Navios Yokohama

Lovely hotel in nice area. Had a view from window after looking at a wall in Tokyo. They will not consider check in before 2 but have nice area to wait. Actully have coffee and tea in room. The little table is a nice touch but leaves little room for suitcases. We actually stored one in the wardrobe. Again very limited English from staff but very helpful

Stayed at Navios for 5 nights and loved the room, service, location, amenities. Everything was convenient, the staffs were very helpful and nice. Right across is the World Porters mall so it’s very accessible. Another is Family Mart thats open quite late maybe even 24 hours.

The service here is amazing. The staff friendly and very courteous. Rooms are clean and the hotel ambience is great. Check in was smooth. The location is quite central and everything is close by. Family mart just 4 minutes away. The only thing I want to highlight is that I asked for a few garlic cloves as I could not find it in the nearby supermarkets and they gave me garlic paste. I needed the cloves for medicine but they said that they don't have that. Just a little surprised that garlic is so hard to find in japan.

Great room. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It's located right next to a large mall I'd you need to pick up things before heading to your ship. The breakfast buffet was excellent

Visited for a Post-Meeting Social Gathering I attended a social gathering held in the banquet hall of a stylish hotel. Since I had to catch the Shinkansen, I could only stay for part of it, but I still had a good time. Being in Yokohama, by the bayside, and in such a chic hotel, it’s understandable that the price would be higher—especially with such a large venue and free drinks included. However, I felt the amount of food was a bit lacking. It was a shame, because what I did have was delicious. Since the food was so good, I’d love to come back another time and actually stay overnight at the hotel.

Walk distance from Sakuragicho station, red brick warehouse, Yamashita park etc. One side of hotel has Ferris wheel/city hotel view, the other side has ocean/rainbow bridge view. Both side has excellent view. The room is very clean and spacious. On top of that the service is extraordinary. We left our valuables and cash in the room. Housekeeper found them and left at front desk. Yes. This only happens in Japan. Amazing. We felt so stupid but the staffs were so nice and polite. And don’t forget about their excellent buffet breakfast and seamen’s club bar!! I highly recommend this hotel.

great place staff room attend are easy to approach, food is great i love it here to stay

The rooms in this hotel are a lot to be desired. They smell of cigarette smoke and are tiny. There is no safe or room service and no room to swing a cat! The staff do make up for it as they are accommodating and pleasant and it is in a good location. The view is nice if you are on the right side of the hotel (which I wasn't). The whole hotel is in need of a refurb as it is stuck in the 80s which makes for some fun with colleagues when at the bar! I wouldn't stay here agin unfortunately.

Top class nigh end bar with view of Yokohama Marina. Great selection of classic cocktails, whiskeys, beers and wines in a refined classic cocktail bar environment. Good for business meetings or just to go solo for a drink. As a Merchant Mariner I make a point to visit Navios International Seaman's Club whenever I visit Yokohama on a ship.
