Neiwei Market

An interesting wet market in Kaohsiung, where everything (or well, almost) could be found at bargained prices. We liked the main street with many fresh vegetables and fruits. All of them looked so yummy!!! We bought pears and avocado from this market!!!

This is an awesome traditional market in Ksohsiung. You can easily get here with the tram line. The market is across the street from the Neiwei Arts Center, which is by the eponymous tram stop. The market offers a unique experience, especially if you come here on the weekend when the whole space is mobbed with people.

A local wet market full of fresh veggies, seafood, and fruits. Very nice local experience of enjoying local life.

Neiwei Market is a fantastic traditional market located near my home. It offers a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, and snacks, all at very affordable prices. The market is an excellent place to shop for groceries, especially if you are looking for bargains. Overall, I highly recommend this Market for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable shopping experience.

Vegetable, Fruits, Pulses and Rice are much cheaper here than other market. Its open till 7 PM. If you buy regularly here, seller gives you extra vegetable also, especially if you are foreigner. Sellers are very nice, actually Taiwanese are very helpful and nice people.

As a student with limited resource, i found this place really affordable and good for Vegetables. I recommend to bring a huge bag for carrying the veggies. Eat veggies be healthy. ;p

Local Public Market. Vendors for variety of vegetables, fruits, meats, etc. Price may not be the cheapest around, but convenient for all-in-one shopping stop. Fruits are still cheaper in local fruit shops. Some outside parking lots available, but hard to find on during busy hours.
