Nature Heritage Resort, Bandhavgarh

Spent 2 nights and 3 days at this absolutely magnificent resort. Set in a peaceful tranquil location set amongst tall trees and giant bamboo it gives the feeling of peace and serenity. The resort has beautiful landscape gardens that are kept meticulously clean and tidy, the accomodation is clean spacious and very comfortable. The staff in all areas of the resort are courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The meals served are buffet style and is plentiful, main course are generally 3 types of vegetable, a meat dish, rice, roti’s dhal, pappadums, soup, with a sweet dish to top it off. The resort itself is located between 10-15 minutes to the entry of the game park. I recommend this resort highly for couples and families, you will not be disappointed.

One of the best services I ever experienced in all my travels. ||The staff goes all out with every small detail to make the stay comfortable. ||Rooms are beautiful. Food is great. ||The resort is very aesthetically designed to merge with the nature around. ||Extremely pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

The food, sports area, swimming pool, parks, and rooms were one of the best from my side, the bathroom door of my room was hard and had a potential risk of breaking though, and the bathe water was a bit rusted. But the nature shop and the library were the best, to top it all!

Rarely do I leave five star reviews but this place deserves. Our touring company had booked this place and we had no idea of what to expect, but the place positively blew our minds. Stayed a total of 4 nights and I’d love to go back again. Locational- perfectly placed close to all the major safari gates. Reception - A welcome drink and a great ambience at the reception , we were quickly lead to our rooms and the walk to the rooms was dreamy and out of jungle dream. Rooms - a villa of sorts with two rooms side by side. The room itself is large, super clean, great amenities, and a very well maintained bathroom. Service - they simply go above and beyond the basics. I don’t usually take names but one Mr. Sunil was a towering presence in the hotel ensuring a smooth stay. There was a small hiccup which he and his team quickly resolved. Food - perfect coordination with the safari guides and fantastically planned and packed breakfasts. One of my most memorable experiences of this trip would be the breakfasts we had in the safari. The lunch and dinner were great spreads and just what you need at the end of a long long day. Always on time and never delayed. Service is hands on and with a smile accokodating every request. A little bit work on the dessert section would be nice though. The pool seemed decently kept but we didn’t really use it. The timings of the safari are such that I don’t think anyone comes there to use the pool. Book this place without second thought. It’s a piece of heaven.

Very fine hotel .... There are many options for sports food etc like indoor games such as caroom , and outdoor sports like tennis and cricket...also a beautiful swimming pool along with good behaviour of all staffs and manager ... It was a wonderful experience staying in this resort.😃😃💯

Me and my family enjoyed last night 31st December 2024 with resort honours and all guest. It was wonderful experience.

The atmosphere in the resort was very welcoming. The rooms, all the furniture, the various sit outs are befitting the jungle. Service was very good. The staff- specially the restaurant staff are all very pleasant. The food is good but they could add a little more variety.
