Nature Walk Resort

I stayed for one night with my family. The location is excellent with easy access to the Temple of the Tooth Relic. We booked a family room only, which had one double bed and two single beds. The room had an air conditioner, but the temperature could not be adjusted. Hot water worked well. The room itself was just average. The bathroom fittings were old but functional. However, the towels were not very clean, and the bedding was only okay. This property has good potential but needs major improvements in service quality. Overall, it did not feel worth the price. It also seemed that foreign guests might be treated better.

Stayed for one night with family. Great location with a nice view of the city, facing East. Booked room only. The room provided was on the top floor adjoining the restaurant with no balcony or windows. As it didn't suit our requirements, got it changed to a room on the first floor near the stairs with a window but facing a boundary wall and staff access way. AC, hot water and WiFi worked well. Room was compact yet clean. Toilet fittings were old but all worked well. Access to upper floors are through narrow stairs. There were no complimentary drinking water or toiletries in the room. The towels weren't clean enough for us. The bedding was okay except for one pillow which was hard and more suitable as a foot rest. It's a place with great potential but require significant improvements to service quality. We didn't feel welcomed at all. Staff wasn't courteous and welcoming. Reception wasn't aware of the advance paid and balance payable at check out. May be they are treating well to foreign guests.

Nice and clean hotel ilwith great service in a quiet part of town, but easily accessible to the city centre and with amenities (supermarket, ATM, restaurants) nearby. Next to a Kandyan cultural dance show, which is noisy but finishes early evening. Our room was just off the restaurant, which was closed by 10pm and quiet after that.

I styed in this resort when I visited Kandy temple. Room rates are reasonable. spacious room and a clean attached wash room. Room service and a restaurant available. I selected this place mainly due to its close proximity to the Kandy Temple. (a 10 minutes walk). It has a beautiful view of the mountains.

Rooms are just what we needed after a few days traveling Sri Lanka. Rooms are super clean, nice bedding, AC that works, hot shower, view from terrace over beautiful surrounding nature.

Fantastic location, a much quieter part of Kandy that feels a world away from the busy streets, though only a 15 minute walk from the lake. Great hosts, great hotel, very clean and accommodating. We ate at the restaurant as wanted a relaxing evening and couldn't fault the food, incredible value for money with a great view. Thoroughly recommend

We stayed here for one night whilst on a trip to Kandy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, our rate included breakfast and we also ate in the restaurant for our evening meal which was delicious. View from the balcony is stunning, staff were all friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a beautiful view but it’s located far from restaurants and the city center. Our room had an overwhelming smell of damp and dust. We couldn’t sleep cause it was so strong. We had two beds and one mattress was rock hard and one was very soft and noisy. The breakfast was nice in a terrace overlooking Kandy. Only cold water in the bathroom.
