The room itself wasn’t anything special and the bathroom was tiny. And the only shower water temp was medium. But I didn’t care about any of that. The location was fantastic, the price is affordable, and it was clean and comfortable. It’s so fun to be right in the heart of Old San Juan. The rooftop was fantastic though, very clean and updated.

This place is clean and nice, but our room was tiny! Its location is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops, which was great. Keep in mind that you’ll have to lug your suitcases up several steps and use a key (not a keycard) to get onto your floor and then again to get into your room. Nice common areas with seating if you’re traveling with a small group.

Absolutely Do Not Recommend! Zero Flexibility & Unprofessional Service My entire Puerto Rico trip was ruined on January 3rd due to flight cancellations in Puerto Rico caused by the conflict in Venezuela— a clear force majeure event. This hotel was supposed to be the final stop of my journey, with my check-in date on the 11th being my last day in Puerto Rico, not my arrival day. Since I couldn’t even reach Puerto Rico at all, I immediately contacted the hotel to explain the situation and request a refund. Every other hotel I had booked for this trip was understanding and processed my refund without issue. However, this hotel not only refused to cooperate but even had the audacity to question why I couldn’t make it to Puerto Rico on the 11th. Their complete lack of empathy and refusal to acknowledge a legitimate, unavoidable crisis is shocking. Save your money and sanity— book literally anywhere else.

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL! On our flight to Puerto Rico and they send an email with check-in info, then another with wifi info. Two hours later they send an email and cancelled our reservation we made through booking.com. Their reason - they overbooked. They should have known that prior to the day we were to arrive. Horrific customer service. Don't take a chance on this location!

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience I booked this place on January 19, looking forward to my stay, but my reservation was canceled today at 2:03 PM — just three minutes after my check-in time at 2:00 PM. I arrived ready to check in, and suddenly I had nowhere to go. The host gave no clear explanation or help, leaving me completely stranded and stressed. This was extremely unprofessional and ruined my plans for the day. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Worst host ever. I received a message about the wifi password at 10 am this morning 11/7 and then they cancel my reservation just minutes before my check in at 2pm. Carlos is very irresponsible with people's time and does not value his customers. There was no apology, no explanation, nothing. We just arrived in San Juan and had nowhere to stay, just like that. Good luck I guess. Horrible service. Horrible communication. No regard. 0 stars if I could rate it that. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND. Please beware and take your business sowhere else. The reservation was made under Francisco's name (in case they try to say they didnt have a reservation under my name).

I actually love this place! We payed little to nothing for a room and it was a good size. The room had a bathroom and bed for only 80 bucks, and the service was very sweet and helped us out a lot!! Huge shout out, and a great location right in the middle of the city.

We made the booking through booking.com only for 1 night. Everything went smoothly & the room was better than in the pictures, basic, but cute. It has a good location to explore old San Juan .
