Sparse rooms with 1 small soap, no cups a dirty fridge, dusty corners and floor edges, gross sticky remotes.... ew, A1/2 sin in the bath and a bed that was too small for an average male 5-10. Don't walk barefoot on the floors they feel slimy. Did have ac that you can't control, no front desk so some guests looked like they were renting by the hour and the front entry smelled like the cleaner solution is masking urine. There's no one on site so no help if there are issues and no refunds if you want to cancel future days. It's your buck risk it if you want . We're sorry we did

Very nice hotel and staff. Great value for money. The shower could have been warmer with stronger pressure and the patio door didn’t properly lock, leading it to open a few times during the night. That said, I enjoyed the property and would stay again.

Everything was great. The only problem was that the shower was so narrow that it was difficult to get a shower. The room was clean, and the place was beautiful. The host helped us out with everything we needed. I wished that we could control the AC because it was kind of warmth in the room at night. But we love the location and the staff was great. We'll be back soon.

The room is big but the bathroom is very small. The bed is narrow and short. We stayed for two days and the cleaning lady did not want to clean our room in between. The best about the accommodation is the price and the location.

Terrible experience. My first email had the wrong lock box. After finally calling price line I got in the right lockbox only to find someone in my room!!! No one answered the late night number . Luckily I found a wonderful place called hotel casablanca around the block.

Positive: Location location location. You can walk to port, Starbucks, forts , restaurants etc Negative: The bed was tiny but we made it work , lol.

The location was great! This was our 3rd trip to San Juan, and we prefer staying in Old San Juan. The room was smaller than expected, but we didn't spend a lot of time there because we were enjoying the beach, historical sites, shopping, food, and drinks. Everything was very clean and secure. We would love to stay at Navona Studios in the future.

Canceled our room with 3 hours notice and will not answer phone. All other hotels booked. Stranded in Puerto Rico thanks to them DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!
