I had the best hydrafacial and dermaplaning with Nagisa! It was my first time doing both and she took beautiful care of my skin. Explaining every product and giving an amazing arm & scalp massage through out! 12/10 would come back again!

My massage with Missy was absolutely incredible Exactly the thing I needed after a long week. My facial with Sunethra was the best I’ve had. She left me glowing on the outside and her kindness left me glowing on the inside.

I had a Brazilian wax with Sue at Naturopathica. She was incredible. She made me comfortable and was quick and professional. I will definitely go to her again- maybe even for a facial next time!

Sue is the best! I had a lovely hydrafacial with her and the glow lasted for many days after. My skin was thoroughly cleansed, gently exfoliated and given a serious glow + hydration boost. Perfect for summertime. One of the best facials I’ve ever had in the most beautifully serene healing center. Sue is incredibly knowledge, calming and kind, and a gifted esthetician. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to the sweet Naturopathica team!

1. The service provider should read the intake form I order to understand the clients needs. 2. Room and table given to the client t should be able to accommodate their needs. 3. Provider should greet them after services to discuss 4. A follow up phone call from a manager to the client when total dissatisfaction is communicated 5 . You are not a medical Massage company and try not to put yourself forth as one. 6. Front Desk, whom is in empathetic to the client's dissatisfaction. I am writing this on behalf of one of my clients who was there who communicated what she asked for in her service and her massage, therapist did not listen to her and actually cause discomfort

Love coming back here for a spa day in The Hamptons. This time, I got the Defy Hydra Facial and the Swedish Massage. Liana was the esthetician and Missy was the masseuse. Expensive but the self care is worth the price tag. I also bought some products. The Arnical Oil, the Lavender Oil, and the SPF 50 sunscreen. After spending $500, they didn't give me a single free sample. Whereas every time after spending a mere $50 on their website, they send half a dozen free samples to me with the purchase.

What a bummer. We were given a gift card as a wedding gift last September & thought it would be fun to go get facials, something we probably wouldn't do on our own so we were excited. Both of us signed up for the same experience. While I was in my room the aesthetician asked if I'd like a vitamin c cream and a "rejuvenating cream" as she said my skin was dry. I figured sure, why not. When we finished our facials we both met at the cash register. The lady asked if we would like to tip "the standard 20%". Sure, I said. My issue is that my facial cost $240 more than my husband's. Apparently vitamin c and rejuvenating cost $100 each. Plus another $40 for the extra tip made my $275 facial $515!! When we spoke about it my husband told me that he was offered the same treatments but they let him know the extra cost. My aesthetician didn't let me know. I would never have said yes to that. I as a general rule I don't write negative reviews but the kicker for me was that they sent us an email asking for feedback & when I told them what happened we never heard back from them. Bummer.

The treatment itself was very good but there appears to be zero management at this location. They send a courtesy survey that does not get read or responded to, resulting in reviews like this. Very much a money grab opposed to other small businesses out east that should be considered. For the price, customer service should be top notch. The inmates are running the asylum.

This was a sales pitch disguised as a facial. From the second I lay down, the aesthetician started trying to upsell me -- a more expensive facial? Extra massage? Buy these products? Etc. etc. Then she asked me if I'd like to finish with SPF -- in other words, should she put sunscreen on my face, which I figure tends to be standard at facials? I asked if it was extra, and she said, "well, we do tend to charge for it." The aesthetician proceeded to ask me, "What's your ethnic background?" (I deflected the question) "How often do you exercise?" "Do you eat healthy? Lots of vegetables?" Etc. Worse still, I had asked her to focus on extractions, and she didn't. She did a quick once over on my face and said "all clear!" And then I pointed out some problem areas and she went back and did a little more. It was all very perfunctory -- for $225 for (almost) 60 minutes! She ended a little early then bolted out to tell me gleefully that she was going to line up all the products she had used so I could buy them. It was my first facial at Naturopathica, and will be my last.

They do amazing facials here. They have all of the gadgets you would expect a high end New York City spa to have. Very relaxing spa experience. I had a facial with Marina and it was truly amazing. Definitely will go back. My skin looks amazing. Very happy. FYI they are taking tons of cautionary steps for COVID. I wore a mask during my facial and weirdly still was able to get the facial and Marina also wore a mask. Very clean facility.

The BEST experience...every time... The staff are kind and helpful, and the variety of products lets you bring the spa experience home with you! The chill chocolate detox tonic is just yummy! I am a huge fan of the Radio Frequency Treatments, and highly recommend you treat yourself at least once... There are typically two types of high-end spas: those that are worth it and those that aren't. This is the latter. I booked a 90 minute "Defy" massage. I was asked no fewer than 3 times (2 of them during the massage) if I'd like to upgrade. The woman assigned to me had the lightest touch possible and no amount of requesting would get her to dig in harder. She skipped my feet, hands, and my ENTIRE UPPER BACK. $240 later + 20% gratuity - what a joke. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

Wow. Five star service. Two thumbs up!! My lavender aromatherapy massage was perfect. Went with a few friends and we all could not have been more pleased or pampered. Great jewelry and skin care in the shop too.

Great place for a good massage in a stunning setting. All massage therapists are professional and though different in their own personal style, very good at making you feel relaxed and take care of whatever your needs are. This is one of my favorite places to be :)

I had a prenatal massage today with Marcus and he was amazing! He really listened to my requests. (Im really picky with massages and masseuses FYI!) The spa is relaxing, immaculate, and all staff members were helpful and wonderful to interact with. I booked in advance, they seem to be a bit busy even though it is January.

I Had a great massage and facial. It's one of the best spas I've been to in years. Highly recommend it. The staff was very accommodating with all my crazy requests. Both my therapist were very professional and listened to my needs and what I wanted, and they made recommendations based on our conversation. I walked out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I can't wait for my next appointment.

Naturopathica is an excellent spa for facials, massage and body contouring. I have been a loyal client for seven years. There a number of excellent massage therapists who offer deep tissue massage with the expertise of a physio. Sunethra in particular is a genius aesthetician offering facials, expert facial massage, and transformational facial and body contouring. I walk out of her room looking like a completely different person--in the best way possible--every single time, so I cannot recommend her highly enough!

This place is an embarrassment of a spa. I feel bad for their employees who have to work under these current conditions with bad policy and lack of management. If you're used to going to real spas in any normal market, you will be let down by this one.

I'm trying to think of a time when I've had a better massage than the one I had here yesterday.... Nope, I'm stumped. Best massage ever from Natasha. Really. Nice place, friendly staff, very relaxing atmosphere.

We made reservations weeks ago and have just been told that they were never going to be able to have those times available the morning of our appointments. It's my mom's birthday. This is completely unacceptable.

Sue healed my skin! After a few facials, all of my acne is cleared. Request her if you have any skin problem. Cannot recommend her enough! Spa is so beautiful and clean.. Staff is always accommodating and flexible with appointment changes. Definitely not cheap, but worth it.

Love this place! I typically treat myself to a massage here at least once a month. Marcus is one of the best massages I have ever received. I also had a facial with Lola where I tried the dermaplaning for the first time. I walked out and could not only feel the difference in my skin, but could see a significant change in my fine lines so it was WELL WORTH IT. The ladies at the desk are very helpful. This seems to be a very busy spa (I can see why) and so I suggest booking in advance. I try to schedule my next one on my way out! Wonderful staff and beautiful spa!! Thank you!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I joined Yelp to warn other people about this awful place and its terrible employees and ridiculously high prices- beware! I came home to the East End after a stressful quarter at college, hoping to relax. My dad had a gift certificate for Naturopathica, and generously gave it to my mom and me to use while I was home. I booked an appointment for 11AM on Saturday for a massage for my mom and a facial for me. The receptionist was a little rude on the phone, but I had my 11AM appointment so I didn't think too much of it. We didn't receive a confirmation call (as is standard procedure at most salons), but assumed that everything was fine for our appointment. When we got to Naturopathica at 10:45, the snotty receptionist told us that our appointment was at 10AM and we would be charged for the services we did not have. I told her again and again that our appointment was for ELEVEN, and that I had written it down while I was on the phone, and my dad (who was in the room) had heard the conversation. She refused to listen, citing "company policy." My mom and I left, flabbergasted. We called back later, asking to speak to the manager (who was mysteriously absent). When we finally got to talk to her, she was rude and defensive, refusing to even apologize for the confusion (which was clearly THEIR fault!) The staff at Naturopathica are rude and snotty. I have seen similar reviews online regarding the lack of professionalism at this establishment. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Save yourself the aggravation! You go to a spa to RELIEVE stress, and that won't happen here.

I used to get the most amazing facials from this place, but guess I started getting more acne or dirtier pores or SOMETHING because what was once an amazing, relaxing experience with aromatherapy, soothing music and facial massages one day became something akin to what hell must be like. My face was poked and prodded with sharp metal instruments in the most painful ways imaginable. The woman must have been some sort of sadist because she definitely was taking pleasure in my misery. She also gave me this huge list of Naturopathica products (which average about $20-30 each) that she was suggesed I purchase which I found really tacky... you expect that sort of thing when you get those free 10 minute facials at the mall, not from a place of repute! I know for a fact that this place is excellent for massages and in the future, if I feel like treating myself to something special, I'll opt for one of those instead.

A group of 5 of my family and friends had a mixed experience at this spa..... But lets start with the good news first....... My cousin Guillane........ raved so much about her experience - it became contagious at dinner. Her Massage Therapist name is JACKIE................. The way my cousin described the technique that Jackie used on her tired and stressed body - it made all of us wanting to run to Jackie - LOL! JACKIE YOU ROCK............... Guillane personally testified that she walked in and stressed and walked out a new woman............ My cousin Darlyne did not have such a great experience as a matter of fact - she said her experience was horrible - Her Massage Therapist name is Michelle........... wow Michelle what happened...........? Well Darlyne expressed that she did not feel any pressure from the massage.......... further the work she expressed to be done on her body was totally ignored.................... :-(. My friend Maria said her experience was OK - her massage therapist name is James. My firend Ketia said her experience was OK - her massage therapist name is Kerry. Overall I gave Naturopathica a 3 because of the skillfull Jackie.................. Every person who walks in to a spa should experience a Therapist like Jackie and have a FABULOUS experience and not just an OK experience..................... OH AND THE BEST MEMORABLE PART OF THE SPA WAS - WE ALL GOT TO SEE MARTHA STEWART............. yes she gets spa services done at Naturpathica........

My boyfriend and I are from Vermont and we were visiting friends in Long Island this past weekend. My boyfriend kindly treated me to a facial on Saturday and let me tell you, Naturopathica is as good as it gets! I could not wait to write this review because of what an amazing experience this was from start to finish. The entire staff is so friendly, down to earth and professional. The spa itself is tranquil, beautiful and clean. I had a facial with Joanna, who was thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. She had beautiful skin, which right away gave me comfort. She answered all my questions and concerns because I was nervous about breakouts. Honestly, she did such an amazing job!! Especially since I hadn't gotten a facial in a while she was super gentle and no irritation at all. It was beyond relaxing. At the end, she gave me great recommendations for a new skin care regimen which I was in dire need of after this nasty winter weather. Highly recommend this place!

After a decade of going to their spa, it's finally time to say goodbye to Naturopathica. I've had too many treatments from masseurs who just don't know what they're doing: I'm not talking about different styles, I'm talking about masseuses with long sharp fingernails and jangly bracelets, and masseurs who smell of cigarettes. It's really disappointing, because years ago they had a core staff who were terrific -- Dorota, Sue, Bethany, and Guy were fantastic. But I see in my phone a list of six different names after which I've written "never again," and that's too many. I'll be looking for a new spa in the East End.

Not reliable. Terrible customer service. I was in the Hamptons for a girl's trip and I booked a massage a month out and all went well over the phone and I even received an email confirmation. One week out, they called and told me they had to move my appointment back an hour due to staffing issues. This was slightly annoying b/c my friends and I had all booked around the same time so we could then eat lunch together afterwards. On the day of the appointment, I showed up with my other friends who had 10am appointments and told them I would just hang out until my appointment. At that time, they informed me and another friend who had also booked a month out, that one of their therapists called in sick so we no longer had appointments. We went all the way over there only to be told we didn't have appointments and the front desk person was almost rude about it and barely apologetic. It was almost as if she wanted us to feel sorry for her stressful situation this morning. She then said she would try to work us in and told us to hang on as she checked everyone else in. She went in the back and then came back and said they could take us at 1:30pm and didn't even offer to discount anything for the inconvenience. We decided not to take the later appointments b/c that would mess up our entire plans for the day. Before I left, I went to the restroom. When I came back out, the front desk person finally apologized to me for the issues and offered to put a 10% discount on my account for the next time. I live in Texas and even if I did come back to the area, I would never go here again. And 10% off is insulting. The massage should have been free + tip at that point. It was truly disappointing especially b/c I am pregnant and had been looking forward to a prenatal massage all month.

My wife and I have been here additional times and are always very happy with the massages we receive. We have had multiple massages with various staff and they are always excellent and very good about asking about areas where we are stiff/sore/etc. and taking time to address the problem areas so we end up feeling much better at the end of our treatments. It's great to know that Naturopathica always has skilled staff available regardless of the time of day or year.

Total waste of time and money. I booked an arnica deep tissue massage here. Got in and told the masseuse that I really needed a deeply tissue, told her where Is as particularly sore. I basically got lighted stroked for an hour. Was barely a Swedish massage. The part that annoys me the most is that I have this feedback. I told them that I either got the wrong massage or they need to update their description. They send you a survey after your appt asking for feedback and I never heard a word from them: The worst customer experience is asking for feedback and not following up on it.

Products are so lovely! Staff is definitely hit-or-miss. I just returned from a morning of treatments at Naturopathica. The line has such an awesome reputation, I took it for granted that the spa would be less than lovely, and considering that this is an expensive, seemingly very high quality spa, I think I was in a bit of a shock after my experience. Driving home, I thought to myself, was that really as bad as it seemed? And after reading some other Yelpers' reviews, I realize that I'm not the only person who has had this experience. Like others, when I booked my massage and facial, the person on the phone did not seem to be able to answer any of my questions about which massage and facial would be best for me, and seemed annoyed that I was asking. She kept cutting me off, like she was rushed for time and needed to get me off the phone. When I came in this morning for my treatments, while waiting I noticed a staff member with a loud, wet, nasty sounding cough. To myself I was thinking, I hope this is not my masseuse! I work closely with new mothers and their newborn babies, and because of the delicate immune systems of newborns, I cannot knowingly come into close contact with any person who has a contagious illness like a cold, flu or virus. Sure enough, this person emerges after a few minutes, putting out her hand to introduce herself and take me back. I was put in the awkward position of telling her I had heard her coughing, and asked her if she was sick. She replied that "she was, but she is getting better." The staff was very nice about allowing me to have my massage with another masseuse, but while I waited the front desk manager informs me that the original masseuse actually was not sick...she coughs because she is a cigarette smoker! I'm not sure which is worse in my mind... a professional body worker exposing her clients to cold germs or carbon monoxide... That being said, the therapist that did take me was FANTASTIC and as a medicinal aromatherapist myself, the eucalyptus and ginger essences were perfect and good quality. The room was very cold, but aside from that, I would request this massage therapist again. She was excellent - warm, funny, and very good. Then my facial followed - thinking back, I have to kind of chuckle. My facialist was "prickly" to say it nicely. I disliked her immediately because she had a harsh, impatient manner that made me bristle. Taking me back, she asked how my skin was as she switched on the light to take a look. I told her I had combination skin, with light hormonal breakouts and that sun damage and protection was a concern because I live in Los Angeles and cannot avoid my skin being exposed to bright sun most every day. She responds that I actually have very, very dry skin and that she should do the signature face lifting facial instead of the vitamin c facial I had requested. It crossed my mind that she might have been up-selling a more expensive facial, but I agreed because I already felt bad about requesting a different therapist for my massage. I've gotten facials religiously in most major cities in the world, once a month for over ten years. No facialist or esthetician has ever told me I have very dry skin (because I don't...). I mentioned to her that I had been traveling a lot lately and that perhaps she was seeing the effects of the airplanes, but she cut me off, saying, "no I can see. Your skin is just very dry. You also have a very long black hair growing from your chin." I think I stuttered...that I did not know how to respond to. Luckily she didn't say much else during the treatment, except pausing again to ask me if I wax, and telling me that they also do waxing and it could be scheduled along with my other treatments today. I told her no, honestly because at that point I was starting to feel anger toward her. I had just been too busy in the last few months working over 100 hours a week to keep up with all of my self-care, and besides that I found her comments so out of line and hateful. She also massaged my scalp and hair with product all over her gloves, getting scrub and face products into my hair. When I left, my roots were so greasy I had to drive home and shower before continuing my errands for the day. I had planned to pair my facial with purchasing a few products and had hoped my facialist could recommend a care routine for me or educate me on their products. At the end of the treatment, this facialist asked me if I needed any products, and I asked her in general what she recommended and tried to explain what I use now, but she cut me off after I said the word "cleanser." What type of cleanser do you want? A milky cleanser?" There is one with chamomile that is good for calming sensitive skin. (I don't have sensitive skin...) She showed me the cleanser and as I was reading the ingredients, she impatiently said loudly "OKAY THANK YOU." And left me at the products. I purchased nothing.

This place is expensive but worth it. Massage and total experience was awesome. Highly recommend this spa!

This place is great. One, the spa is BEAUTIFUL. Two, they were so thoughtful. I had the Pure Results Facial treatment for 60 minutes and it was 60 minutes of heaven. They asked me if my skin was sensitive, if I had reacted to any harsh treatment before, and what my preferences were. I've never felt so good after a spa treatment as a result.

I have visited SO MANY spas all over the world... Their deep tissue massage was absolutely amazingggg!!!! I highly recommend this place! I dont know why everyone said they are rude??? They were so nice!

This spa is fantastic, the products are truly exceptional. The pumpkin enzyme peel works so well and smells so good I want to eat it! I've traveled to many placed and used high end products and no other hold a candle to these products. The massages are great and the facials are superior, no harsh instruments ever, I've been going there for 4 years and that is the craziest thing I've ever heard. As far as the staff, perhaps the girls are the front desk could put a smile on their face and be a bit more enthusiastic but today I went and was delighted to see fresh new faces that were all to happy to help. I would highly recommend this spa

I can't say enough about how much I adore this spa. I had an hour massage and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. Carmella was superb, highly recommend her ! I will be back for sure.

WOW! I look up reviews a ton and hardly ever post them, but this is a place worth talking about. I was gifted a massage and facial for Christmas and I decided to really indulge myself by getting both today! :) I just had the Blue Eucalyptus massage from Jessica and it was out of this world! Just the right amount of deep pressure to work out the knots in my back, all while making me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I followed that up with the Natural Face Lift facial. Marina was so gentle on my face and I left the spa with glowing skin! Both Jessica and Marina only spoke to me during my treatments when it was absolutely necessary (to make sure the pressure was good, I was comfortable, etc.), which added to the relaxation element - I like to be pampered in silence. I feel so spoiled after leaving the spa today... It was just what the doctor ordered. I will definitely be back for more! Get here as fast as you can! The store is great, too, full of amazing products and gifts for men and women.

Update - I did get a call and they rescheduled the appointment - and followed up with a confirmation email - thankfully they have good upper management to take care of the issue - leaving it 3 stars until (hopefully) I get the correct masseuse! Original review - 1 star - Totally incompetent support staff! I have been coming here for years and the facials and massages are wonderful however the support staff is as if I'm in a third world non-English speaking country.....I had a lovely massage with a particular masseuse and she suggested a deeper massage the next time and 90 minutes. At checkout I booked a 90 min massage with the same masseuse- but as she was in very high demand I had to wait 2 months to get an appointment with her....so I wait patiently for 2 months and show up for the appointment and they try to pawn another masseuse on me - I refused the other masseuse and now am waiting to see what the manager is going to do - she says she will comp the next massage with the requested masseuse- waiting for a call - btw - this is not the first screw up on their end for booking appointments - it's happened a few times before - either the wrong time or an appointment I never booked....

I've decided to change my review as I am no longer going for massages and facials. The place went down hill in the past 2 years since my last review. The front desk knows nothing about the products anymore and can only name services and cannot describe the different services. How does your staff not know the difference between deep Tissue and and Swedish? Makes me a bit uncomfortable when reception recommends a certain massage. Probably just up selling clients. The products went down hill as well very sad since I used to love coming here

Yesterday was my first experience at Naturopathica and my friend treated me to an amazing 90 minute deep tissue massage. I have to say, it was the best deep tissue massage I have ever had! I feel great today and I will definitely be back again. My therapist was Ann Marie. My friend's therapist, who she goes to regularly, was Heather!!

I LOVE this place! My massage therapist, Guy, was AMAZING! I swear I was touched my the hands of Jesus and the fig, pear and pumpkin peels are awesome too!

I come to this spa all the time- I am a year-round resident- and I absolutely love all of the masseuses I have had, so for massages I would give five stars. However, this review is for the facial I received. I have had a rough winter and needed a great facial so my husband spoiled me and bought me a 1 1/2 hour facial. I attempted to speak with the esthetician about what was going on with my skin and what my needs were. Although she was a very lovely person, you could tell she did not listen very closely to what I wanted/needed and did not adjust my facial accordingly. I was even willing to spend extra if necessary, but the option was not presented to me. Throughout the facial all I could think was, she does not want to be here. Not exactly what you want to think about during a facial. I left with nice, smooth skin but honestly (and I don't even like writing a bad review about someone) I could have gotten the same results with naturopathica products myself at home. I left with no advice and none of my concerns addressed. Now, weeks following the facial, my problem areas are not at all improved (and they are not problems that should not have been at least partially alleviated). Sadly, I will not return to Naturopathica for facials in the future (just massages!)

Some friends have given me some sites to peruse as I am heading to Greece for an upcoming vacation. I am fairly new to reviews (I only recently joined Facebook!), but I am scouring everything & anything I can about my trip. As my "Outward Bound-type" vacations have been replaced with relaxing, resort-type ones as I "mature", I now spell vacation: S~P~A.... Sites, shopping and experiences abound, but I MUST have my massages or I can't call it a vacation! At any rate, this site does not seem to cover Europe, but since I have a treatment scheduled at Naturopathica this very afternoon, I thought I'd check out their reviews. Honestly, I find myself a bit shocked and saddened that not everyone is in love with this place as I am. Now, I ADAMANTLY respect each person's experience, opinion and feelings about anything. It's just that I have been going to Naturopathica for years and I have ALWAYS had a great experience ~ top to bottom. You could say that I have massaged my way through each therapist and have emerged from the womb-like rooms like a wet noodle with bed-head hair & bedroom eyes each & every time. I connect a little more or less with different peeps, but I am a proud loyalty member & look forward to the email blasts that tell me about specials. For a LONG time I was wary about the private label products, I admit. I mean there are SO many "out there" and each is more expensive than the other. But, when I asked for personal service & advice, I got it AND I got the products. Now, I was one of those teenagers who worked & didn't hang out at the mall with friends learning how to apply make-up (embarassingly, THAT is still true!), but when I was guided with what to buy, how to use it (and in what exact order), I gave it a try. I can truthfully say that I am extremely pleased with the results. Plus, it feels so good to use cleansers, lotions & potions that are not chock full of chemicals.... I am starting to ramble, so I will stop. But, I invite anyone who has had a less than stellar experience at this establishment to give them another try. In my stressful and hectic world, it is genuinely an important haven for me!
