She is a truly wonderful soul — kind, gentle, and sincerely dedicated to her work. Debbie went above and beyond: she removed my makeup, applied new makeup and lotions, walked with me through the store, and even helped me choose shoes. She didn’t rush me or make me feel like a transaction — she made me feel seen, heard, and appreciated. From the moment my dad and I walked into the store, I knew I was in good hands—but I had no idea just how exceptional the experience was about to become. Sherryann Jones has a rare gift: an intuitive understanding of exactly what you’re looking for—even before you know what that is. I was looking for a new fragrance for my father and my mom requested one thing, that it not be too overpowering. I came in with only a vague idea of what we needed, but by the time I finished explaining what we were going for, Sherryann took us to the exact scent we eventually ended up leaving with. I appreciate the effortless way she guided us through the process and how comfortable she made us by allowing us to take all the time we needed to make sure we got something we were confident in, especially because I live so far away and driving to Orlando sometimes feels like a sacrifice. Even more impressive is her follow up. There were a couple of items that I wanted to sample but I wanted to make sure they went well with my body chemistry first. They weren’t available but she promised to make sure they got to me. And they did. I’ve never experienced anything like that. She handled us with polished professionalism and genuine care. I walked away with something far more valuable than just a purchase. Thank you for making me feel seen and understood.

Max was amazing!!! We went there looking for a certain cologne and he totally inspired us with other fragrances. We left there buying Mind Games and Bond No 9! He was very knowledgeable with the notes of each fragrance!!! He wasn’t pushy at all and even though the store was closing, he never made us feel as if we were taking up his time. Max is the kind of person that I would buy anything from because he was very genuine and sincere. He quickly got a feel for the types of fragrances we each liked and every time we smelled a bottle …. We loved it!!! Thank you Max for your lovely expertise and the great recommendations!!

I placed the same order 3 times, spoke to my bank, placed it with them on the phone, change the "information" that was causing the "discrepancy". Billing n shipping address the same address, same name. They cancelled it 3 times. Even called the bank before the second time, they td me they had approved it, it was blocked by the vendor. I've spent more money than that on every other online shop. Never had a problem. I guess they just didnt want to honour their 15%off code. Went bought it somewhere else. A disaster. Not going back.

March 2024 I walked into Neiman Marcus and had the pleasure of meeting Lisa Garthwaite while browsing Jo Malone fragrances. She had such a warm and optimistic presence we immediately hit it off! I can be very indecisive when presented with multiple options but she was able to narrow down the selections by asking the right questions. She was patient and kind which was so refreshing! Ultimately, she went above and beyond any shopping experience I’d ever had. At the end of our visit she provided me with her card. Fast forward 7 months later, I needed to purchase some MacKenzie Child’s pieces and I knew just who to contact! I text Lisa right away. Not only did she text back immediately but she remembered me. Within 10 minutes she found the items I needed and had all my information to complete my purchase. The process was smooth and seamless. Much to my delight, my items arrived 2 days later (WOW!) and she had even included blank cards for my gift and a gift for me! I will be making all future purchases through Lisa! She is truly a gem and I am so lucky to have found her. It is apparent she takes pride in her work and it shows!

I have went to the store in person, called the phone number provided by the employee, spoke to someone who advised a supervisor would call me back in 24 hours, which was two weeks ago, and have gotten nowhere. This is terrible customer service. I need to speak to someone who knows what they are doing. This is regarding a gift card from an order during the holidays. A few weeks ago I wanted to know why I never received the email regarding the gift card. The employee told me that the gift card was never claimed, but is now expired. I had no idea the gift card was emailed to me let alone that gift cards expire. She advised I would need to speak to a supervisor to see if they would re-authorize the gift card yet Neiman Marcus has been unsuccessful in helping me in this regard.

Always some interesting fines and a lot of unique items and brands that you don't see at most department stores. Even Marcus is known for their higher and brands and of course that comes along with a price. The staff always used to be very pleasant whenever we have talked to them, and the store itself is immaculate.

Love the Christmas decorations, and everybody is in a very cheery mood! This goes a long way when spending my money! I was just in Bloomingdale's. It was very drab and boring in there no decorations and the employees seem like they did not want to be there.

SCAMMERS!! I went to Neiman Marcus on bought from DEBBIE LUGO, pin 238838. Two days later I went back to return my unopened skin care product still wrapped in plastic. RODNEY ROSS pin 212800 Says that he can not do a refund. I insisted on a refund because I didn't open the package and it was still within 30 days. He did not help me and gave me a store credit instead. When I asked him for my original receipt back he says he cannot let me keep it for my records. I am highly dissatisfied with this interaction. The receipt of the store policy for returns and refund clearly states that. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. This was not followed and honored by RODNEY ROSS. How are customers supposed to feel comfortable shopping at Neiman Marcus if this keeps happening? UPDATE **** I call the store and spoke with the manager. She agreed that this was wrong and gave me my full refund without any questions.

Of course I love this store! They always have the name brands I want. The store is always clean and staff is super helpful except and I mean a BIG EXCEPT the shoe department lacks help. Most of them were on their phones, pretty much ignored me. I was trying to buy a new pair of Louboutins. Someone lost a sale today. I gave up after i was blantely ignored. I guess I didn't look rich enough lol and I say this cause after a while of waiting for help, when they saw a lady who looked affluent they immediately went to her and I just kinda smiled and politely went to a different store that helped me and I got my Louboutins!!

I agree with previous 1 star review. The lower floor associates are just looking for a sale. I go upstairs and get personalized first class service . Which is the only reason why I shop in this store. I am a male and get great service in ladies ready to wear.

A really nice location for this chain. They have a ton of merch and plenty of things to look around at. We come in here periodically to see what they have and to get steps in as we walk the mall - cause Florida summers are too hot to walk around outside. LOL. They are attached to the Milennia Mall and have a large space. The first floor is mainly jewelry, cosmetics and perfumes. The second floor is more of the clothing and decor items. Overall: A A great space to look around! Super clean and well-kept.

My all time favorite store. They have everything you could ever need. Personal shoppers are available at no extra charge. They'll even email and text you when new items arrive. I primarily shop online. Returns are free by mail or in store. When I visit, I always get top notch service. I stopped in last weekend looking for a clutch for an upcoming wedding. Anna helped me look around and online. Ultimately we ordered a clutch online and she promised to send me the tracking info. Sure enough, she has emailed me three times about it and it arrived on time at my home! I didn't even have to return to the store to get it. One time, I needed a jacket for a last minute trip to Chicago. I went to the store, found what I wanted, but they didn't have my size. They shipped my size overnight from California to my house and I received it right in time for my trip! I was so excited. Another time, I bought a fendi purse for my birthday. I ruined it the first night I used it. Went to a basketball game and got beer all over it. It has beer stains all over the bottom, giving it a water line appearance. I took it to Neiman Marcus and they shipped it back to Italy for repair. It took months for it to return but they shipped it back directly to my house so I wouldn't have to make the hour long trip to the store. How nice! And because I had just purchased it, the repair and the shipping there and back was totally FREE!!! I cannot stress how great their customer service is. Apparently they give you a year "warranty" on your purse purchases. I have had alterations done on many items I've purchased. I've always been happy. I also had them alter items that I bought elsewhere! They're great. I wish this Neiman Marcus had a restaurant and more parking- like a garage. Otherwise. It's absolutely perfect. I love the service and the value. It's my go to for clothing and accessories as well as Christmas gifts. I would caution with their catering. For the holidays they have thanksgiving and Christmas meals and a la carte food items. They work with 3rd party companies so they cannot guarantee shipping etc. I had a problem with my thanksgiving order and called to complain. Items showed up ruined because the containers were broken and items showed up after the holiday. They did give me a discount on my purchase but it was not totally refunded. Buyer beware.

I love that they're always ready to discuss niche fragrance, let us smell everything we want without rushing, treat us like royalty, and go the extra mile. We always return to these counters over others in the area for this reason!

I'm utterly disgusted. I came in with my husband and daughter to pick up two gowns for events coming up this weekend. We walked up to the dress section , we walked around for about 20 minutes with not one worker offering to help us. Two employees standing togeather by the escalater could not be bothered to help my mixed family but once an older white women came over they both jumped in to help her . Not until I said why won't anyone help us did one finally say anything to us. I felt unwanted at this store and I don't understand why .

Because of previous reviews, I thought the customer service was going to be lackluster. However, I was pleased. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted enthusiastically. The other employees I encountered were helpful but not pushy and I never felt pressured. I mostly do my shopping online but once in awhile I like to physically go to the store and browse around. Many times I wound up purchasing items because they look better in person than on the website. The first level has jewelry, accessories, purses, shoes... I did not go to the first level this time. I was more focused on the clothing which is located on the second floor. I think they have a great and trendy women's collection. They carry high-end name brands like Stella McCartney, Armani, Emilio Pucci, Alexander McQueen, Louboutin, and many more fabulous brands.

Need more staff! I had to walk around men's looking for help. You had, includin men's shoes, two people working. One was chatting about nothing to do with sales with some random guy and the other was swamped with five people surrounding her at checkout. Waiting ten minutes to even get a question answered feels like an hour. Finally another employee showed up - I had no idea she even worked there when I first saw her. I was finally able to buy six pairs of pants and two shirts. Stop making excuses about the labor market and fix your what I can only imagine is a crummy pay and benefits scheme. Everybody's part time, right? What a joke.

Came here after a day at Universal with my husband, niece, and nephew (ages 6 and 8). Hubby wanted to get me a nice Christmas gift and led me to the shoe department. What should've been a fun experience buying a pair of Loubs turned into a fun conversation with very impressionable minds on the realities of classism and/or discrimination. My niece asked me why the girl in the shoes department was giving us attitude and being rude after I decided to not purchase a shoe that was too small for me (they didn't have any larger sizes in stock, either). I told her that it was probably because we looked like we couldn't afford to buy anything. Long, Pretty Woman-esque story short--we walked over to Chanel upstairs, where we were tended to 1000x times better (my SA even outfitted my niece with a cute mini Chanel shopping bag, stuffed it with camellias, and tied it up with a pretty ribbon!), and came home with a very nice item for Auntie. #ProTip Nieman's: A Pretty Woman screening should be a part of your sales training program if it isn't already.

I will be honest, I cannot afford almost anything in this store. However I recently set a goal for myself to save enough money in order to buy a pair of Louboutin shoes. I've almost saved enough, and I was at the mall having dinner with my mom, so I decided to just stop in to see what size would fit. As soon as we walked into the store a sale's woman was on top of us like white on rice. We were just browsing through hand bags, and she stayed on top of us commenting on everything that we even glanced at, then talking about what her fiance would buy for her. As a feminist, not exactly a great sales pitch for me. We finally escaped her clutches and made our way to shoes. The selection was amazing! Honestly the hand bag selection was just as good, but it's hard to browse while being followed. Once we found the Louboutin collection we informed the sales person of our situation. We were not going to be able to buy today, but we want to try on the shoes too check for fit and comfort. She was great! She didn't pester us or get pushy, but was there time after time to help us try on different shoes. A real professional. Over all we had a nice time there, but still think that some staff should be trained on how to know when to leave people alone

The Givenchy counter features the GENIUS MUA William Michel who gave me a make-over in what felt like 10 minutes. I walked out with the primer, mascara, lipstick and lip gloss he recommended because his work is that impressive. What can I say? This store is amazing! I love to shop and Neiman's always provides me with the highest level of service. My most recent visit to this store was to buy a lovely, dressy evening wear for a very special dinner. I was blessed to have a wonderful associate find sizes and help by making recommendations. I did purchase more than I expected, but love everything and will enjoy every chance I have to wear these fine clothes. An additional purchase of 'the' Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookies in a wonderful tin was the perfect hostess gift. There are occasional sales that are fun to catch a great value on beautiful designer clothing. Love this store, the staff and all the beautiful things they sell.

The ladies working in the shoe department cared more about their personal conversation (about their precious weekend activities) than about any of the women who are shopping. They never once looked up once to acknowledge myself or the other woman. When you are in retail and your cell job is customer service, not having any is really impactful.

My wife and I returned a gift with a gift receipt. Thought it was going to be a simple process but took 2 hours of our time on Christmas eve after the customer service employee accidentally refunded the person who gave us the gift. Then for some reason couldn't just give us a gift card and had to call corporate which took 2 hours. the customer service employee did not apologize for wasting time out of our day for something that shouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes. They did nothing to rectify the situation for their error.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The sales associates would lie to you just to get a sale. And the return policy is so horrible that if you decided you didn't want the the skincare products you spent $300+ any more because it irritated your skin they could care less about your health and WILL keep your money. The amount of lies sales associates and managers will make just astonishes me. I will NEVER purchase from any Neiman Marcus (group/corporation) ever again! And I will be sure to share that message with anyone who would ever think to purchase there as well. Horrible customer service skills. Nordstrom will forever be the way to go! :)

My wife and I visited the make up area in Neiman Marcus and had a great experience. The associate, Danielle, was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. She was a great listener and took her time to inform us about the product line that we were interested in and what would be the best options. My wife has some sensitivities to certain ingredients of more mainstream make-ups. Although the product line will not be available at Neiman Marcus for several months, Danielle did give us samples of other similar products to take home, and we plan to connect with her on future visits. Danielle connected and took the time for my wife even though there was not an immediate sale. She was really genuine. The prices at Neiman Marcus for these make-up products are the same as other stores and on-line merchants as the brands are good at having consistency in prices. The experience is top-of-the-line, with very friendly, smiling, and knowledgeable team members that have great feedback on what can work best for you skin type.

i was inthe orlando store on thursday 6/23 around 11am on the second floor women clothing dept, it's my day off, therefore my apparel is weekend relax which is short,t-shirt and flipflop. in desperate need of sundress for morning wedding. i saw a few sales consultant but not one approach me, a couple of lady engage in conversation about their day, again completely ignoring me. i was in the store for over half hour, found highly two potential outfit and no one to even acknowledge my present. left in disgust and will not return. it's ashame because i also work in high reputable customer service, where i am sure just like your company, invest a great deal of money to educate their team and strive for better customer service. i am very surprise at the level of your customer service. i will also write to google review.

Tried to return a $600 outerwear wool vest with a leather collar and a Neiman Marcus label at the Millenia Mall in Orlando today. The leather collar cracked in many places in the cold on a trip up north. The manager told me that, "Neiman Marcus can not be responsible for the environmental effects to their merchandise!" He also said that nothing could be done without a receipt. The vest went into a trash bin in the store and I will never again shop in Neiman Marcus.

Neiman Marcus Last Call sells furniture with a great look but not quality. I purchased a nightstand that looked great online. Received the first nightstand it was damaged. Returned the first and exchanged for another one. Nightstand came and was damaged worst than the first order. Needless to discuss, I realized this merchandise is not Neiman Marcus quality and using the Neiman Marcus name is very deceptive. Beware ordering on Neiman Marcus Last Call.

Martinette in the Men's department is a jewel and helped me with everything I needed. OK everybody make sure you read this. It happened to me 3 times. Watch out for Rebecca Weiss at the Kiehl's counter. I always enjoyed going and buying the lotions but after 3 times I realized she takes you over in front of your wife and friends and tries to shame you into buying perfume from her friend. You are put on the spot and so 50% of the time they know you will buy it when the lady smiles. She does this behind your back and the last bottle cost me $350 because I was too shy to tell the lady no. She lost a great customer. It's a tract sale type of thing.

Do not buy cosmetics at this store, they don't allow return or exchange if color does not work out. I bought a foundation and the color was too light. Went back a week after and the lady at the Estee Lauder counter was rude when I asked if I could exchange for a different color. She said they don't take it back once it's been touched. I will never buy cosmetic at this store again. Rather spend money at many other stores in the mall that do not have this ridiculous policy.

I love the Millennia Mall. This is one place that is very beautiful inside. I recently visited Neiman Marcus after I ordered some Christian Louboutins on their website. Usually their selection for Louboutins are not good, but they had quite the selection of color and styles. Once I walked in, I headed for the shoe section. I was greeted by two women. One was named Lindsey. I forgot the other one's name. Both were very friendly and helpful. They told me all orders are to be picked up upstairs in customer service. I had been having a hard time finding the perfect size for me in Louboutins. Depending on the style, your size really can vary. They told me that if the shoes didn't fit, I could return them upstairs and get the money back as store credit on a gift card. I went upstairs and my shoes were breathtaking. Once I showed proper identification, they asked me to try them on. I did and what do you know.....they didn't fit. They were flapping off the back of my feet (I ordered from the Christian Louboutin website twice and picked the wrong size). This was shipped to store in 2 days. I refunded them and got the money on a gift card and headed downstairs. Lindsey and the other lady graciously greeted me and I tried on several different shoes. Once I had my fun, I picked another pair of shoes (they didn't have the shoes I ordered in a size smaller) and talked to them about other shoes. Even though I came for just shoes, it was still a great experience and they take good care of you. Its nice to come in a place and have super awesome customer service. They give you all the attention and make sure they cater to your needs. When I get ready for another pair of shoes, I know two awesome ladies who will help me decide!

Although we did not get a dress, yet, I can't tell you how happy I was with Minerva's. They took us without an appointment and spent hours with us. My daughter was an Alfredo Angelo bride and they were VERY empathetic. Found a dress but some unexpected hurdles came up. Juliana, our consultant did everything within her power on a Sunday to make this dream happen for my daughter and she is still promising additional research to try and make it happen. Short of sewing the exact dress herself, she has gone above and beyond anything we have encountered elsewhere. Thank you for your sincerity and perseverance.

The worst shopping experience I have had the worst store I will never go back. I ordered a Givenchy Mascara they said it was free shipping and they would send it to me. When it arrived not only was the mascara box damaged But the mascara had been used and it was completely dried out. When I called the store and spoke to Joanne who is the assistant manager for the cosmetics she told me I would have to have it FedEx back to her and then she would credit my card for $35. I said surely you can credit my card now for $35 for goodness sake but no she is making me wait three days for FedEx to pick it up 2 days to have it delivered back to Neiman Marcus and probably another 5 to 7 days to have it credited back onto my Credit card account. On top of that she put the phone down on me. I called back I have now left a message for Debra Gabriel who apparently is the store manager to see if she will bother to return my call. For $35 shame on Neiman Marcus. Shame on Neiman Marcus for sending out a dried up damaged product and then making a customer have to wait two weeks for the refund of $35. And you wonder if they did it purposely because surely whoever Handled the merchandise must've noticed that the box was completely damaged and bent out of shape.

Horrible experience at the Chanel counter. The woman literally not even a foot away sitting on her phone completely ignored us. When we called to complain to a manager their excuse was employees are allowed to be on their phones. No matter if that's true they should still put them down and offer to help customers.

I came into return cosmetics I got as a gift. Unfortunately, I can't wear YSL due to having a previous allergic reaction. I brought everything in the box with the receipt & nothing was used. The associate immediately gave me an attitude. I explained to her why I'm returning them. She went ahead & opened each & every box & slowly began to investigate them as if I was lying to her about the makeup not being used. Shortly after she tells me one was used, I said no it was not. I was shocked at this point. Then I asked her if she can advise me to which products will work for me & she didn't seem interested & just threw a few cosmetic lines out there without showing me or taking me over to the counters. No need to be rude.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First off, I have been looking for a Juicy Bikini top for a while, I went to Juicy and all the department stores available in the area and am currently in Boston (going down to FL to visit friends this coming week). The sales associates suggested me to call the FL department stores because they would carry swimsuits all year long. (Juicy's website is run by Neiman Marcus). A sales associate JESSICA answered the phone in the 'young and contemporary' department and put me on hold. As she put me on hold, she did not push the button correctly and I heard exactly what she was doing. She did not even try to find the piece and literally began talking to her sales associate friend until she figured she had made me wait enough time.

I decided to give Neiman Marcus Orlando to stars as of this moment. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service in the Orlando Florida store. Typically I shop in the Beverly Hills store and everyone is treated with respect and kindness. I really can't say much about the entire store but I will specify the Cosmetics Department needs extreme Improvement. If I'm going to spend $300 on a bottle of fragrance or $500 on an face cream then I expect two be treated with courtesy enthusiasm and respect. Now they have a new policy they have put into place that after 60 days you are not allowed to make any returns and if you do guess what it cannot be opened used excetera excetera I'm not one to make returns but I happen to make one recently and I was put through the wringer. I called their customer service / order Department to make a complaint and I was told to file the complaint on their online website. The representative had no regard for my experience in the store what I would suggest doing at this point until Neiman Marcus can get their act together at the Orlando Florida location just shop at Saks online or Barneys. I also find it so racist that they have the most how do I say it without sounding racist ghetto not even fabulous people answering their phones in their credits apartment and in their customer service but they wouldn't dare display them for the public to see that is disgusting thank you

to tell you the truth i only walk thru this place. it's just so out of my budget too ridicoulous the other day i was checking to buy some shoes and you know it's impossible to shop here when the clearance is over 200 dollar pair of shoes. The service is not bad i just think way too over priced for clothes that are not even all that. I just walk thru here and get to my favorite store J. Crew. Don't get me wrong maybe for your taste and your pocket this can be the ideal place if you want to wow someone with some ultra expensive jewlery fragance or designer brand clothing.

I am giving NM a 3 star rating for product. They have a pretty good selection, but not as great as I have seen at other NM locations. In the shoe dept. I reccomend Michelle or Maria. They always call when new items come in and bend over backwards to try to help you find what you want.

This store is amazing. It is beautifully designed and quite peaceful compared to the rest of the mall. All of the employees are extremely helpful and polite. They go above and beyond to help you and go the extra mile, regardless of how you are dressed. This place has the best customer service, and they show present great value in their merchandise.
