⭐ 1/5 – Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience I booked this place on January 19, looking forward to my stay, but my reservation was canceled today at 2:03 PM — just three minutes after my check-in time at 2:00 PM. I arrived ready to check in, and suddenly I had nowhere to go. The host gave no clear explanation or help, leaving me completely stranded and stressed. This was extremely unprofessional and ruined my plans for the day. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL! On our flight to Puerto Rico and they send an email with check-in info, then another with wifi info. Two hours later they send an email and cancelled our reservation we made through booking.com. Their reason - they overbooked. They should have known that prior to the day we were to arrive. Horrific customer service. Don't take a chance on this location!

I actually love this place! We payed little to nothing for a room and it was a good size. The room had a bathroom and bed for only 80 bucks, and the service was very sweet and helped us out a lot!! Huge shout out, and a great location right in the middle of the city.

Worst host ever. I received a message about the wifi password at 10 am this morning 11/7 and then they cancel my reservation just minutes before my check in at 2pm. Carlos is very irresponsible with people's time and does not value his customers. There was no apology, no explanation, nothing. We just arrived in San Juan and had nowhere to stay, just like that. Good luck I guess. Horrible service. Horrible communication. No regard. 0 stars if I could rate it that. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND. Please beware and take your business sowhere else. The reservation was made under Francisco's name (in case they try to say they didnt have a reservation under my name).

We made the booking through booking.com only for 1 night. Everything went smoothly & the room was better than in the pictures, basic, but cute. It has a good location to explore old San Juan .

Do not recommend!!! They gave us the wrong code to the lockbox leaving us standing on the street at 10pm while they didn’t respond to any calls or messages. Hotels.com had to get us a hotel at the last minute in a different area. 5 stars for hotels.com. Zero for navano studios, would not recommend

We were on the 2nd floor with a balcony facing the street. We had sleepless nights the entire time because of the noise from cars' blaring horns, loud music from the bar below and people talking from the street below. The balcony door wouldn't close completely, and it might have helped to keep the noise down if it would close & properly sealed. We can't recommend this place because of the noise. There's no one to complain to, besides what can they do?

We did follow directions. The code sent on 4/11/25 was different than the one sent at 5am 4/12/25 - after we had to get another hotel. If you go back through other reviews this is an issue repeatedly. The owner likes to gaslight people apparently - no accountability and no communication.
