Very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional employee named Antionette @ client services should find another job where she doesn't have to be curtious and attentive to customers spending almost $1,000 on products. I simply called over because I left something at the store and check if it was there for them to hold it for me, she was making it an issue, kept being rude, and not helpful whatsoever. I probably asked about 10 times who is the manager, she refused to answer my questions, and kept putting me on hold. Finally, she told me the manager was Phil and he was available but attending another customer at the moment which is contradictory because then he wouldn't be available. She then said, we have many other managers, my question was: if there is so many, why is there no one available to speak to me right now? She kept speaking over me and continued to put me on hold mid-conversation. Lastly, verbatim, she said "I can't deal with this right now" and clicked the phone call. Word of advice Antionette, if you can't deal with customer services / relations either find a new job where you it is okay to not have any manners and do & say whatever you please. Imagine spending thousands of dollars with a store for them to treat you this way? I will never buy from here again, this is why I only deal with brands directly because another service advisor WOULD NEVER! Not even Sacks Fifth Avenue, I'll take my business to them from now on.
