Unprofessional and terrible service. The man at the store definitely doesn't know how to do his job. Every time I went there he told me that my order hadn't arrived, that they made a mistake with the school logo, and that I should wait until next week...I do not recommend this store. The worst thing of all is that I call and they don't answer, and I already paid for two poles.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I gave a project to them to complete and they ever communicated to me that it would not be ready anywhere near the projected time. They never called me, I had to reach out to them to find out my project could not be done. I do not recommend them at all.

Anthony was great ! My order of shirts came out beautiful and the price was definitely reasonable. He ended up not charging me for my son’s shirt, he didn’t have to do that. Very nice of him. Great experience, will definitely order again and recommend to others.

The worst customer service!! Sloppy and incorrect work. I asked for one color in the embroidery they added three other colors and destroyed a 70$ sweatshirt!! Then told me I had to wait until the following week to have it corrected after the owner approves it! I just threw the sweatshirt away!!!!!!!!

Service is disgusting. Horrible service I specifically stated I need them as soon as possible. No one had ever followed up with me to tell me the picture I chose was not good. I had to call when I called the girl was confused. After I went in and nothing was wrong just the fact that my shirts were not ready. Then I was told tuesday and nothing I had to call. Then I am told another day horrible service. Don't do it to yourself go else where. Horrible service not worth it especially for the price that's given. It's embarrassing how unprofessional they are.

Dropped off my daughters dance competition bag to be customized with her name great job my daughter loved it it looks great and was very reasonably priced

A completely unprofessional experience all around. They are not only rude the damaged what I asked to be embroidered. I also dropped it off almost two months and kept calling and no answer. The owner handed me the damaged item and still charged me. I threw the item out as it was useless. if I could give no stars I would. I could go on but I wasted enough time with this company. They don't answer the phone, and I recommend you avoid the shop by all means, as you will be throwing away your money.

Super rude, I called to ask if they can add a photo to a shirt and the guys responds " ummm, absolutely not. Seriously? Very poor customer service skills. Definitely won't be doing any business with this establishment .

Awesome customer service! I went in a day before I made my order and they were super helpful! I made my order and they came in clutch because I needed it faster than usual. The shirts came out amazing every detail was put on exactly how I pictured it. Thanks a lot guys!

So they give me one price and when I come to pick up my shirts the price doubles.... umm not coming here anymore. Thanks but not thanks

Horrible job and a ripoff. We ordered our engagement party shirts from another company and came here to get our own (the bride and groom) from them. They gave us a cut that we didn't pay for, it was a very cheap shirt, and they waited until the last minute to make our shirts...the day we were picking them up. 55 dollars for two pitiful shirts. Don't go here. They deserve zero stars. Now, we are moving around last minute to figure out what we are going to wear for our engagement party.
