Naturospace Honfleur

What a cute place to visit with small children! My toddler who just learned about butterflies at school was absolutely stoked to be here. It's not a super big place so 1 hour is enough to see everything but they do not specify a time limit and you can roam freely. It's a great idea for rainy weather but I recommend you wear layers that you can take off as it is quite hot and humid inside to create a suitable environment for the animals and plants. It was nice to be surrounded by butterflies and birds flying around :)

Loved it here. Great spot for children. Lots of birds and butterflies (and gift shop). Maybe a bit small, takes an hour or so to walk around if you take your time. My children loved it . About 10 euro per person

It's not 5 stars purely because of the price but it's r star rating is well deserved. This place is beautiful, unique and its natural conservation of the butterflies and bird species they keep clearly play a key roll in maintaining said species numbers. However, perhaps it was out of season or lack of funding or interest as to why the gift shop is priced as it is but I decided to buy a butterfly teddy in remembrance of my visit. At €15 euros in my opinion, this was steep. This may well be the going rate but I felt €8-€10 would have been a more suitable price for what I bought of which I have posted a picture. This was the only blight and what was a lovely educational few hours. The animals and stunning and it is well worth a visit, the admission it self was around €12 so not to bad. But if you want to take something away with be prepared to double that money or substantially add to it for even something quite small.

A must see when in Hornfleur. The butterflies are impressive and they are very brave - meaning youll get a chance to take very close up pictures. Same with birds - super fun, our 4 year old loved it. 1 tip: go around twice because trust me, you will see more things you havent noticed on the first go as there is so much to look at.

As a butterfly lover, I had to see it and was not disappointed. The enchanting creatures flutter by very close to you and you can admire them for as long as you like. The birds and plants are also quite wonderful. The sultriness inside is understandable, so better not dress too thickly.

A magical experience, being surrounded by exotic plants, birds, fish and butterflies flitting in the habitat created for them. Starting out, an explanatory audiovisual presentation in French or in English of 5 minutes is available. This attraction is suitable for children, easily accessible on foot from town and with ample parking for visitors with vehicles.

This place is great ! The butterflies were beautiful and even though I visited during the end of the winter and there weren't a excessive amount of butterflies, I appreciate my visit. The exotic birds are amusing and it's a fun location to visit with children so they can discover the beauty of nature !

PRICE is way too expensive than the value and the experience. So till they don’t Modify the pricing, i won’t recommend. It was nice to see a few birds and butterflies but the place is so small.
