I bought a skirt for €50, which is already very expensive for something that’s not even branded. On top of that, I later noticed it had a pen stain — completely unacceptable for that price. When I went back to the store, I was told there was no after-sales service at all: no refund, no exchange, no discount — absolutely no commercial gesture. I also noticed that, in general, many items are sold at very high prices — for example, shoes priced at €100 even though they’re visibly worn and would need repairs at a cobbler. The only positive thing I can say is that the shop is nicely decorated, but the service is inexistant. Very disappointing experience.
