Truly a 5 star experience! Each and everytime I visit this Neimans it’s nothing short of amazing. I’m an avid perfume collector and part of the TikTok Perfumetok community (TheScentsationalOne) I was out in Las Vegas for a vacation and elected to pop in to check the fragrance range and see what I could find new for myself. Where I’m from the selection is limited in regards to perfume shopping. This Neimans is like a playground with perfumes I had the opportunity to walk around with BrianLasVegas from TikTok to explore EuroPerfumes counter and Joanne a client Conceirge to explore the other brands offered by Neimans. These two invested so much time into my visit I felt like royalty. I walked away with a new face to add to my collection French Flowers from Matiere Premier along with a generous amount of samples of everything I enjoyed. I can’t wait to make my next Neimans purchase.

Dear Neiman Marcus Team, I hope you’re well. I’m writing because I had a deeply disappointing experience at your store recently, specifically with the Cosmetics and Fragrance department, and I’m hoping we can find a kind and reasonable resolution. I am a loyal fragrance lover, and on the day in question, I actually purchased two perfumes — that’s how much I enjoy discovering new scents and the stories behind them. Unfortunately, shortly after using Maitre Extrait Vanilla Powder, I experienced a severe allergic reaction. I developed massive hives and bumps, which required treatment with steroid creams. I’ve never had an allergic reaction to any fragrance in my life, so this was truly unexpected and alarming. At the time, I wasn’t even sure the perfume was the cause. My dermatologist advised me to pause all use, complete a three-week steroid treatment plan, and then slowly test the fragrance again to confirm. I followed that medical guidance — stayed home, treated the reaction, and waited the full three weeks. When I re-tested the perfume, the reaction returned immediately, confirming the allergy. As soon as I had clarity — along with photos, prescriptions, and the full medical timeline — I returned to the store to explain the situation and kindly asked if I could exchange the perfume as a one-time gesture of goodwill. I want to emphasize that I have never abused any policy at Neiman Marcus. I respect store guidelines, but I also believe there should be understanding and flexibility in genuine one-off circumstances like this. Unfortunately, the Cosmetics and Fragrance manager was very dismissive and cold throughout the interaction. I was essentially advised to simply keep the perfume and “gift it to someone,” which felt both unacceptable and insensitive given the situation and the reaction I experienced. I left feeling unheard and genuinely disappointed. Neiman Marcus has always been a place I enjoy shopping, and I hope you can understand why this experience was so disheartening. I’m kindly requesting your assistance in resolving this matter with fairness and compassion. An exchange or store credit would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to listen. I truly hope we can resolve this with the level of service Neiman Marcus is known for. I keep calling to speak to the manager at the LV location where i live...no one is calling me back

Ordered a bottle of 185.00 perfume. When it was delivered the only item in the box was some samples. Customer service says that the weight of the box corresponds with the item and there is nothing they can do. They have theives in there shipping department!!!! Will never buy from Neiman Marcus again !!!

This was not the Neiman Marcus I was used too. The mens department seemed in disarray and I had to search for someone every time I had a question. The sales associates inevitably were gathered in a corner chatting away. The selection of clothing was okay but mens accessories and leather goods selection was abysmal. I would not waste my time at this location.

Made a stop here to check niche perfumes I wouldn't be able to smell anywhere else. I sprayed tons on a paper sample but the SAs were all patient. Compared to other NM stores I've been before, the SA here are respectful of your space and not hovering over your shoulder. They asked if I need help and when told them I just want to check the scents, they left me on my own to enjoy the scents leisurely.

I won a gift card to get a facial. So started there and Natasha gave me a lovely facial. Skin is looking tighter and cleaner. Less red. Nice woman and enjoyed a lot. I bought some cosmetics at Lancome with gift card. (Cultural Diversity Fundraiser). Next took Marty to the men's department. A First for him. He got 2 shirts. Joe was so patient and wonderful the way he helped a man who doesn't do well in shopping for clothes. He really went all out and thank you. Next on to their cafe. Well that was a surprise. Great view of the Sphere, very charming, bar and tables. My salad was devine and Marty had a Shrimp Louie we actually took home both salads as too much for us to eat. Got a lovely popover with it. Sharon was very gracious, the waitress. All in all what a great day and shopping experience at Neiman Marcus on Las Vegas Blvd. Such nice service and such a pretty store.

This is the exact letter I wrote to your customer service email, just in case they don't acknowledge my email. I want to share my recent experiences with your customer service, both online and in-store. First, I used your online chat to ask about a coupon promotion this month. The representative was rude and ended the chat before I could finish my question. Next, I visited one of your stores in Las Vegas to ask a sales associate about the coupon. As a new email subscriber, I know I get 15% off my first purchase. I wanted to know if I could combine this with a special offer of $200 off for spending $1,000 or more. The associate was unhelpful and told me the coupon was only for online purchases. She seemed annoyed and walked away, which made me feel humiliated and disappointed. I understand there are coupon policies, but I expected better assistance, especially since I was ready to buy a Burberry bag.

Sip n shop Stopped in for an event in the cosmetic section. The team was hospitable, the beverage and epicure was delightful. This was a new experience to share with my daughter and was right at home. We bought an ornament to be etched or engraved, received a complimentary ornament for attending and left with bags in hand. Fancy but worth every penny.

Had a day all to myself so I decided to go shop for new foundation and get it some inspiration for my husband's birthday. I found a few possible ideas for him and some delightful candles for the house. What I found that will keep me coming back indefinitely was the CHANEL makeup counter woman Jewel! She is amazing! She is very professional, helpful, a great cosmetologist, and I found out came from the same neighborhood my husband and his sisters did! She helped me find some beautiful shades that are now my new favorites and even told me I can order a fragrance my husband loves that I didn't see in store. I HIGHLY recommend her for anyone looking for fragrance or makeup. She has a customer for life with me! her!

Unfortunately, I have no desire to return to this store and will continue visiting other locations in different states. I was invited to a "Sip and Shop" event in the beauty department, which turned out to be rather underwhelming. When I arrived at the store, the valet informed me that it was full--even though I could clearly see at least 10-12 open parking spots. When I mentioned I was there for the event, the valet attendant told me to "hurry up and find a parking space in the back," so I ended up parking my own car in the valet area. Once inside, my mother and I were treated poorly, despite attending specifically for the event and making a few purchases. I can provide more details, but overall, it was a disappointing and disheartening experience.

On Feb 1 2025, after being brushed off by a Sales Associate, I was very fortunate to meet Hector Montalvo. I'm so thankful Hector was available to answer a few quick questions I had for my very dear friend that asked me to stop by Neiman Marcus to see if Agraria her favorite fragrance was available. Hector kindly, patiently, and quickly gave me the info and resources I needed to give to my girlfriend, then I had to go while I was still on my lunch break and still needed to eat, as I too also work at Fashion Show. I relayed the info to my girlfriend, she is a very loyal guest at Neiman s and she was also very appreciative of Hectors great customer service. She is looking forward to order her favorite fragrance with Hector. Please recognize Hector for his time and excellent customer service.

Poor, Poor customer service and horrible experience! We have ordered a merchandise online and went there to pick it up. When we placed the order, the merchandise we ordered was supposed to come with two free gifts (the same experience did not just happen one time, have also happened twice previously). After we picked up the item, opened while we were still in the vehicle (curbside pickup). There was no gift inside! We called back and spoke with the same person who brought down the item, first he called, 'now, what did you order? Cause I can't even find your name in my system.' How on earth did he find the order if he couldn't even the name in the system! When he finally found it, he told us to go up to the store to pick up the gifts...we said, we are not dressed for going in the store. Besides, if we wanted to go up to the store, we wouldn't have order curbside pickup, will we? Then he said, oh, there is no gift, we are all out of it! If you are all out of the gift, you should have indicated it as customers are ordering the merchandise, or he should have found an alternative way to compensate the customer. Instead, he said..'Well, we may have it in two or three days, if you guys want to come back to pick them up.' Top of all that, he barely wanted to apologize! I have informed him all these will be reported. Today, I received an email from Neiman stating that we have already picked up the merchandise, as well as the two free gifts that we did not. Therefore, I called and asked to speak with the manager..they said the manager is off today, and they have found another person for me to speak to..once he picked up my called, immediately, he has given me the extremely inpatient attitude already (tone of voice), and after I told me the incident, he kept saying it was not their responsibility for online purchases, and that they have no access for free gifts. First of all, as a customer, it isn't our obligation to figure out who has the responsibility or access to what. We placed an order with Neiman Marcus; we picked the purchase up from said store. By law, they are responsible. Besides, if that is what they offer 'gifts with purchase', in which they did not delivery, it's 'false appetizing'! When I addressed him that all these will be reported to the Corp. Office, he told me to 'go ahead'!

The worst Neiman sales women I've ever experienced. As soon as you walk in near perfumes/shoe section the workers are all on you like hawks, pressuring you and asking questions when you haven't even gotten a chance to look at anything, they start giving fake compliments. I felt so uncomfortable and pressured to buy something when I came in to the store that was my intention but the way these perfume sales women were I wanted to leave immediately. I've never felt this uncomfortable in a neimans but this locations employees are DESPERATE for a sale, giving fake compliments just so you can buy something. Weird experience.

Terrible return policy, they are firm on 30 days despite unworn in perfect condition, current selling item AND being an "InCircle" member, which apparently means nothing. I requested a return 14 days after arrival. More importantly- they are up charging. Shoe sticker shows $395 yet Neiman Marcus charged me $450 each pair. I've spent tens of thousands at Neiman, seems unreasonable not to make any exceptions. Stay away! Do NOT buy from Neiman Marcus. Stick with Bloomingdales, Saks or Nordstroms

On this day at needless markups .....I mean Neiman Marcus. We were looking for some designer shoes . It was a cross between Fendi and Chanel. The Fendi looked good but the Chanel was the first pair of comfortable Chanel Tennies I've ever put on. The Chanel was $200 more and well worth it because of the comfort. Remember Chanel does one season and then it's over. Which was A good reason to get the Chanel. That's all I kept thinking in my head as we walked away . Oh well put the black Chanel Tennies on a wish list

The worst customer service so far. I went to get a gift for my friend the employee was only concerned about her sale. After I made a decision what I will get for my friend I wanted to get something for my self aswell. The sales person suggested a perfume and she informed me that they are out of tester so I trusted her judgement and got it thinking if I don't like it I will be able to exchange or return however that was not the case nor the communication I received from the sales person. When I went back they informed me with a rude tone that I won't be able to return & that I should've known the manger was unqualified for her position. I asked for corporate contact she gave me customer service number. I would highly suggest for people to go somewhere they are respected and wanted. Manger name was ( Maria Acevedo-Wilson & sales person was jasmine I would not recommend anyone to be assisted by them if you are seeking a good customer service I would definitely go somewhere else!

Late post for my shopping trip on May 21, 2022. I just had lunch at Mariposa and decided to wander downstairs and check out their bags. I walked up to the burberry section, put my shopping bag down and proceeded to take a look at the new burberry check e-canvas tote bag. A saleswoman approached me and asked if I needed assistance and I told her, that I was just browsing. She walked about 10 feet away at the edge of the floor area and stood there. I guessed that she wanted to be nearby just in case I needed assistance, although come to think of it, she didn't say to let her know if I did need assistance. A security guard came over and stood next to her and they exchanged a few words, then just stood there looking over the area. I guess they thought I was either a shoplifter or couldn't afford the burberry bag. In any case, I picked up my shopping bags and was walking out the store a little put off as this is not the first time it happened to me, albeit it was a different Neiman Marcus. A very friendly saleswoman in the fragrance area asked if i needed any help and I told her I was looking for a new scent. She was amazing and with the help of another saleswoman, they helped me with my purchase of Nishane's Hundred Silent Ways. Unfortunately, I got their business card(s) but I can't seem to find it and their name is on the sales receipt. In any case, 3 stars for the 2 wonderful women who assisted my in the fragrance department and minus 2 stars for the women in the handbag section and the security guard who made me feel as if I was on the FBI's most wanted list. Seriously, this was a perfect example of one should not judge a book by its cover. I'm sure NM has over head security cameras and I understand the need for floor security, but they should be a little more discreet. Their actions just lost NM a bag sale :-( UPDATE: Just found the beauty ambassador's business card. Much mahalo to Julie Fulton. You were great. Thank you.

What a horrible experience I had today. I purchased something online and wanted to exchange it for the same item in a smaller size. Because I bought it online they have a whole bunch of policies they have to follow that made me wait for over 45 minutes to find out I could not do a straight exchange but repurchase the same product. It was an absolute circus and I ended up just taking the refund instead of the original exchange because they overcomplicated the whole situation. I'd much rather shop at Nordstrom, again it's not the employees faults but they could of easily been more accommodating as again all I wanted was an even exchange for the same exact item in a smaller size, I will never give them my business again and this is why Neimans is a sinking ship. It ruined my afternoon waiting 45 minutes for them to print out proof of my return. Thanks for wasting my time

I recently had an exasperating experience with Neiman Marcus in Las Vegas to the point where I will never spend another dollar there in my life after being a long time customer of their store and I will make sure anyone I know steers clear too. Borderline fraudulent behavior going on over there from the management level down. My how times have changed! After buying 12 pairs of designer shoes in a whirlwind shopping adventure, my overall satisfaction has been far from what I expected. The initial service at the store left much to be desired. There were several instances where communication was lacking, and promises to address my concerns went unfulfilled. Despite my attempts to rectify the situation, I was met with unresponsiveness from the staff. My primary concern revolves around a pair of shoes that I never received, even though I paid for them. Despite my best efforts to resolve this issue, it has persisted for over a month without a resolution in sight. In my communications with Neiman Marcus, I highlighted the importance of addressing the matter promptly, as any customer would expect. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a credit or the shoes that I paid for. The website says that they are sold out now, so I probably will not receive the shoes I wanted to buy due to their employees dropping the ball. I'm left with little options but was hoping I could get someone who works for Neiman Marcus' attention that still cares about keeping their customers happy. That hope is dwindling. Perhaps they have switched over to employing AI customer service bots over there. It's baffling! I just want the shoes or the money that I paid for the shoes back. I don't see what's difficult about this. Are they hoping to run me out of energy so I no longer seek the refund I am due? I'll tell you what, I've got better things I could do with my time than having to hound your employees to do their friggin job. What has surprised me even more during my quest for resolution to this matter was the lack of a coherent response in my efforts to escalate the issue. My concerns seemed to have been passed back to the same staff members who have shown themselves to be incapable of addressing the situation effectively, as if somehow this is supposed to yield me different results? Talk about madness! While I believe that mistakes can occur, it's the company's response that truly matters. It's essential for any business to value their customers and take their concerns seriously. I had expected a much higher level of service from a retailer of Neiman Marcus' reputation and caliber. Especially when I am in the 2% of clientele that the CEO, Geoffroy van Raemdonck, claims he is looking to get more of. I spent almost 30% of his desired clientele's yearly spend in 30 minutes. So why is it that Susanna Barnard is not even concerned with losing my business permanently? I urge Neiman Marcus to reconsider their approach to handling customer issues and to provide a more effective resolution process. As a long-time customer, I believe that clear communication, accountability, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction are crucial for maintaining a positive reputation. At this point, I would not be surprised to hear that they are going under. They have lost all attention and focus over there and you can't get anyone on the phone, nor do they return your call. They are unapologetic about their mistakes as well. Arrogant... Beyond rude!!! I hope that my experience serves as constructive feedback and encourages improvements in Neiman Marcus' customer service processes because as it stands, I can get better customer service at Target. Why would I spend that much money to get treated worse? No thank you! There are no shortage of places I can spend my money. As the recession deepens, without customer service to differentiate themselves from the MANY companies that supply the exact same products, they got nothing. Did you hear that? I think Chapter 11 is calling. Better let you go take that... Peace out!

This location, like every other NM location, is excellent. A bit smaller than the one I grew up going to (Bev Hills location), but still has everything I need. Just FYI, the hours shown here on Yelp is wrong. They're NOT open till 8PM; they close at 6PM (as does Saks Fifth). Thought I'd post this so others don't suffer the same fate we did last night when we got there at 6:15PM and was greeted by the sad sad sight of a closed NM.

We went shopping for shoes at Neimans. The selection was fabulous and so was the service. It was a Saturday afternoon/evening. The store closes at 6pm. They let you know they were closing by turning off the lights. We were still trying on shoes and the store went dark. We quickly finished as it was abundantly clear our presence was no longer welcome. We paid several thousand dollars and walked out by flashlight. Shame on you Neiman Marcus Fashion Show! You can do better! If you want a luxury experience while shopping for luxury brands, this store has lost its luster. My suggestion it might be better to shop across the street at Wynn or any other hotel on the strip with designer stores who remembers how to give good service!

We all deserve to treat ourself from time to time. This is the place to do it. I been eyeing a certain YSL clutch, and with much surprise I saw it available at Neiman Marcus! I came in on a Wednesday afternoon not too much after 12:30p, so not many shoppers were in store. I was greeted kindly almost immediately and treated properly, given suggestions, even though I knew what I wanted. I appreciate them trying to give me a nice experience even though this was an in and out trip, lol. After my purchase I felt completely satisfied and have already planned on how many ways to wear this stunning piece, including as a crossbody. Thank you Neiman's for having my YSL bag! Will be back!

Always nice to get away from the madness that is the Las Vegas strip and fashion show mall. Dead silent and quiet in here so it's great for a serene drink and bite to eat. Never have been disappointed or dissatisfied with my service and food. Drinks are great but libations are not my go to. I can highly recommend the salmon tacos, they are delicious!

The fat lady with grey short hair and a huge belly has the worst attitude. I'm at Neiman's at 3:00 pm. She keeps refusing to help me return and she keeps stopping other salesmen to do returning for me. She is unethical and rude. She should be fired. I will never shop at Neiman anymore in the future because of her bad attitude. We purchased thousands of dollars in Neiman gift cards and we won't buy them anymore. Bad service attitude and so many uneducated salespeople here in the store. The only good one is a male. The short hair fat lady who served me today mentally abuses me. She said very harsh words to me and made me mad so I find other people to help me. I think they thought of themselves are customers. I don't know why they find those rude people to do work here. We also won't buy any more Neiman stocks. I just got enough of it.

AMAZIIIINNNNG!!!!!!!! I came here in a desperate frenzy 2 hours before my 5 day real estate convention with nothing but a tank top, a pair of shorts and running shoes. Right away JEFF approached me and absolutely SAVED THE WEEK!!!!!!!! Within ONE hour I walked out with 7 shirts, 7 matching pairs of socks, a pair of shoes, underwear, belt - the whole 9 yards all while Berta came to the rescue and hemmed my pants in the meantime :))) I am BEYOND impressed and will forever be a lifelong customer. Irish Hanson is an absolute gem, and Neiman Marcus is lucky to have her! Her warm demeanor and knowledgeable customer service are on par with the best service I have ever received! She remembered me from 5 years ago when she helped me purchase gifts for my bridal party. I felt seen and important and that is something I will never forget. During my visit a couple of weeks ago, she was patient and recommended several fragrance options until I found the one that I liked. She didn't pressure me and was very informative. Thank you Irish!

I came to buy myself my first luxury bag as a birthday present to myself. The sales person Ariana gave me so much attitude when I first came in until I bought something and all of a sudden she was so friendly and happy towards me. But when I actually got the bag she gave me one with some kind of pain marks on the handle. She obviously didn't care about the product she gave out. So when I brought it back up to her all I got was attitude back. She obviously did not care what it meant for me to buy this bag. Will definitely shop from that sales person again. All they want is sales and doesn't even care for their clientele.

I would like to share a wonderful end to a very stressful experience that happened to me a few days ago. My wife and I went to the store a few days ago to pick up a couple of fragrances. From the initial moment we step foot into the store, we were showered by great customer service from everyone at the store. We had in Malor Alcantara the best and most attentive fragrance representative that we have ever met!! Overall we had a great time and walk out of there so happy with our purchases. Unfortunately, while unboxing my cologne, I had an accident and dropped the bottle onto the floor. Needless to say, the bottle broke into pieces while I stood there feeling helpless about it. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed by a mixture of different feelings..mostly blaming my self for what had happened!! Well, a few day later, I made the decision to share the experience with Mrs. Alcantara. Other than the desire to share this experience with Ms Alcantara so that in turn, she would share this experience with other customers, There was no alternative motive behind my decision other than to share my experience. What happened next still has me at a loss for words. After sharing my experience with Ms. Alcantara by text, she came by a few minutes later to say, I have escalated your experience to my department manager, and she has made the decision to replaced your damaged fragrance at no cost!! Needless to say, their kindness, understanding and decision to go above and beyond to offered a solution to something they had no fault what so ever, clearly exemplifies their commitment to a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. We will forever be filled with gratitude and respect for going above and beyond. Thank you so much Jessica Charleston for the kindness of your heart. You're truly a wonderful leader! We stopped in Neiman Marcus today after visiting Santa who is inside the mall just outside the store. We went in the children's department to look around and of course my kids found some fun toy cars to put on their "wish list". I found some beautiful Prada and Gucci bags to put on my "wish list". The NM Cafe is modern yet casual restaurant adjacent to the toy area complete with balcony and full bar to enjoy views of the strip. Kids menu and gluten free menu here. will have to try it out on my next visit but my loyalty has always been to Nordies Cafe. Friendly and warm service by all sales associates on this visit. Looking forward to coming back to see if a new line of Parfum by Ramon Monegal of Spain is here. It can be found on the website but ran out of time to seek out samples. Love a store where you can find all of your luxurious brands that are hard to find elsewhere. I'll be back!

Our local Neiman Marcus is a really nice one. I window shop here often but I rarely actually spend money on anything (okay, maybe a Balenciaga handbag every two years or so). Since I mostly shop in the handbag department here, that's where I'll focus my review. This location is very nicely laid out and the employees have always treated me friendly and with the utmost courtesy. I was browsing the Balenciaga and Bottega Veneta sections just last week while wearing a pair of jeans, Chuck Taylor sneakers, a Captain America comic book t-shirt and a sweater from Wal-Mart, and still I was treated like a valued customer. I've never been given the "snobby treatment" here, and I really appreciate that. The salespeople never treat you like you can't afford something in their store (I can't say that about the nearby Saks). The designer handbag section is divided into little mini stores by brand, making it super easy to shop by designer. The sales associates are pretty well educated on their products (now, they aren't as well versed as the sales associates at the Balenciaga store at Crystals, but they can answer basic questions). Returns here are also a breeze. Nice, clean and spacious restrooms. Overall a really nice Neiman Marcus.

This is a nice store if you get to develop relationships with some salespeople, if relationships in store are important to you. If you live in Vegas and want to make this store "your" go to department store, walk around and get the vibe of some salespeople. There are some awful employees who treat you like an idiot, but dust off your shoes and look for authentic personalities and you will find them. Chanel sales associates are terrible. Worst chanel customer service I have ever experienced at a chanel store. Fine jewelry department and handbags are the most amazing! If you like fine jewelry look for Michael Pascal. He will treat you like a king or queen. And you can shop with him for everything you need. There is also a lady at the home goods section who has red hair and she is so respectful and has great customer service.

I love to shop at Neiman Marcus because of the quality of service that they have always provided. I've never met a rude sales person at Neiman Marcus especially at Cosmetic counters. They really provide top-notch services. I was checking out any new product at YSL counter and replenished some stuffs too. The sales ladies were so friendly and helpful. They even offered my friend a casual makeup after my purchased. I also got the best cleanser I never had! Eve Lom 1st day launched at Neiman Marcus and got 5 sales at the counter. After I tried the cleanser, I felt in love with it. Such a nice and relaxing shopping experiences, I only found it in Neiman.

Had a Pretty Woman experience here on my most recent visit. They warmed up to me once I whipped out the wallet and started buying. (eye roll emoji) Granted, I wasn't looking my best in workout clothes and a top knot, but Vegas shops are usually very democratic about these things. Two items I wanted were out of stock, and they shipped them to my home at no charge, so that was nice. Try a little harder, Vegas Neiman's associates, that customer you're trying so hard to ignore might want to help you bank your commission.

I liked the pre Christmas soecuals. Neiman Marcus offered an extra 50% OFF some of their items; whereas Saks Fifth did not, even past New Year, so this time... HELLO Nieman Marcus. This must be the reason there are two to three times more customers here. I must say tiday, it is shoppers paradise here today.

Extremely rude staff. I went to return an item, and the staff were very rude. They then called a manager who came and he was even more rude, plus refused to let me return the item. I had called the day before to make sure it was returnable and they said yes on the phone and to bring it in. i just can't tolerate how unnecessarily rude the staff work, talking down to me like I was a nobody. I definitely will not go back to that store after that, and don't recommend it.

Always a great selection. The lady who took my measurements and helped me with my sizes name was Nancy. The clothes here are always top notch well made and cared for. I had to make a return as well and the return was quick and smooth. Customer service and quality are the reason I love Neiman Marcus so much. The only reason I'm giving 4 star is because the restroom needed attention Nd when I'm in a store ready to drop $1,000.00 I a bag I expect the restroom to be well manicured. Overall 4 stars. And I WILL be back (soon).

My review is only for the Cafe at Neiman Marcus. The Cafe at this Neiman's location is somewhat of a marriage of the fine dining restaurants and cafe restaurants that most other Neiman Marcus stores have. I have dined at both the fine dining restaurants and the Cafe's at other Neiman's more times than I can count and am quite familiar. I haven't been though for a couple years and was craving their famous popover. It was a pleasant surprise that the cafe served them as a complimentary start with a demitasse of Chicken Consomme. The popovers have always been served to me steaming hot fresh and moist on the inside. These popovers were obviously made some time before and were room temperature. Having sat long enough to be a bit tough and a real let down! I ordered the bistro salad which was greens with dried fruits, pecans and crumbled bleu cheese with grilled chicken. The salad and house dressing were just an nice as expected however the ample sized grilled, sliced chicken breast laid to the side was cold from the refrigerator. Every time I have had grilled chicken on a salad at Neiman's it has been freshly grilled and warm. As you can imagine, a refrigerator cold pice of grilled chicken breast makes for a pretty dry and hard piece of chicken, even being sliced. It was a bit shocking actually to discover the chicken cold as such. Lunch here was a total disappointment compared to other Neiman Marcus restaurants and other establishments as well. The ambiance is nice and the server was great but it really is about the food.

This review is SOLELY for the makeup mastery of Michelle at the YSL counter. I totally don't know why I didn't remember to write a review sooner since my trip was in the summer. I love MAC products, but let's admit it, many of the girls who work there themselves and on their customers cake the makeup on! I love having that sexy nighttime smokey eye look, but if I went to MAC to get my makeup done it would be 1000 times more intense and probably take a lot longer to wash off. Michelle knows her stuff, she actually used to work at MAC awhile back; so she can give you that MAC look without caking on the makeup! She gave me the best makeover for two nights in a row for the clubs. I kept receiving compliments all night and had way better Vegas b-day pictures because of her. Go see visit her at the YSL counter, she's so sweet and talented. She'll make you look so damn hot!

On a mission for a particular Bobbi Brown eye palette, I decided to give Neiman Marcus a try. As soon as I entered the store, multiple sales associates smiled at me and welcomed me to Neiman's. One of the SAs approached and asked if I needed assistance. When I told her I was looking for the Bobbi Brown counter, she escorted me to the counter and introduced me to the makeup artist. I explained what I was searching for. She regretfully informed me that they did not have what I was looking for, but she offered to put together a custom palette for me. If all of the shadows would have been available individually, I would have jumped at the offer. Unfortunately, one of the colors is only available as part of this palette. Oh well. The SA was so apologetic that they did not have what I wanted. I must say that I was very impressed with the customer service at Nieman's. I wish they would have had what I wanted, because I most certainly would have purchased the item from them. Fact.
