We didn't stay here, but we did hold my sons 21st here. we had about 18 family members with us, I planned this with their wedding planner and I cannot fault the communication we got. We where tucked away a little big to the side which was a big bonus for some privacy and it also had walk down access to the beach which was beautiful. We went with a buffet style dinner and all of the food was so good! We got a cake made through their baker/chef and they done such an awesome job! So well priced and overall with the event itself we where so happy with everything. Staff where amazing and welcoming that we ended up coming back multiple times for happy hour

We didn’t stay at the resort but we ate at the restaurant. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was beautiful, the service was impeccable. We arrived around 6 and watched the sunset from our table. The kids food arrived first, allowing them to munch while we waited for our food. The price is very reasonable for the quality of food and atmosphere. Thank you, Nautilus, for such an enjoyable dining experience!

My family stayed here in Room 16 from 8-11th of July. We would like to thank the resort for taking great care of us! We felt like we are part of their family. The cleanliness and upscale facilities of the resort is worth every bit. The location is superb plus no dogs will chase you in the night if you want a peaceful stroll at night. Thank you to Toby the gardener (he made us feel welcome and treated us wonderfully also we love hearing his stories of being a previous fisherman who takes care of turtles), Grace the receptionist (from the time we arrived she has given tips, advices, and welcomed us like no other resort - yes we came from another resort), Joseph, Densil, and a Filipino guy in the restaurant who greets us with a warm smile everytime we have breakfast.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth & smiles. Denoli or 'Nil' at front office was so charming & helpful as were Grace & Aan. Nil took us to our 'Are' or villa & we were amazed. A gorgeous lagoon fronting view with our own private plunge pool on our deck. ||The on-site restaurant was beautiful and the meals delicious. Staff who looked after us so well included Ketut, Tex, Justin & Janet. ||Housekeeping done every day with a smile & attention to detail, we were looked after beautifully by Ismah.||The gardens are maintained perfectly. ||We wanted a holiday with no stress and this was perfect. Our views lulled us into sense of contentment, truly a postcard view. ||A highlight for us was Dewey, the resort dog. A big, beautiful shepherd with a docile manner & eyes that begged for a pat. He got plenty!||This was one of my favourite holidays EVER.

This resort is absolutely stunning - from the location, to the amenities and the food!! We stayed here for four nights and loved every minute of it. Staff were extremely kind, caring, friendly and accommodating, making sure every need was met. Pool was beautiful and we also had beach access. The kayaks and SUPS were fantastic as we snorkelled out the front of the resort. The resort provides reef shoes and snorkels, but we took our own. The resort activities were amazing. We loved the coconut and iki mata lesson, and the cooking class with cocktail making! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!!!

We planned a trip for my 50th birthday. Four nights on Rarotonga and 4 nights on Aitutaki. We chose to stay at Nautilus Resort and are so thankful because it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we were picked up at the airport by Robbie to the moment we left we were treated with the kind of hospitality that made you feel like part of a family. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and each room (17 in the entire resort) has its own private plunge pool in a gated, tropical courtyard). Many people we spoke with said that they were thankful they booked at this resort instead of the sister one down the way because of the privacy and intimacy of a small footprint. Since it was my birthday, the staff arranged for a special rose, petal display on my bed on the day of my birthday with a swan decoration and a birthday serenade from 10 members of the staff over dinner at the main restaurant! Dewey the delightful campus mascot was a special treat. We loved the fact that the resort literally spills out into the beach and you can walk from the pool to the sand and then into the water. We actually considered counseling one of our schedule days at Aitutaki so that we could come back to this wonderful little slice of paradise. We spent a day in Avarua where we explored the town and got to visit the flagship store of TAV, we even met the owner and enjoyed a lunch of Ika Mata at the restaurant immediately next-door… The best we’ve ever had!! I spent a lot of time in TAV. Nautilus was fantastic. The staff are the best! Joseph, Ketut, Indrie, Don, Janet, Andy, Robbie, Denil, Cherise at the Spa (best massage and facial ever!!!). I highly recommend this fantastic resort. We definitely plan to come back.

We just went there for a dinner which was fantastic. Food was really good and the blue lagoon drink was incredible (specially by the size of it 😂 great for sharing). I only wish they had more dairy-free options. Great service, our waitress for the night made us fell at home with her beautiful energy, big smile and friendliness. Thanks Marielle, you made our experience even more special!

We had high hopes for our visit, but unfortunately, the service wasn’t what we expected. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and left us waiting quite a while just to place our order. It felt like we were being overlooked, especially when we saw the other server—the lady with long hair—being so attentive to her tables. She even came over and kindly asked if we were okay because she noticed we didn’t seem happy. Maybe it was just a matter of station assignments and timing, but it did affect our overall experience. We hope this can be improved for future guests.
