My friend, Nakita, was denied entry into the venue. The band was Anberlin and the doorman said that she was not welcome in (for no reason). She waited for over 3 and a half hours in line, mind you. She has paid for the ticket and she has been refused entry due to personal problems rather than a business problem. Do not recommend. Please inspect this place!

I'm so annoyed that my friend got turned away from the Anberlin concert! They had a ticket are not banned nor trespassed . It's a total rip-off. They were in line for hours really looking forward to it, and yet were made stuck on the outside. It's just not right. They should have been inside, having a blast. It's such a shame. I'm seriously bummed for them; it's a huge disappointment. Whoever made this decision needs to rethink things and provide her a refund!

Speaking for a friend here l, denied entry into last nights event based on a clear misunderstanding a couple of years ago at another location she used to dj at. As this clear misunderstanding was previously established a LONG time ago, she was denied entry into your venue based on staff members having unnecessarily personal beef with her, you need to be keeping an eye on things like this otherwise word will get around and business will henceforth be lost.

Best club venue in Tāmaki Makaurau. Hands down. A crew and community who care about what they do ❤️

Bouncer "River" was so rude to me and my friends. Classic Bouncer who feels entitled to be disrespectful to people. I loved this place, I've been here tons of times. This person "River" should fully be reviewed.

Great venue and staff. A trek down some steep stairs but I've attended some great gigs here. Usually good sound. Toilets can be hard to access when packed and it can get very warm but I still find it a great spot.

The most amazing service by bartender Alida unfortunately as you do in crowded events had a drink spilled all over my skirt and she helped asap really appreciated the help sooo much as bathroom line was quite long haha amazing service and very slay venue

Cool "underground" venue. Came here to see a great DnB DJ, which I enjoyed very much. The drink prices are reasonable, typical club prices. There is a lot of room. There is NO COAT CHECK, which was annoying, but at least no one stole my coat. Nice staff.

Great new live venue. Awesome staff who know their drinks. Has an outdoor area with views of the city. I had a fun night of live music and interesting folks, recommend to all.
