Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills is one of the best places to shop. It’s wonderful and amazing. I love everything about it. I always love to shop there. But recently I had a wonderful experience at cosmetic department in brand name LA PRAIRIE, a lady who helped me her name is Tammy. I have a to say she’s wonderful, she’s one of the best. She explained all the details about the products, she was very nice to me. I asked many questions and she was so patient with me. The best best customer service ever. I purchased those skin care products and she gave me an app for the facial, I came back for the facial and I was in rush, when I got there I didn’t feel well, so Tammy came to me she was so welcome she brought me a bottle of water, she is absolutely amazing she is an angel. I got the facial, the lady who worked on my skin did absolutely an amazing job, she worked on my skin around 55min and for 20min she explained all the products and details to me. So I had the best experience at NM. This place is amazing and people are professional. Everything was beyond amazing. Thank you Tammy and thank you NM :)

My wife loves coming here specifically on Sundays to buy whatever she wants and needs. Today she had the nicest, sweetest lady at the cosmetics helping her named Angie. My wife raved so much how amazing and kind the sales rep was. Thank you so much Angie for all your help today. We truly appreciate you! The “I don’t know what” perfume is amazing and the face mask, face balm are wonderful too!

Was in town staying at the Peninsula celebrating a 25th anniversary and stopped into the store to pick up another gift for my wife. While looking through the second floor, I was approached by a very aggressive, frazzled sales person, Alyson, who approached me and would not take " just looking" as a hint to stay away. She continued to bombard me with items which were not at all in line with what I was looking for. Her aggressive behavior and lack of taste was very off putting. Along with her own unkempt demeanor..which was that of someone with little to no self care. Her clothing ill fitting and hair in need of washing. I would think NM would place more emphasis on their associates appearance and selling standards...keeping more in line with the luxury standards they extoll. I ultimately moved onto Jewelry and voiced my concerns with another associatte who voiced concern for my experience and did a great job of following through with a more professional experience. Neiman Marcus do better!

I didnt have a supreme experience picking up my online purchase at this store which is supposed to be an up class store in Beverly hills. One sales person at customer service tried to patronize me while the other one was nice. Going around the store it seemed like some sales people were nice but some had an attitude. If i was the store manager, i would do a good pruning of poorly performing personnel or otherwise shoppers would feel uncomfortable even being there

I had a really disappointing experience with Alisha, the store manager at the Dior store close at Rodeo Drive 10 days ago. I bought a purse, but it didn’t meet my expectations. I couldn’t fit my cell phone and to small for me. Alisha refused to return it, even though it was a $7,000 purse. I was so upset that I’m unlikely to buy anything from Dior again.

The bar is always the best at Neiman Marcus the drinks are strong and delicious. They actually have a great food menu as well but the chili is a must if you come here. It’s always fun to do little shopping and cocktails.

This beautiful multi-level store has a mix of brands and products under one roof. There is valet parking, but I utilized a public parking lot by Crate and Barrel and walked. (Weather was beautiful and it was a great way to get steps in.) I only went in before closing and checked the boutiques for Chanel in the bag and ready-to-wear areas. The shoe department is massive and houses a broad variety of brands and styles. I quickly tried on a pair of ballet flats in a fall burgundy color and fell in love with them. Bought them with a mix of gift cards and my credit card. Service was top notch and the staff were friendly - I made it a point to shop quickly, but appreciated that no one made me feel unwelcome. Definitely would come back when I have more time.

Very poor excuse for a high end department store, I would more compare it to a Marshall's or Ross dress for less. Sketchy clientele and salespeople. Was trying on men's cologne on 5th floor while my wife was spending thousands shopping, I was at Creed counter, was told I was using too much? By gestapo salesperson, get a life Bro! I don't need free crap or bullshit insults! Told my wife to put all the stuff back and went to Sak's 5th ave! Will shop somewhere else! Neiman Marcus used to be a class act, it has turned into a dump!

I do more online shopping here than in person. But I do love this store when I'm in town. It's beautiful and iconic!! Really says BEVERLY HILLS! Most of the time, I get a friendly SA. But sometimes I get ignored. Depends on the day. Neiman Marcus is just awesome! They have the greatest things here! Always so fun to see what's new! The sales are awesome! And when the SAs don't ignore me, they provide the best service!! Grab some lunch or a drink at the upstairs bar! It's a great place to unwind! Or wind up! This is a hidden, little gem. Love it!!

All that I can say is IMHO this is the most iconic and probably greatest Neiman Marcus of them all. It stands out in the Beverly Hills "golden triangle" on Wilshire Blvd. with its modernist exterior clad in travertine marble. Completed in 1981, it's a massive and airy 134,000-square-foot store with five spacious floors and dramatic open escalators which offer a view of every floor as you take them up and down. I've been to the original Neiman Marcus in downtown Dallas, Texas and several others across the USA, but this particular store is always heads and tails above them all. It's vibrant and fun to shop here. The personalized service is excellent. The menswear department is fabulous and the sales associates have helped me so many times to pair the right shirt with the right tie with the right suit. A couple of times they've even brought out something hidden in the back and suggested it to me like a beautiful bright orange Gucci pocket square or a tailored Tom Ford pinstripe suit that I hadn't even seen. Impeccable taste. If you want to find the perfect men's smoking /black tie look, this is the place. They really know how to put a formal outfit together. Super stylists. I remember someone looked at a sharp tie and shirt combo that was put together with help by a Neiman Marcus sales associate and told me "Wow, that's great! Who dressed you?" The store is enormous; full of light with high ceilings. It's always a pleasure to shop here. During their famous "last call" sales you can find some good values.

First visit this past Friday evening, October 3rd, 2025, and I must admit I had had a great experience from parking to picking up my order at client services. The store's location is not hard to find. There is available parking in a nearby parking garage with the first 2-hours being free with validation. Plenty of parking spaces. Take advantage!!! Everyone I encountered and spoke to was responsive, respectful and courteous nonetheless. I greeted and they greeted back. The store is nicely lit and speaks designer and luxurious. Expensive of course but if you catch the right sale you might just stumble upon something wonderful. I visited the store to pick up an online order I recently purchased that afternoon. Thank you to the black lady who was standing not too far from the escalators. She was very helpful pointing me in the correct direction as to where I needed to go. This Hispanic guy was also helpful reassuring me that I was heading in the right direction. Picking up my online order at client services was quick and easy. The Indian or Arab woman assisting me was very polite, nice and courteous. I mean she was really cool lol. She smiled and we laughed a lil. Also asked if I needed my ticket validated. I have no complaints. This experience alone makes me want to return. Security was cool as I spoke to him on the way out and the valet parking attendant.

My favorite places here: shoe section on the third floor and the Chanel boutique on the first floor. That's where I spend most of my time here. My most recent visit was a bit disappointing. I walked around the entire shoe section looking for some special occasion shoes. I was not greeted even once and there seemed to be quite a lot of sales associates on the floor, at least 6. I didn't get assistance until I took a few pairs of shoes to one of the couches and made eye contact with one of the 3 sales associates standing in the middle of the floor talking amongst each other, to get some help. The sales associate was helpful bringing out my sizes and helping determine which options were better. Once I made my purchase and receipt handed to me, the sales associate was quick to say goodbye to go help the next customer. I have had many good experiences at the Chanel boutique here however this most recent visit was lackluster. The sales associate asked me what I'm looking for, I answered and they said we don't have much but come back in a few days to see the new collection. Did not even try to show me what was available. Good selection of designers. Plenty of parking in the parking structure. Get your ticket validated for the first two hours free. Also have valet option. Lackluster service depending on the day and time your visit.

I love Neiman Marcus they have so much variety it's ridiculous in everything from purses, shoes, and glasses. The service here is phenomenal and they help you out at all times. It's a huge store so that makes it really good to have good designer items to choose from. The values are good when they have sales!!! Also, their cafe is the bomb at this location. You can get drinks and sit at the bar and have a good time!! Very good ambiance. I love how you can eat, and sip and shop if you want to over some good! My late partner Scott Shelley and I had just returned from a trip to Tucson Az. to visit his termanaly ill brother. It was very unsettling because he didn't give a damn about anything and became verbally abusive and insisted on chain smoking cigarettes (which I paid for) We left after a week and a half along with his beloved dog Sparkle in tow. As soon as we arrived home we received an urgent call that Hall was hospitalized and recovering with impossible. We raced back and had to deal with the cremation and other matters. As we left Scott was obviously in a state of shock. To cheer him up I suggested a shopping spree (where he wanted.). We arrived late in the afternoon with Sparkle with us. We were parched and it was 5pm so we sat at the bar and hit a few martinis back. The whole time Sparkle was the center of attention and was jumping around. She accidentally pooped on the floor. An associate casually saunderd by and quipped "HOPE Y'ALL ARE GONNA PICK UP THAT DOG SHIT 'CAUSE I AIN'T DOING IT! I took a breath and said calmly, your job as an employee of this establishment are required to be sure that all customers needs are met regardless of the situation however unpleasant. She started to scream and berate us and even tried to kick Sparkle. She filed a complaint (allegedly) with the Beverly hills police department saying that I was being racist because she was African American. She was quietly dismissed and Scott passed away 3 days later.

Exceptional customer service! I am planning to purchase some items in store and online and also check out Fashion Island and Last Call in Orange. Neiman Marcus has the BEST ITEMS in the whole world . The worst customer service and over priced items! Sales person at Chantecaille insisted on foundation and gave me bad color, not a good match. Spending $100 on foundation I tried it at home and wanted to return it but they would not take it back and after 1 day. Very rude answer at counter. Not my fault they gave me bad color.next time go to Sephora and buy cosmetics there, they take all returns and with smile and good attitude!

They carry most luxury brands and have a bar. That's about it. Even though the space is beautiful, organized, clean, their customer service is always lacking. When you enter the store, very rarely will you get a hello or welcome, even when you clearly lock eyes with them. How hard is it to flash a smile? The sale associates are often time just chatting it up with one another. So many times I have interrupted their conversations because they fail to acknowledge me. I don't mind an expensive store but common courtesy and basic customer service skills should still be at the front line. The only time I notice their customer service skills get better is when they see how much you are spending that all of a sudden they have a smile and act more than happy to assist.

Guess what I just discovered? Neiman Marcus steals customer reviews from other websites and uses them to boost reviews for items on their website. I was checking the reviews for a dress I ordered and what did I find? A review that I posted for an item I purchased from either Free People or Anthropologie posted as a review for this Neiman Marcus shirt dress that I haven't even received yet! Never would I imagine that an upscale clothing store like NEIMAN MARCUS would be so sneaky-sleezy. They even had the nerve to post MY name with the review. I'm not even sure I will keep the dress when it arrives because I just saw that it has acrylic in it, which doesn't agree with my skin AND because the REAL reviews (I assume they're real) are pretty bad. I like Neiman Marcus but still I'm generously giving them two stars for thievery. Caught red handed. Smh.

I just love love love this store! I don't get many opportunities to shop here so I was just thrilled to go when I was in town last week! I had heard from my gal at the Chanel counter at the Macys here in Reno that my all time favorite lip gloss was being discontinued and I was freaking out! I knew that they might have a bunch of them here and they did! Major Score! The sweet sales gal at the Chanel counter was just cracking up at me and my order. She included a bunch of free samples of the perfumes. This was amazing since I already had the large bottle of the Gardenia at home. These little ones are perfect for travel too. And they validated our parking for this location in Beverly Hills :) My father used to call this place "needless markup" and it's kinda true but they have all the designers that I worship and adore. It's fun to look and dream... To be honest I've only purchased a handful of items here in my life. My very first was a pair of white leather pants that I purchased in 1982, they were the softest most incredible lamb skin I'd ever seen or felt. They were a big hit and I wore them for years until they literally wore out. I also treated myself to a beautiful Dolce & Gabbana dress around 2000 at the Stanford location, that dress was to die for and I still have it to this day. My last purchase a few years ago was some incredible French perfume. When you spend money here they definitely are very liberal in handing out some free samples. It's such a treat for me to shop here every now and then because I don't have access to stores like this in Reno.

*Price Ruckus at Neiman Marcus* Since 1979 Neiman Marcus has been considered "the most high-end department store in Beverly Hills" and has been a consistent staple for residents & neighboring areas...and also tourists from all over the world. Their retail prices have escalated dramatically, like everything else in the world, but IMO N.M.'s price increases are so steep I don't shop here as often. However, I recently visited the Men's Fragrance Dept, and was assisted by Coolby, who's a very cool, classy, charismatic cat. I also had the pleasure of meeting Anita, in the Cosmetics Dept, who's very sweet & charming...and has a Fantastico memory because not only did she remember me from a previous visit, she remembered everything we had discussed. I hope corporate reads these reviews because Anita and Coolby, are exemplary sales associates, and what is expected when conducting business at N.M. in a friendly yet professional manner. Also, located on the lower-level basement of N.M. is the fabulous restaurant Mariposa, which I recently wrote a 5-star review for an extremely enjoyable & delicious lunch on St Patty's Day. N.M. validates free self-parking in their own lot on the property and they also offer valet service for only $3 which is a major bargain anywhere -- especially in Beverly Hills. The only reason why I'm knocking off 1-star is because their prices are too inflated and good luck trying to find anything to purchase as a gift for a toddler or infant that's under $100 -- which is what my friend & I recently experienced, left N.M. and he made a purchase elsewhere in BH.

Y the rudest receptionists and feel as if I don't have to frequent this store anymore when I have other options. It's quite a shame, with retail business the way it is . I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered a card holder online and received a used one. On top of that, I was informed they don't offer gift packaging or gift receipts. When I called customer service to explain the situation, the representative hung up on me and never followed up, even though she had my number after verifying all my details. Rude and incompetent customer service.

No explanation when should I expect to for another half my order they shut me off by " they don't know " that it !! Unfortunately I placed new order hoping to pickup same time but I got same answer!! Very rude !! I thought I order from luxurious mall then I get a great service but opposite!! I went to La mer counter the guy looked at me with bad attitude !! Not welcome at all !! Neiman Marcus did a promotion of a gift card based on the size of the purchase. The email with the gift card linked showed up over a month later, with no indication of an expiration date in the email. Only when you click the external website to use your gift card number does it show an expiration date. A call to gift card services was no help - my $100 gift card was no longer usable. I believe that Neiman Marcus is deliberately trying to trick people into not using the promised gift cards. Such horrible customer service - I will not be shopping at Neiman Marcus stores ever again.

2 TIMES Paid online and 2 Times No Inventory?? For a high-end store disappointed that I ordered a $395 top online and paid for it. Waited and then find out they oversold--what?! So now have to look for another outfit and don't have what I was planning to wear. Then a week later, I see the same top and reorder, only to get the same message later that inventory is out. Is their inventory management really this bad!

I've had a few facials from CeCe and she is the best. Her facials make my face feel and look glowy. She always shows me a variety of products that are now in my everyday skin care rotation. She truly has changed my skin care routine and my skin has never looked better, even at 50. I value her expertise and kindness.

Honestly ordering online and picking up is the way to go. I don't usually do the in store shopping for a reason that I don't like to get the attitude of the staff. I can tell they get a lot of people problems with the area being Beverly Hills. Other than that I go and pickup only.

Neiman Marcus update May 7, 2020 filed for Chapter 11 Bankrupcy due to overwhelming debt and coronavirus fallout as per business news 1 hour ago. It's unclear whether this store on Wilshire Bl in Beverly Hills and which other stores will remain open. Nonetheless, another icon of luxury goods store joins the list of delisted retainers. Neiman Marcus was one of my family's favorite store to spend a good time shopping leisurely, while enjoying many of the multiple specialty departments of brands. It was fun then, but fast forward to the 21 century with online orders and their fierce competitors, sadly, NM could NOT keep in fast pace with the nouvelle way of smart luxury brand shoppers. Like many smart savvy shoppers with caviar tastes and more importantly genius spending, I've found the same name brand items that NM showcased and found the exact name brand item, same season for beaucoup less with certificate of authenticity for peace of mind and save several Benjamins$$$$ ! With more tech online shopping in our finger tips, more shoppers can shop for those same luxe goods elsewhere with a swipe and save. Had NM adjusted to the change of times and collaborate with the tech industry and offered competitively price luxe goods, NM could have saved itself from BK!

I went to buy a perfume for my husband and the store clerks were busy chatting with one another and we felt like they could care less if we lived or died. I could have bought the perfume online but we decided to go to the store because I'd been to the one at Milenia in Orlando and even though I didn't spend that much the associate was really nice to me and even gave me some samples. We also went because at the time, there was a promo for a gift card if you spend over 250, the perfume was almost 400 and when I asked the store clerk about the promo they gave me a look. They said "the gift card would take two weeks to arrive, are you sure you want to wait for $50? I said yes because I will not be shamed for claiming THE STORE's OFFER. And they seemed very bothered by having to write down my name and address. It's been a few months and I never got my gift card. I know I'm not spending thousand of dollars like many other people do. But lesson learned! Don't go to this store.

Very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional employee named Antionette @ client services should find another job where she doesn't have to be curtious and attentive to customers spending almost $1,000 on products. I simply called over because I left something at the store and check if it was there for them to hold it for me, she was making it an issue, kept being rude, and not helpful whatsoever. I probably asked about 10 times who is the manager, she refused to answer my questions, and kept putting me on hold. Finally, she told me the manager was Phil and he was available but attending another customer at the moment which is contradictory because then he wouldn't be available. She then said, we have many other managers, my question was: if there is so many, why is there no one available to speak to me right now? She kept speaking over me and continued to put me on hold mid-conversation. Lastly, verbatim, she said "I can't deal with this right now" and clicked the phone call. Word of advice Antionette, if you can't deal with customer services / relations either find a new job where you it is okay to not have any manners and do & say whatever you please. Imagine spending thousands of dollars with a store for them to treat you this way? I will never buy from here again, this is why I only deal with brands directly because another service advisor WOULD NEVER! Not even Sacks Fifth Avenue, I'll take my business to them from now on.

If I could give a negative star, I would. Never have I experienced such horrible service. Wait, NO SERVICE. Sales Associates refused to answer questions, ( I had to call her out (So you do not want to answer my question?) Asking about available smaller dress size ($1200 dress that I wanted to order). Sales associates disappeared for 20 minutes, and yet the store was empty. AVOID spending your $$$$ here. Nothing upscale in rude, unhappy, and bored SA with no passion for doing their job. AVOID NM Beverly Hills!!!

been hunting for a green alpin mm backpack (this thing is harder to find than carmen sandiego back in 1991) but thank god daniel was there to help, it took a few months but he finally found on in an incoming shipment, drove there as legally fast as possible deemed by the california DMV. the backpack looks even better in person, the only slight thing i didn't look (very slight) was the strap was a bit thin (but again this is a personal preference) daniel was great with in person service and made sure to ask if we needed water and helped my fiance find a bag she wanted as well def will be back for one of their boston duffels down the road

First time and definitely the last time going here. The employees here does not know what customer service is Came here looking for a mens shoe and the department had 3 employee that are just talking to each other went around and looking for something and they just looked at us not even offered any help. Then had to go break their chatting and the lady walked off on me and the other guy was sitting on the sofa had to ask if his an employee and said yes never stood up to come to a customer had me go to him act like he is the customer I'm the one working his job. So disappointing.

Been coming here since I was a toddler, it's like my second home. Absolutely love it here! Our jewelry SA, Sara, is truly the best! She's so nice and always greets us! I also highly recommend Penny for clothes and Alexander at the Chanel boutique. Can't recommend neimans enough!!

The worst If y order online which is the only choice and pay overnight delivery 25 dollars they lye it takes 3 weeks If it comes When you call them y are on hold for a hour And the answer is nothing they can do Ask for a manager or supervisor nobody is Availble So if y want to be a fool shop at neiman Marcus So famous and expensive and no service at all Please give me a break Just close y doors Cc

Shopping for a pair of shoes, I came in here after Dior didn't have much in stock. My sales associate was so professional and knowledgable, even with other brands I was open to buying she would suggest that I should pass on certain brands. Not snobby at all. Being on Rodeo, I might skip the other flagship stores and head on over to this department store only to specifically see her. More laid back and not over flowing with tourists.

Customer service is nonexistent. The sales associates literally make customers feel like shit/invisible/unimportant, not just my experience. They clearly get paid to stand around and gossip about people. No matter how much money you have, shouldn't take away from human decency. High end? Act like it, and develop some class. Because acting snobby amongst middle class shoppers for a commission is pathetic.

Don't get me wrong Neiman is great when is comes to shopping but there promo deals are a massive headache to deal with. Customer service is terrible. I've used the app to chat with customer service and they told me they cannot help. The gift card services told me to call in store and we're no help unless they had a receipt that they expected me to have handy when it time has slapped going on 13 weeks since my purchase. When I called in store no one even knew if they could help me and still had to call me back the next day. And I didn't give up, I kept pursuing for 6 weeks here and there and specifically bought them for the promo and so I tried getting a status and even when I did at one point, I had no luck receiving my gift card when someone did verify my gift card was for filled. For such high end store, it's truly a terrible customer service experience.

Love Neiman Marcus and have done for a long time My go to store for Louboutin pumps which I wear for work. They always have all the colors (nude) for this trip and its just so easy. I also picked up a beautiful soft sweater for Sunday brunches.
