My daughter visited Naturom Medina whilst holiday inn in beautiful Marrakech and loved the store. The products are great quality and she said the staff were absolutely lovely. She bought back many items, and gifted myself a bottle of Gazal perfume. It’s exquisite! Long lasting, no irritation on my sensitive skin and I get so many compliments when wearing it (which I do sparingly as I want to make it last)! I live in Australia, and would love to purchase more and wear it daily!

Lovely salesman, unlike the other stores in Marrakech who are extremely irritable. Accepts credit card, prefers local cash. Fun to talk to, very clear and efficient communicator, knowledgeable, patient when there is a language barrier (his English is fluent, but we had people in our group whose English was not so good), and no hard sell. The products appear to be high quality based on my naive glance— the cosmetic argan oil is in a dark glass container to protect from the sun. The saffron smells fresher and more pungent than other stores. Price was expensive, but high quality. You will find it a few euros per unit cheaper than some of the other high quality stores, and significantly more than the places that are questionable.

I was surprised by the diversity of the products and I really liked the perfumes because they have a deep znd special Moroccan touch.

Amazing shop with a great variety of natural products (scrubs, natural soaps,solid shampoo, body lotions, oils) and extremely kind and polite owner with his lovely cat! Definitely recommend buying some items with argan oil here!

A very welcoming shop. On the high end of the Medina market sellers, this low key and perfectly air conditioned shop offers high quality Moroccan soap, perfume and other natural beauty products built from North African ingredients The shop purveyor was very knowledgeable, low key and a genuinely a nice guy. No need to haggle, prices are posted and this is more affordable western retail than market vendor

I discovered Naturom Medina while visiting Marrakesh last year, a beautiful shop with high-quality products and great service. I purchased a perfume called GAZAL, which I loved. I had so many people compliment me on how I smelled, rich, elegant, and expensive! Sadly, I ran out after over a year, so I contacted them via Instagram to see if they deliver to London. The person I spoke to was incredibly helpful, and, as it happened, he was travelling to London and kindly offered to bring the perfume with him and post it locally to save on shipping. I received my order in perfect condition and was impressed with both the service and communication throughout. I highly recommend visiting Naturom Medina if you're ever in Marrakesh, and I’ll be ordering more, especially now that I know they travel to London regularly!
