Bouncer "River" was so rude to me and my friends. Classic Bouncer who feels entitled to be disrespectful to people. I loved this place, I've been here tons of times. This person "River" should fully be reviewed.

The most amazing service by bartender Alida unfortunately as you do in crowded events had a drink spilled all over my skirt and she helped asap really appreciated the help sooo much as bathroom line was quite long haha amazing service and very slay venue

Grungy dark sweat box. Absolutely terrible lack of ventilation, I felt physically sick and had to leave the gig early. Lasers were kinda cool.

Great venue and staff. A trek down some steep stairs but I've attended some great gigs here. Usually good sound. Toilets can be hard to access when packed and it can get very warm but I still find it a great spot.

I usually go to music gig/events here that start from either 9-10pm to 3-4am, nice bouncers and nice bartenders. Sometimes there are strange crowds in there depending on what kind of music is being played, and same for age group. I usually go alone as a small female and i've felt pretty safe most of the time.

I want to rate you guys 5 stars because you deserve it, But these are my genuine criticisms... Unfortunately only sometimes good djs are on (as subjective as that is) and then when there are, they're often too loud, and honestly when you push that system it no longer sounds clean or nice. Plenty of my friends agree. The times where it's been perfect are when you as a listener only have to raise your voice ever so slightly to talk over the music. Still the best venue imo :) hence the 5 stars.

Insane sound system, probably one of the best in Auckland. Unfortunately one of the bar staff argued I hadn’t paid my drink and made me pay twice for it (both payments went through). Despite her saying it hadn’t gone through. After leaving I found out someone I had gone with had the exact same problem and got double charged for two drinks, extremely disappointing considering all it takes is for them to watch the payment go through.

Cool "underground" venue. Came here to see a great DnB DJ, which I enjoyed very much. The drink prices are reasonable, typical club prices. There is a lot of room. There is NO COAT CHECK, which was annoying, but at least no one stole my coat. Nice staff.

Great new live venue. Awesome staff who know their drinks. Has an outdoor area with views of the city. I had a fun night of live music and interesting folks, recommend to all.
