"Choose a fancy spot, such as an umbrella-shaded lounger at one of Nice’s beach clubs, and you’ll even get a miniature ice bucket and silver tongs to dose your verre (glass) cube by cube." - Eleanor Aldridge

If you’re looking for a nice beach club in Nice you’ll have to check out Negresco beach club. We were able to secure beds in the front row making it convenient to get in and out of the water. The cocktails were alright - for the price we paid I was expecting my glass to be more full then it was for the mango colada drink. The beer was nice and refreshing. The food here is great! Overall we had a great time here and it was the best way to end our trip in Nice!

We spent the entire day at the beach club, renting chairs in the front row. It was SO worth the price. It was comfortable, luxurious and so relaxing. I can’t think of a more perfect way to unwind on our final day of our holiday. We also ate at the restaurant, which was an incredible dining experience. The truffle focaccia was very decadent and creamy, maybe a little too rich for our tastes. But the beef was cooked to perfection and the tuna tartare dish with quinoa was so fresh, light and delicious! I could’ve eaten it for lunch every day happily. Highly recommend, the experience is worth it a hundred times over.

Decided to come here for our first day of landing. Le Negresco were great at responding through the booking process and making our reservation. They permitted us an opportunity to store luggage since hotels / AirBNBs are not available until later in the afternoon, but ultimately we ended up getting an early check in and didn't use that service. The service at the beach club was great! Everyone was very kind. We ordered a fruit platter, lobster roll, a salad, and some drinks, all the food was very tasty! The lounge chairs were super comfortable and the beach location felt very private in comparison to the public beaches. We loved this place so much, we decided to squeeze in a second visit for a few hours on our last day! Worth every penny!

Excellent food in a gorgeous venue The restaurant sits directly on the beach just down from the Promenade des Anglais and serves fresh Mediterranean cousin. They have an outstanding selection of seafood prepared with fresh vegetables and other flavorful garnishes. There are also fantastic options for beef and poultry as well. The wine list beautifully matches the food menu including some exciting and refreshing local Rosés. We had oysters, ceviche, yellowtail, lobster and a pineapple based dessert. All outstanding. Not cheap, but the overall experience is certainly worth the price.

Not bad but not 5 star. The establishment itself is nice and clean and aesthetically 5 star but it’s lacking in other areas. In terms of the service the staff are not rude but not particularly friendly either, very nonchalant (maybe they are nicer if you speak French lol otherwise they are not really that welcoming and attentive) which is the opposite of what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Our waiter did the bare minimum but didn’t really crack a smile even when we were friendly back, my boyfriend mentioned it was my birthday and he just said happy birthday unenthusiastically and went about his day. The prices are high but to be expected at a luxury hotel however for €10 for fries you would expect either a decent amount or the most amazing fries! But they were neither. I got the lobster roll (world’s best apparently) and what I got was mostly brioche and chips (not even fries) I’ve had amazing lobster rolls in London from Burger & Lobster and this didn’t even come close for €31. When the waiter brought over something we had ordered he didn’t even clear the plates and rubbish from what we had finished I had to ask twice for this to do be done. It’s the little things that separate an establishment from the rest and make it 5 star, which this place lacks.

One of the best plage and good service. Food is good quality . The people who work there are very polite and respecting the guests . Lobster roll so yummy to have in the beach .

Tasty and well served meal. Good variety. Lamb stake is tender - must try. Sides - missing some green salad, or mixed vegetables. No breakfast available, kitchen opens at 12pm. The menu at the beach differs from the beach restaurant, however for some positions they do exceptions and can serve you at the sun-bed. Please check your bill carefully, we had lamb stake twice by mistake. Very clean common areas wc, changing rooms.

Absolutely amazing beach club. We were walking along the promenade and stopped for a late morning coffee. Decided to stay for lunch which started at noon. Honestly, this is what you imagine the French Riviera is. All class and excellent service all around. Highly recommend grabbing a coffee in the morning and just enjoying the beautiful setting.
