Nature's Nest

A GREAT weekend getaway. We are from Connecticut but this was an hour from home and it was perfect to feel away from home but not too far. Grocery stores nearby, great restaurants in neighboring towns, and such friendly people everywhere. This house is perfect for any sort of relaxing itinerary and cozy vibes. The natural light throughout the place is beautiful and comes with all kitchen things you could need. Definitely recommend booking a stay here! Also on a great dead end for a quick 1 mile walk!

Amazing place! It fully confirms the name of the facility - I enjoyed the surrounding untouched nature, the sounds of birds, the walk to the nearby waterfall. But the facility itself and the existing equipment, also, provide excellent conditions for hosting a party and preparing food for family gatherings, whether you are a fan of the comfort of a well-equipped indoor kitchen or old-fashioned cooking on a fire outside. All the rooms are beautifully and originally designed, but the biggest impression on me was the beautiful big fireplace in the living room. Full recommendation and guarantee for complete enjoyment. And I am sure that I will visit this wonderful place again!

Amazing local getaway that offers a serene natural experience along with the convenience of it's location. It was awesome to be able to have all the Litchfield hills area in touching distance...this is an absolute gem!

This is a magical place. You look out into the woods from everywhere in the house, yet you are not secluded. The nearest supermarket in Bethlehem is an eight minute drive away, as are local restaurants and shops. As the name suggests, the surrounding nature is amazing. There is a small stream running through, birds and other wildlife are everywhere. There is a BBQ on the deck as well as a fire pit, a hammock and a large yoga mat that was placed between the trees on the way to the creek. The large two-car garage not only holds the wooden deck chairs and firewood, but also the TRX equipment to keep you in shape. The inside of the house is beautiful as well. Marko, the host, is an interior designer and it shows. He renovated the house for himself and his family. So you are not faced with the usual AirBnB furniture and appliances, but with carefully selected and tasteful objects, a kitchen with all the appliances you could want, another fireplace and - for those of us who need it - a fast and reliable internet connection. Marko was very welcoming and helpful, suggesting trips to nearby places and restaurants. He was always available and responsive. We will definitely be back.
