Visiting Vancouver BC for the first time - the owner of this shop made me feel more welcome than anyone else on my entire visit. I had an amazing conversation with her about our shared interests, including forest conversation and wildland firefighting. She is kind, respectful, and clearly a hard worker. The shop is also SO CUTE! Coming from Portland and being a big fan of vintage/artsy/repurpose stores - this one is top tier. Ignore these negative reviews... they make no sense!! I purchased a great journal book, and will make it a point to visit again when I am back in Vancouver.

Lovely display of items. Crystals/stones/soaps/face oil and ceramic containers. Nice selection and staff.

I've purchased some really really unique vintage clothes there, which are rare to see in other vintage stores. The owner has very great taste and she always does a lot of research on the vintage selection. Not to mention the cheap price comparing with othet selection stores...The only drawback is that there aren't too many selections at a time, so you would need to go there more frequently in order to find the treasury. Overall, I would say this is my favorite vintage store in Vancouver ♥️

Walked in today - or in this case, ran into the store as some pottery caught my eyes! The person working was very, very nice so I’m surprised by the reviews. She let us know that there should be more in stock soon so I’m looking forward to that :) Friendly vibes, even wrapped up another tiny pot we purchased from a different store and bagged it with a cup we bought. How sweet! It’s really the little things that matter. Excited to come back and even recommend this place to my friends/family.

Horrible staff. Walked in and the lady working there was loudly complaining about international students in a rude and inconsiderate way. She said something about how they “don’t pay enough to be here”. Keep those personal opinions to yourself, especially if it involves bringing down others. Super unprofessional and just nasty. Edit: In response to the owner telling me to “imagine how Canadian University Students feel”, I am a Canadian University student myself so I know exactly how it feels. Just be respectful! It’s that simple :)

So disappointed with the customer service from this store. Placed an order online that arrived broken (lotion in a glass jar, so couldn't be salvaged as it had broken glass in it) it was quite expensive and when I contacted the store they told me they would send a new jar, weeks later I contacted for an update as I hadn't received a tracking number or a new jar and never got a response. After multiple attempts I finally got an apology and was assured I would be sent a new jar PLUS a refund for my trouble. I have NOT received a new jar nor have I been refunded for the broken item. I gave them more than enough opportunities and am disheartened that I have been left ignored over and over. Very poor customer service, would not recommend this store unfortunately.

If I could give a lower rating I would. The most traumatic customer service experience I have ever had. The owner was extremely rude and argumentative when I tried to return something. They don’t even know what their products are made of. They admitted to their mistake with the product, but still tried to blame me. Luckily the staff there tried to help me and stick up for me when the owner was verbally abusive. I was told I was “taking money away from a local business.” because I was trying to return a product that wasn’t what they sold it to be. I will never ever go back to this store and neither will my friends now who regularly shopped there. Seems to be a regular occurrence with shoppers in this store.
