex on Kailua Road we always new it to be a working shoe store. To our surprise they have the latest and most fashionable Birkenstocks ever. Plus! Keely the sales associate is super knowledgeable about the product and all types of feet. And she is super friendly and helpful. The prices are your typical because this is the real deal and you're paying for quality. So be prepared but know it'll last especially if you take care of it. They have parking available including handicap. And like I said, Keely is super nice and very helpful. She didn't mind getting down to help me as I couldn't at all. Needless to say, I was very appreciative. They are able to pull from other stores if you see something you love but ran out of your size. And they have care products plus bags and a few other types of shoes/sandals if Birkey doesn't work for you. Stop by and see Keely. I'm sure she can help you.

Such an amazing store with so many options! I heard about Birkenstock's orthopedic footwear from my girlfriend, Katherine. I was persuaded to stop by and I definitely was NOT disappointed! Cloe was very friendly and helpful at finding me the perfect pair of sandals (I went with the Arizona's) and I have not taken them off since! LOL! They were pricey, but it's TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! I will definitely recommend Birkenstock to my friends and will stop by again soon!
