By S. Carrelli: Naturally good looks just like a normal small grocery store from the outside but is much, much more than that. Naturally Good sells all kinds of groceries that are super healthy… and some not so healthy. It is the perfect place to stop for weekly groceries, or a quick snack. They also sell fresh things at the checkout, and juices, coffee, and smoothies, all fresh and organic. Along with that, they also have take out breakfast and lunch options, and they recently started doing dinner also on Fridays and Saturdays. Their food is very good, and it is great they do take out because they have the greatest outdoor seating area were they have benches and couches. Some food options they have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are the pancakes and the oatmeal with fresh fruit, the multigrain bread grilled cheese and cheese quesadillas, the curly red sauce pasta and barbecue ribs. Naturally Good is the perfect example of a community grocery store, especially because all of their food is…. naturally good.

Google
It's such a lovely spot ! I highly recommend Naturally Good if you are a fan of healthy organic places. I love the chili here in the winter. The fish 🐟 fluke tacos 🌮 are super clean and tasty. Super tasty baked goods - big fan of the blueberry banana gluten-free muffin!! Great coffee ☕️ Star girl made me the best latte I've ever had ! "Tidal wave" smoothie is my personal favorite 😍

Google
Great food , nice staff. Nice outdoor area to eat! Tofu scramble burrito is the best I've had yet. Near all.

Google
Great spot for casual vegan eats or an iced tea/iced coffee when we're in Montauk

Google
Great place. Serious coffee station, organic produce, utilities, great outdoor and indoor seating. Everyday lunches and Fri-Sat Dinners offered in the garden. Will visit again.

Google
Naturally Good is primarily a charming place where you can feel like a home away from home in Italy – the coziest café and health food store in all of Montauk. I truly hope to return soon to enjoy the best Pumpkin Spice cappuccino ever! It was truly a pleasure! Silvia☺️

Google
One of the cashiers was very rude and I hope I’m wrong, but she made me feel that I’m being discriminated against by my race (I’m the only Asian in the whole restaurant at that time)! I went there for the first time to get breakfast and I had an egg tortilla with avocado. The food was good so I decided to come back for lunch. I picked up a tuna sandwich and a chicken wrap, and got in line to get checked out. Despite being the first in line, the cashier told me that somebody else will check me out, and proceed to check out for a group behind me. I had to wait and two groups behind me were already being checked out, until another cashier came back and offered to check me out! This experience is very frustrating! I hope nobody else has to experience what I went through, and I wrote this comment to let people aware of this so they can avoid this restaurant! Hope you all have a great day! And the places you go to offer you fair service!

Google
Just rating for the food. It's completely cold and doesn't taste great. If you're looking for bagels, they only have 1 type. Coffee wasn't good either. I'm actually surprised at the 4.5 star rating.

Yelp
A health market with fresh produce and dry goods. An extensive menu offers breakfast, lunch and smoothies, as well as coffees. Take out or eat in. Many vegan options! The smoothies are delicious and you can customize with a variety of additions. The service was fine but it did take a long time to get a salad, wrap and smoothie.

Yelp
Pretty good if you're around and want something on the lighter side....... I've been wanting to try this place, but every time it's been mobbed. Try walking in and placing an order when it's busy, and you'll walk right out. Uncoordinated, people everywhere, no indication where to order, who is waiting to order, who is waiting for pick-up, who preordered, and nobody directing traffic... all too much to figure out when you're trying to enjoy MTK. Suppose it's not uncommon for some of these businesses to not adapt. ...... So today, I tried the online ordering and it wasn't that bad. In fact, I was the only person there this morning picking up breakfast. Maybe there's more competition in the area now that people are more health conscious? Just ordered the egg wrap w/ avocado, the pancakes, a couple yogurt parfaits and a smoothie. All was pretty tasty, food came out just as described.

Yelp
Well the products here are awesome from vegan to Gluten free and general health products. I never complain about expense but when things are marked up that pisses me off. Example vegan cheese that typical sells for 6 dollars raise to 9 dollars that's messed up. The produce was nice however mark up again. I

Yelp
First off, the cashiers are incredibly rude. I ordered three decaf espresso shots over ice with water because they don't have decaf coffee. It was $7, more than a latte. I had already paid and I asked why it was $7. They charged me $2 extra for one extra shot and a $1 extra for the larger cup. I said, you're charging me a $1 extra when I'm only getting more water. I said only do 1 shot and please refund me the the 3rd and just give me the smaller cup, I'm not paying $1 extra for more tap water. The woman said was refunding me $3 at the register. I asked her if she needed my card to scan it and she said no it would go through without it. It never went through because she is a liar and just made it up. Very bad business practice and ethics.

Yelp
Definitely a cafe for the conscious eater, which I love! Fresh juices, smoothies, coffee and tea bar, along with yummy breakfast and lunch options and grab-and-go sandwiches. The juices were priced fairly, but the overall price point in the store is high, but that's what I'd expect from an organic health store in Montauk. And open in the shoulder season from 7am-5p!
google avatar

Gina L.

Yelp
The amount of delicious vegan options in the cafe area is amazing! They have baked goods, dips, sandwiches, you name it! I definitely recommend the food and the service here, especially if you are looking for all natural or vegan foods in montauk. My one major complaint about this place is how expensive it is. They have a market with groceries and everything is at least 3 dollars more than other grocery stores in the area which is insane. Even the coffee and baked goods here are expensive, but a bag of popcorn or chips here is way more expensive than the local IGA for the same product.

Joe F.

Yelp
Amazing food and staff This place has so many creative and healthy options that are delicious I wish we had one of these in westchester ny - this is our go to for breakfast and lunch whenever in montauk Seems they also do some dinners too which I'm sure are amazing

Yelp
It's crazy to think I was born and raised on Long Island, but I've never been to "The End". We drove out here on my birthday with my hubs and little one. After exploring the beautiful lighthouse and beach area, we were hungry!!! Not much open at this time of the year - in fact, we visited the lighthouse on the last day of the season when the inside museum and gift shop would be open until spring! Thanks to Yelp, this place came up - vegetarian fun fare with a few things to satisfy meat eaters too? Sign me up! I opted for the Cajun tofu sandwich. My son got the chicken quesadilla and my hubs got a spicy black bean burrito. I added a hot chai for myself with almond milk and we grabbed a fruit smoothie too. A fruit smoothie in the cold you're thinking! Ahh, throw caution to the wind once in awhile! The Cajun tofu was 5/5, fantastic! Perfectly cooked and great seasoning. The sauce it came with was also really tasty. My son said his quesadilla was "better than Chipotle" and coming from a Chipotle loving 5 year old, that's saying a lot! The hubs loved his too. They all came with chips, which I'm not a big fan of corn chips but these weren't too bad. Still, the boys were a fan and ate them up (we even had a bit left over to bring home that were snacked on the next day). The smoothie was average and so was the chai. I usually prefer a little more body to my chai, but I appreciate that this chai wasn't overly sweet like many can be. It was a bit pricey but hey - this is Montauk so it's to be expected. The quality of the food was good and it was fresh and tasty. Next time we drive sunrise till we hit water, we'll be back here again. Sorry for no pics - it was chilly and we were eating our food on a bench trying to balance boxes, sandwiches and napkins.

Yelp
the black bean burger was so good thanks baes put it on the menu full time please and thank you -nat good #1 fan

Yelp
The past few times we've visited Montauk we have gotten lunch here. You can order at the register but they also have grab and go items if you are in a rush. I didn't spend a lot of time in the store because they are limiting the amount of people in there at one time, but they sell a lot of organic and natural beverages as well as candy and other personal care items such as hand sanitizer. If you are in Montauk and want a very healthy organic fresh breakfast or lunch definitely check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
The short: an amazingly delicious little breakfast spot and grocery store with made-to-order breakfast and juices. The longer: we were in Montauk this weekend and had breakfast at Naturally Good both days. I had the organic eggs scrambled topped with tomatoes, onion, avocado & spinach with a side of Ezekiel bread. The service is fast, the food is significantly cheaper than Joni's, everything is super fresh, and there's tons of seating -- indoors and outdoors. They also have pre-made sandwiches, fresh veggies, salads, etc. Overall- super impressed and would highly highly highly recommend this spot!

Hannah H.

Yelp
Great food (a tad pricey but what isn't in MTK), stopped by for lunch and it was the perfect healthy lunch for the day. Would definitely go again!

Yelp
Best smoothies and the best social distancing practices !!!! Really didn't spend much time here but great shop. Most importantly loved how the owner was handling social distancing guidelines and making everyone feel safe and comfortable. Not in Montauk often but will be sure to stop by again next time :)

Yelp
Open year-round, I always love going to this healthy cafe on my winter trip to Montauk. Get the yellowtail sandwich, packed with sprouts and tomato on the whole wheat bread. Get a comforting soup and they'll give you a delicious piece of buttered, toasted bread. The chips served with it are always tasty. Your food always comes so fast. The food and gift shopping inside is also fun, as you find all these local, homemade items and snacks for kids and adults. Busy even in the winter. 5 stars!!!!!!

Kyra B.

Yelp
Love love love Naturally Good. I get food from them at least twice a week all year around. My favorites: Stuffed Salad Wrap, sometimes with grilled fish The Bruce -- or if I'm really hungry, the Montauk Monster Emma's Hummus Wrap Their tunafish is particularly good -- it's so light it's almost like it's whipped. YUM

Yelp
Love this place. Being at the end makes it a bit more difficult to get fresh and organic food. I love how you can get something fresh on the go, or fresh food to prepare for later. Good shiz

Yelp
Can only speak to the smoothies but they were DELICIOUS. We got the berry hydrating and the funky monkey- both were perfection. Great little spot.

Yelp
To be honest, I'm not a huge overly healthy person and tend to be a little weary with all natural options as silly as it sounds. That being said Naturally Good is very tasty and for me unexpectedly so!! Our group of 4 enjoyed the multigrain pancakes, the Bruce sandwich, organic egg tortilla, Lauren's go to wrap and the hot sauce on the tables outside is go good I ordered it on amazon - it's called arizona pepper organic jalapeno pepper sauce. Yummmmm!
google avatar

Yelp
Had a tasty lunch here but wow it's expensive! I guess that's to be expected for health food though.

Lenny E.

Yelp
Wonderful place with healthy food and ambience. I get wraps there every time I'm in Montauk and it's been consistently good. The owners are very sweet as well.

Yelp
Yum!!! Loved it here! I was so in my element with the smoothies, kombucha, fresh pressed juices, organic healthy grocery items, packaged foods, and made to order meal options!! I noticed many of my favorite brands I purchase back home at WFM in the shop. The variety of freshly baked vegan pastries and house made protein balls didn't go unnoticed either. The menu had so many delicious options, even daily specials too! It was honestly difficult to narrow down just what to try. Dairy free yogurt parfait, salads, pancakes with fresh fruit, oh my! We stoped by for brunch and indulged in a berry smoothie, avocado toast, a scrambled tofu burrito wrap, and a sammy which contained hummus, sprouts, tomato and avocado on toasted whole grain bread. The smoothie we chose was one of the more basic ones out of the bunch they offer. What made it stand out however, was the use of coconut water! Refreshing! The tofu burrito was so delicious! I'm pretty picky about scrambled tofu. I actually would consider myself somewhat of an expert, and the tofu here packed into my whole wheat wrap was fab! Great favor, color and texture! Served with a side of homemade salsa to dip! Perfect! I tasted the avocado toast and it was some of the best I've ever had...even at fancy schmancy places. Then nut crumble topping, the olive oil and fresh arugula topped it perfectly! I would absolutely order this again!! It was crunchy, and held its own weight too I also had a taste of the sammy. Another winner! Love the sprouts. Everything was super fresh and tasty! Food was definitely a 5 Star in my book. I look forward to trying even more menu items as I'm sure they're all just as wonderful as the three I sampled on this initial visit. Awesome stop, and it would definitely be the place I hit up daily for breakfast and lunch if was in town longer. Great grab and go options to bring to the beach too! Lovely staff and casual seating out front, inside and around back in the garden where they're growing their own fresh herbs! All around win!

Yelp
Yep, five star cafe near the beach. Just around the bend from Aimee's closet and Joni's (organic etc) is Naturally Good Food & Cafe. Why five stars? Are they kidding .. real yellow fin tuna not made from a can.. Nice........... Guacamole with just the right amount of large pieces and not over mashed.. perfect........ This is Montauk.. suprised to have this out here. Awesome. They do smoothies, and sandwiches and more too... had fresh fruit too.. but I really liked the sound of a few of the items they carried in the cases, and the ones I tried were perfect. They have fresh squeezed OJ.. thats always appreciated. There were more than enough people to help, I was asked by more than one person to assist. And numerous people clued me in on what I was curious about. Then the two young women that were helping me were so helpful and sweet, and I'm never usually surprised, were the proprietors. So you have two hands on owners and also some help .. I asked if the blond woman my age was the owner.. asuuming so.... they said .. no we are... lol... How cool are these ladies.... staffing up right, plus being hands on, and all giving customer service... so if this place gets too busy in summer... it will be for the right reasons.. not for lack of hiring staff or not being on site.. They know how to run a business in here.. and it was really nice to have creative and good choices. Please don't ask how much real yellow fin tuna salad costs.. It's more than from the can. lol It's above average quality deli at seasonal remote location/beach pricing. Be glad it's here- or go to the IGA which really is awesome out here too. hahaha Will stop here every visit. Seriously liked this place.

Yelp
Delicious "take out" breakfast in a cute organic market with a gorgeous backyard garden with tables (and a few inside as well). Berry smoothie was flavorful. Costa Rican wrap with a side of chipotle aioli was amazing - whole wheat wrap with scrambled eggs, brown rice, black beans, avocado, side of delicious salsa. It all worked perfectly together and was a great way to start the morning. Special Egyptian Avocado Toast was very good as well. A must visit when it town!
google avatar

Susan K.

Yelp
A really lovely neighborhood gem in Montauk. It is a food store and a cafe. You wait on line and order from a menu with a myriad number of healthy food choices. We tried two wraps, one avocado toast and 1 smoothie. The line was long but moved quickly. There is seating outside on the sidewalk, inside seating both in front and back of the store and a terrace out back. The food is good. Like it's name: naturally good.
google avatar

Belinda E.

Yelp
The cashier was so rude this is my first time here so I was asking how big was the salad and she didn't want to be bothered she told me I don't know I can't show you not helpful at all I wanted to just go but my daughter just want the salad . This is a very poor customer service it was not busy at all but I would not come back to this place again . I can go somewhere to spend my money they should not employ people like this. By the way her name is Jess she needs some training in customer service.

Dana M.

Yelp
Stopped in for some lunch - my little guy (a notoriously picky eater) declared his banana roll-up and strawberry guava smoothie the "best he's ever had!" Happy to have gotten him something nourishing after a day at the beach. Must try.
google avatar

Natalya K.

Yelp
My heaven in montauk for some good healthy wide variety foods!! I got the tofu scramble and the cucumber cashew dip. Loved every bite and thank you for having so many vegan options!!
google avatar

Dana Z.

Yelp
Nice healthy food however smoothies are watery and the java jump tasted like it had steak sauce in it. The biggest issue was the blonde ladies that work behind the counter - they are incredibly immature and super rude! First time we came they made fun loudly of my friend's name as they were calling her to pick up the food. Next time we came they messed up one of our orders so a salad was missing.Additionally we went to ask for water and the woman was super unpleasant. Ill stay away because nasty blondes who are behind the counter.

Catherine H.

Yelp
Consistently delicious and fresh offerings. Sandwiches are always high quality. Smoothies and juices are refreshing Staff is friendly and helpful. Outdoor seating makes it's the perfect spot for a lunch break - we always make a stop here on our Montauk visit.

Emily R.

Yelp
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY! I have celiac and I came here for a gluten free bagel with cream cheese and bacon. It was tiny. The next day we go back to give it another chance and the girl tells us the "fakin bacon" isn't gluten free, so the day before we had eaten gluten without knowing it. They advertise as a health food store but we could've gotten really sick!! Skip if you have a food allergy!!!
google avatar

Paul K.

Yelp
We stopped by on a Sunday morning, 5/7/2017, not very crowded, I imagine it's because it's not peak season just yet. It's no wonder that this place has great reviews! You just feel healthy when you're there, haha! This place has both prepared food and also food that is prepared when you order it. Since it's so close to the beach, I imagine that some of the prepared foods would be a hit for those on the go! We ordered the Costa Rican, it comes with brown rice, scrambled eggs, avocado and whole wheat tortilla. all for $9.25 Also, the Frittata was Delish, $9.50, which comes with multi grain toast, one slice and small cup of strawberries and blueberries I am not a coffee person, but people seem to like the coffee as well. Overall, a wonderful place for breakfast, lunch or food anytime with a healthy bias. There are a few tables to sit and eat there as well. I thought it was great value with a lot of flavor! Enjoy!!
google avatar

Kelly D.

Yelp
They clearly haven't figured it out. The only vegan friendly place in MTK - however very unprofessional, rude and judgmental. Handles covid 19 very poorly (communal spoon for sugars?) and is a very stressful experience ordering food at the window and in store. The woman here sprayed my friend with disinfectant and said "ah to be young and not wear clothes" while we were wearing cover ups... they were rude to all patrons in like as well. We spent $50 here and are happy to support local businesses but when they treat their customers poorly its hard to want to come back.

Julie C.

Yelp
What we had from Naturally Good was good, but we went there twice and both times had issues getting what we ordered. The first day they were out of several items and that wasn't communicated to us until after we went up to the counter and tried to order again. On the 2nd day, I called in an order ahead of time and then experienced several issues and we almost missed a boat because of it. The manager/owner was kind in trying to rectify the problem, but it really left us scrambling. The food itself is solid though, especially "the kim" breakfast sandwich.

Yelp
Healthy Food and always delicious. Great daily soups , salads and grab -n- go . Kitchen menu never disappoints. Good grocery selection as well .
google avatar

Archana P.

Yelp
Back to basics. Simple food done right. The menu is large, no major frills. Everything is consistently high quality and delicious. Easy, breezy, yummy.
google avatar

Yelp
Breakfast options are few on a weekday off season. This place seems to have very good reviews. So I went today. I ordered the Costa Rican platter and chai latte. Very good breakfast. Was filling but not heavy. Chai latte was pretty good. Not too sweet, just right. I got a banana walnut chocolate chip muffin $2.95 and a mango strawberry scone $2.25 for the road. Muffin was really expensive for such a tiny muffin. It was good though. The scone was disappointing. Not the usual texture of the scone. Was kinda like bread and no flavor at all. So stick to the other food and not the baked goods. Friendly staff.

Sirena W.

Yelp
Had an horrible experience here. A nasty women spoke to me over the phone when I was placing my order. She told me, "You can grocery shop on your own time next time." After I ordered 2 meals, 2 sides of guacamole, and I asked for a bag of chips. I have been in montauk for almost 20 years and I will never again spend money here. Additionally, I was overcharged $15 on my credit card and the receipt had shown a $30 difference. My least favorite place in all of Montauk. I will not tolerate the horrible customer service and overcharging when giving a store business. These girls need some serious training on showing respect to customers.

Leslie L.

Yelp
Great food, amazing smoothies. The owner was very helpful when we couldn't decide what to order. The backyard dining area is a great space to enjoy the food, or you can just grab something before heading out to the beach.
google avatar

Lola S.

Yelp
Fresh and well made healthy food for the beach or take it outside and sit in the back. Wait can be long so call in your order. Smoothies are the best and lots of gluten free and meat free options for breakfast and lunch. I love the mini muffins and a hot coffee and the grab and go salads are great for the beach. Soups in the fall are usually pretty good as well.
google avatar

M L.

Yelp
Natural food store with unassuming store front. They have a great drink and snack selection. Manageable crowd compared to Joni / bluestone. We got the organic egg tortilla and bagel and lox, ice coffee and green juice and ate in their beautiful garden in the back. Total $42. The guy dropping the food and at the counter were very nice and answered any questions we had. I noticed some delicious fresh looking to-go boxes of wraps and salads in the cold case. Only thing that was a surprise was the charge for ketchup and hot sauce 0.50 each but they were both really good so I'm assuming they were specialty sauces. We parked in front but there's also a parking lot in back if you can't get street parking.
google avatar

Jenny Z.

Yelp
We got the Multi gran pancake and the costa rican platter. The pancakes were just as expected, but the costa rican platter was really good! the rice and beans, eggs, avocado wrapped in the tortia... yumm... PS the side of sour cream made it all come together. Also, tried their ice coffee and chocolate banana muffin, both were OK. Overall, good but can't say it was memorable.

Maggie G.

Yelp
Owned and operated by locals. Excellent, tasty and healthy food options. Reasonably priced for value received. NG is open year round. My favorite place to start the day.
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
Please don't ever close. I come out to Montauk once a summer and look forward to the breakfast, lunch, coffee & juices at Naturally Good Food & Cafe. I tried most everything on the menu and it never disappoints. Best organic options in Montauk.

Melissa M.

Yelp
Love this place! So many vegan accommodations and delicious food. I do wish they didn't upcharge for all the vegan items but out in montauk, as a vegan, you take what you can get. Staff super friendly and helpful as well. Looking forward to going back in a few months.
google avatar

Eric C.

Yelp
Great place to start the morning. We had two lattes, the organic egg tortilla, egg sandwich, and a side of fruit. All off it was good and reasonably priced, although the egg tortilla was more like a taco than a burrito. Very cute place with both food to order and a market, and seating inside and out. Staff was very friendly.

Maddy K.

Yelp
Great smoothies, bad service. We waited far past the online order pickup time at the counter where the employees did not speak to us or ask who we were picking up for until we finally got one to pay us any attention by almost walking back into their area. Turns out the smoothies were in the fridge ready the entire time. The employees were too busy chatting with each other and "regulars" to get anybody their orders. I watched several other customers get frustrated with the service. It's a shame because the smoothies are really good.
google avatar

Jackie S.

Yelp
We eat here a minimum of 4x a week. Food is solid and the wait is a fraction of that at Jonis nearby. The Bruce is the best wrap and their kimchee salad with chicken is my absolute fave.
google avatar

Sara P.

Yelp
Came here for breakfast during a stay at Montauk. Feels more like a lunch place but we stayed to try it out. I got the costa rican platter which comes with brown rice and beans, scrambled eggs, avocado, salsa, and a whole wheat tortilla. Everything was great but the rice and beans were spicy and I hadn't anticipated that based on the menu description. They had a very cute sit down area in the front and back of the store, with a garden in the back. You can also browse through the store to find other organic items for purchase.
