My daughter visited Naturom Medina whilst holiday inn in beautiful Marrakech and loved the store. The products are great quality and she said the staff were absolutely lovely. She bought back many items, and gifted myself a bottle of Gazal perfume. It’s exquisite! Long lasting, no irritation on my sensitive skin and I get so many compliments when wearing it (which I do sparingly as I want to make it last)! I live in Australia, and would love to purchase more and wear it daily!

Very disappointed. I was excited to hopefully get real argan oil here and only to find the argan oil they have is either something else entirely or very diluted. I was almost fooled by the dark glass bottle (real argan is UV sensitive) however it did not pass any other tests. First the oil is very greasy, real argan absorbs quickly. Second, the oil is completely clear, real argan has a yellow or orange color. Next, it has no scent whatsoever , real argan has a slightly nutty smell. Real argan also has a slight cloudiness/sediment, this has none. Save your money, they charge a real argan price for fake stuff. Honestly the fakes you find throughout the souks are more convincing. The owners response is a lie and shameful. You can confirm on google through multiple sources that what I have stated above is how to check for authenticity. “Lab purified” is a marketing term. Real cosmetic argan is simply cold pressed. Even if this is real argan, given that it is processed to the point that it is clear and odorless that means the beneficial compounds (tocopherols, sterols, phenol) that give argan its benefits are lost. Either this product is simple fake or it is refined to the point where it has no benefits. This retailer is just a high end scammer.

Lovely salesman, unlike the other stores in Marrakech who are extremely irritable. Accepts credit card, prefers local cash. Fun to talk to, very clear and efficient communicator, knowledgeable, patient when there is a language barrier (his English is fluent, but we had people in our group whose English was not so good), and no hard sell. The products appear to be high quality based on my naive glance— the cosmetic argan oil is in a dark glass container to protect from the sun. The saffron smells fresher and more pungent than other stores. Price was expensive, but high quality. You will find it a few euros per unit cheaper than some of the other high quality stores, and significantly more than the places that are questionable.

I was surprised by the diversity of the products and I really liked the perfumes because they have a deep znd special Moroccan touch.

Credit card accepted . Very nice and professional introduction about the products . Good quality. Went there again for second time purchase. Bought a cute container for sugar as well.

Nice place to buy soap, it seems a bit pricey but at this location, i would not expect it cheaper. The service provided is nice and they take care of a pregnante cat in the shop, what else could i ask for ?

Amazing shop with a great variety of natural products (scrubs, natural soaps,solid shampoo, body lotions, oils) and extremely kind and polite owner with his lovely cat! Definitely recommend buying some items with argan oil here!

Wonderful shop and fantastic products. Lovely, welcoming and knowledgable owner. I’m so sad I didn’t get a chance to go back before leaving Marrakech. Can’t wait to visit again!
