Best coffee I had for a while. Best cold brew ever. Best coffee in Hawaii so far. After having hojicha latte, we got 5 more cold brews in different flavors right away. One bottle makes 2 iced coffee.

Finally made it back to this small cozy shop that makes all the delicious tea drinks (and cold brew) you can think of. Friendly customer service!! I am not surprised if everything tastes phenomenal. It left an impression on my husband when we were on island for Vacation. So happy to be living here now and add it to my list of 10/10 places 💖 They should open another location.

Met a friend here for coffee and was greet right away. I meant to get the black sesame cold brew, but got the latte version by accident - it was still great! The barista let me taste it before I ordered it since it is a bit unusual. This coffee shop feels like you're at your coffee friend's apartment with cutie patootie details and stellar service and communication. The menu is available online and is hanging on the wall. They have alternative milks, cosy seating indoors, a lil patio with plants, stickers, digital camera available, and have an option to preorder jugs of your favorite coffees! Parking can be tricky, but it is worth the effort! Highly recommend!

The service of this coffee shop is exceptional! Coffee lovers will appreciate the variety. Their curated drinks are incredible as well as the staff who work there. Highly recommend the hojicha and the Black Sesame Latte. Both to go and cafe only drinks available. The to go drinks are freshly made cold brew bottles. You can purchase those, and they’ll give you a cup of ice if you want to drink it right away. The flavors are so vast and unique. Parking is street parking outside the shop. It can get a bit crowded inside because the shop is small and popular. However, it is well worth the wait.

Google
Such a cute spot! The worker was super nice and let us try a bunch of drinks! The melon one tasted exactly like melona ice cream haha. We ended up getting the black sesame cold brew, melon drink, and ume tea. So tasty! They even give you cups with ice so you can drink it right away.

Google
Love this little cafe! I had the hojicha latte which is sweetened with agave and made with oat milk-- it's so good! One bottle is 2 drinks' worth which is a great deal. I also had the matcha marble pound cake which was yummy (and they offered to toast it). Everyone's so nice, the cafe itself is decorated with cute cat art, and the little garden area is adorable :) Support this sweet small business!

very very cute cafe!! Love every element in the store. As a cat lover and cafe lover, I couldn't expect more. I went there twice, after first time visit, I kept thinking going again, love the vibe and details!!

Google
Love this place. Back here about every other week or so. They have a good variety of lattes. Their ume is also one I wouldn't sleep on. Also if you're lucky and get there early enough, or if it's a slower day for them, try one of their pastries. Their banana bread was so moist and the okinawan sweet potato scone went great with our coffees. I also tried their "chotto" latte, if you like a stronger coffee taste with a nice thick and creamy foam, that's the perfect drink. Workers there are also very attentive, will answer your questions and let you sample to help you decide what to order. Small cafe but so cute and homey. They have mangas along with japanese magazines and books for those that just want to enjoy something there. Only thing is parking...need to hope you get there at the right time, there's only 3 metered parking in front of the store or you may to look farther up the street.

Yelp
Shortest story ever: Great drinks, great service. I will always love stopping by for my lattes!

Yelp
Beautiful storefront, amazing cold brew! Highly recommend this spot for all things coffee and hojicha. Each drink is crafted with thought and flavored so well. Definitely want to come back and try everything! Little cute space to sip and enjoy, but better to go Street parking is paid.

Yelp
@fortunefoodfinds: "It's the little things that mean a LATTE! Da hubz surprised me with a Cold Brew Matcha Latte from NEKO KONEKO. He mos def knows the way to my heart, n' what helps my day start!" Staff: friendly n' helpful Interior: cute n' cozy. Small space with one communal table with seating. Exterior: on Liliha St, busy. Wait time: 10-15 mins Parking: metered street Overall comments: since my very first visit this spot has been on the top of my list when wanting coffee/lattes. They have a wide variety of flavors, which has me coming back to try out more n' also get previous flavors again! Everything from the drinks being so yuMmmy, the packaging, the generous amount of oz given, the kind service, n' kid-friendly options has a permanent place in being one of my go-to spots. I L.O.V.E. them!

Yelp
Cute cafe & very friendly staff but the pre-made bottled matcha latte is not good. Doesn't have a distinct matcha taste and is too sweet. Best thing about it is that it's creamy. Maybe stick to the coffee when coming here.
google avatar

Lynelle P.

Yelp
3.5 Since we were in the area I wanted to try this spot out. Pros: Matcha was creamy! For some reason I thought they made it upon order but it was in an already made bottle. Still it was good & creamy however it was a bit too sweet for me. Red velvet scone was good, my hubby ate most of it. We shared the cookie- it was big and very tasty!! Super yummy!! Hubby didn't like the salt on top but I didn't mind it :) Staff were super nice! Cons: No parking Small space Since my papa's house is up the road I would come back if I'm in the area, however I wouldn't go out of my way. Still good & a very cute shop!

Yelp
I've heard good things about Neko Koneko. After coming back from Japan, I've been on a matcha/hojicha kick. I happen to be in the area so I thought it would be a perfect time to try Neko Koneko. The store is located on Liliha st and it's only street parking. Lucky me I was able to find one as soon as I got there. The store is small, cozy and cute. They had a pop up going on when I was there, serving some kind of sandwich. Neko Koneko has only a few food items I believe. I loved the ambiance and felt like it would be a chill spot to bring my laptop one day and get some work done. I was in a hojicha mood but couldn't decide between the hojicha latte or hojicha cold brew. The girl let me sample the 2 which was nice. I opted for the hojicha cold brew since it was less sweet plus I wanted some extra caffeine! They give it you in their bottle but I like my drinks iced so she gave me a to-go cup with ice. You get about 2 drinks in the bottle which was $9.50, so not bad. The drink had a strong hojicha taste and the right amount of sweetness. Really yummy. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Their drinks are so delicious! Out of the 5 bottles, I really liked the Kinako cold brew. Matcha is ok. The strawberry reminds me of nesquick and the hojicha tasted more like chocolate milk. Drinks are on the sweeter side, but overall great. Highly recommended place to try and I can't want to come back
google avatar

Amber C.

Yelp
The shop's interior is really cute! Just going inside is really cute with all the cat decorations. They even have a digital camera where you can take pictures. We were deciding on what kind of coffee to have and we were able to sample the different types of coffee to help make a decision. All of them were really delicious and it was hard to decide. I would definitely come again if I ever get the chance. The ube latte has a really strong earthy ube taste. If you like black sesame, I would suggest the kuro goma! The nuttiness of the black sesame is nice. The kinako one has a nice nutty flavor also due to the roasted soybeans. It's not that sweet despite having both cane sugar and honey in it.

Yelp
A little hidden gem! After leaving downtown we were looking for a place to buy coffee and tea. The parking downtown is so congested, we found a place on Yelp that looked interesting and might have parking. We went from planning on drinks to a nice healthy dessert of coconut and chocolate with similar to pudding texture. It was not overly sweet, which I like and you could pick from different topping. One of my party did order an iced coffee drink that had nice flavor. The place is fairly small and only has one table to share. Looks like a great locals hangout and frequented by young people.
google avatar

Yelp
I heard really good things about Neko Koneko and since I had time to go I had to stop by. I wasn't feeling coffee so the teas were very enticing to get. The nice thing about Neko Koneko is that you can taste everything before you try it! ***What we ordered ~ **Matcha Latte (6/10) ~ Very creamy and you can taste the Matcha, but I personally thought it was a little TOO sweet. I thought I was drinking a matcha milk tea rather than a Matcha Latte. **Hojicha Latte (7/10) ~ This wasn't as sweet compared to the matcha latte. I loved that you can taste the Hojicha and it would make you feel warm. Since it kind of has a toasty/spiced flavor to it. Although, it's not a 10 because it was a little too creamy for me... Overall, I feel like if you like Milk Tea versions of Matcha and Hojicha lattes then this place is for you! Everything almost tasted like an ice cream. Anyways, super cute place and good service. Not sure if I would come back. It is a little pricey.

Yelp
Visited this place for the first time today and there was a line Saturday afternoon around 2pm! This place has been opened for about 2 years! They have a cute unique menu and even offer samples when you ask! I tried their Kuro goma cold brew and hojicha cold brew and loved the Kuro goma one! It is a tad on the sweeter side but they can give you a cup of ice to dilute it down :) I also ordered their denki Kuro which I really liked too. Well balance of coffee flavor. The two small ritz crackers are a great touch too :) though I wished the matcha was stronger. Per my friend the matcha tasted just like Starbuck's which...I am not sure it's a good thing There's also a small patio area in the back.
google avatar

Eunice T.

Yelp
This place is sooooo good, especially the Kuro Goma. The black sesame flavor was perfect and the coffee itself wasn't too sweet either. They also gave us cups with ice so we can pour and enjoy our drinks immediately. One bottle is about 2 cups w ice. Originally we weren't sure about our choices, and we were about to order 3 bottles since we wanted to try a lot. However, right before we make the payment, the cashier asked us if we wanted to try the samples before we finalize the order. They didn't have all the options available but they did have most of them! They missed out on additional money for this order but they won our love. We'll definitely come back!! HIGHLY recommend this for everyone looking for caffeine options.

Yelp
This adorable new gem of a café in Liliha is the perfect eclectic touch to this bustling little neighborhood. Parking is street only but I was able to find a stall practically right in front of the door. There is only a few tables to sit on so this is definitely more of a grab and go type of place. But they have the perfect bottled beverages to take with you and enjoy. I loved the local cat themed art and was happy to see most of it with sold signs. I will definitely be back again.
google avatar

Yelp
Total cute hidden gem for to go coffees! I've tried various flavors from them at a night market in Pearl Country Club, and since then, I've been wanting to try the store front. Street parking is tough as expected in the Liliha area. We circled numerous times only to park on Kuakini street. They announce deals every so often on their instagram. Sadly when we got there, previous orders were already fulfilled so the melon flavor was unavailable. My husband and I sampled some flavors and walked away with ube and maple oat latte. Both were delicious. We didn't stay inside as they were getting busy but I can see it being a cute place to sip some good drinks.

Yelp
Love going to neko for a quick drink. Visited them first during Covid when they were selling drinks out of their little mobile cart. My DA didn't realize that the drinks shelf life were only a few days. I reached out to the owners & they offered me some new drinks for mine that had expired & they even thanked me for bringing to their attention that they should post the shelf life online. Safe to say, I've been coming here for years since then & are happy that they have a storefront right near to my workplace. Love you neko koneko!
google avatar

Aline T.

Yelp
Wow, 16 oz drinks in a bottle that's pure drink, not 75% ice. The flavors are creative and taste great! I like that it's in a bottle so I can pick up a bunch and then stick it in the fridge for later - I don't need to go back to the shop to get more.

Yelp
one of the coziest (and littlest!) coffee shops I've been to in a while! parking is super difficult but it's worth it. they have metered spots out front but free parking on the side streets is hard to find in the mornings.  they offer both in-store drinks and a huge variety of bottled drinks to go! when you order a bottled drink they also offer a cup of ice too. the menus are hung on the wall right when you enter. inside, they have one small round table that seats 4 plus a larger table that could fit 6 on the benches. however, the day I visited, they had another vendor in store selling cuban pancakes and her setup took over the whole table. there's a patio outside too but since this place is so small it's very little guarantee you'd get a spot to sit at if you plan on staying a while.  I got the kuro goma latte and it was delicious! perfect blend of coffee and sesame, and a little toastiness. I ordered some bottles to go on my way out as well and after trying the ube latte at home I added a shot of espresso and it was perfection. the ube flavor is strong, a little on the sweet side for me so adding the coffee was the best blend! it was nonstop people coming in and out! this little spot can get so busy and it's exciting to see a local shop doing really well. I look forward to sharing the bottles and this new find with friends!

Akita M.

Yelp
Stopped at this place on our way to the North Shore. It was a cute little hole in the wall place. They make the cold brew themselves and it comes bottled. It also has a bunch of cute Japanese cats decorated every where. We got the Mocha cold brew. I thought it was a little bitter so I would get something else next time. But the in house special of cold brew with oat milk was the better choice. I added in their house made vanilla syrup and it was magical.
google avatar

Jennifer C.

Yelp
This is a cute little cafe that pre bottles your favorite kinds of drinks. You can sample as much as you would like which are all so tasty! Keep in mind is that they are meant to be poured over ice which they give you a separate cup of ice so you actually pay for the full 16oz instead of a cup filled with ice. I don't believe they are fully organic but some are made with organic products. Parking is street metered parking and there are a couple of spots right in front of the cafe. Staff is friendly, which is a good sign for a cafe.
google avatar

Jalissa T.

Yelp
Walked in and very cute atmosphere, had some music playing that was fitting the vibe but a very tiny shop to navigate around. There's a variety of drinks from in-house specials to bottle cold brews along with pastries to choose from. Since it was already crowded we decided to grab the cold brew bottles to go.
google avatar

Yelp
Super cute cafe! This shop is located on Liliha street, and parking is available on the street (metered), so you might have to hunt for a little bit to find a space. The inside of the shop is small and super cute, decorated with plenty of modern art, plants, and string lights! It's a great spot to settle down to do some work or hang out with a friend. I loved how there was a wide range of options on the menu -- I ordered a variety of flavors (chairo, strawberry, shiro). I found that the drinks were a bit too sweet for my taste, but loved the flavor for all of them. The coffee drinks were strong but sweet, and the strawberry milk was exactly how I wanted it to taste. The drinks were creamy and also came in cute reusable bottles! I also appreciated how they were all made with oat milk, as someone who's lactose intolerant! Overall would love to come back to try their drinks again!

Kathleen K.

Yelp
This is such a great surprise. Was in the neighborhood and yelped this coffee shop. Had a strawberry Matcha with a Ube loaf. So good. Also took home a matcha. The best I've had on island. Very creative flavors. High quality product. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Suri S.

Yelp
Where are all my coffee loving lactose intolerant friends? Yay for using oat milk in most of their drinks so you don't have to worry about a tummyache. I like that they are more health conscious cafe, like using honey instead of sugar and organic coffee beans to make their drinks. In a world full of coffee shops, this place definitely stands out. Very charming and cozy shop that transports you to little cafes in Japan. Ambiance/Service: Lots of decorations, books, giving the impression of love for kitty cats. It was very packed when we first arrived with a line out the door. It would be wise to pre order online and pickup if you are in a hurry. Service was very friendly and polite. Only 2 tables to sit. Location: Location is a bit rough, parking is hard but there are paid street parking meters. We spent about 30 minutes total. Drinks: We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy ambiance as we sat and enjoyed our deliciously made Matcha ($9), Shiro" ($8.75), Toasted Coconut ($9) lattes. My favorite was the Matcha CB Latte & Toasted Coconut. The coconut reminded me of the Coconut Vietnamese coffee we know and love. The Shiro latte adds white chocolate making it quite sweet. I probably wouldn't order than again. I do like that they give you a cup with ice to enjoy your drinks. Value: 16 oz bottle is enough for 2 drinks and the quality is excellent, so I'd say the value is there especially if you save half for later. Will definitely be back again!

Yelp
small little shop that serves coffee, matcha/tea & milk drinks! seating inside is limited & so is parking. They only have like 3 spots in front of the shop that's metered & if you go down the street a little more, there are additional metered spots. All drinks are bottled but they also give you a cup of ice if you want! The lady working the front was super nice & recommended some items to us! They also let you sample!!
google avatar

Sheena W.

Yelp
My fav coffee on the island, it's street parking but it's totally worth it and the decor is just too cute. My fav is the hojicha latte but try all the flavors they're all so yummy
google avatar

Crystal L.

Yelp
Such a cute coffee shop outside of Waikiki. Immediately fell in love with the vibes and decor of the cafe. Wish I found this place earlier in my trip so I could come back more than once. The ichigo hojicha was my favorite, and it was so creamy and the perfect amount of sweet. The kinako latte was also very tasty with the flavor of the kinako shining with each sip. Would 100% recommend!
google avatar

Chloe O.

Yelp
Location was easy to find, parking can be tricky but don't stress because it's so worth it. I have been obsessed with their drinks from the matcha to the ube latte, they are all perfect. Order online and pick up same day or order inside. It's so tiny and cute but simple and perfect. They are worth trying out, I honestly am loving them more than Starbucks.
google avatar

Steve S.

Yelp
Delicious drinks in a cute cafe with a unique cat theme. Workers have always been friendly. Drinks are made with oat milk which has no dairy and adds a unique creaminess. Favorites are the orange chocolate with coffee and matcha. The tv has DJs playing vinyl and often times has local record shop and label Aloha Got Soul on screen. Only con is there are no actual cats to pet and street parking with meters along the street can be limited depending upon the time of day.
google avatar

Keiko W.

Yelp
I'm a cat mommy so when I heard of this coffee shop I had to go! Cute shop, cute workers and delicious coffee
google avatar

Anna W.

Yelp
I work around the area so it is very convenient to go to this cafe. The drinks are on the pricey side but they come with ice and if you pour it out, it's 1.5-2 servings. Staff is always friendly and helpful with the selection. Cute and clean interior. I have tried hibiscus plum tea, shiro cold brew, chairo cold brew and matcha latte so far. They're all good. Cold brew is on the sweeter side then I usually like but with ice it helps tone the sweetness down. Would come again and try everything!

Yelp
Oat milk lattes and coffee cold brews in a tiny cute cat themed japanese cafe. This place I feel like is a Hidden Gem because you would not even notice it there but I was with my friend who was a local and he loves this place. We walk in and all of the stuff are super friendly and they sell 16 oz bottled pre-made lattes. All different flavors! I got the matcha latte and the Ube latte and they were both delicious. You can choose some with coffee and some without. However they are pre-made so you can't vary the sugar level so that is disappointing as I like to have lower sugar drinks like when I get a standard milk tea or latte that's made to order. I would definitely return to try some of the other drinks if I've ever over this way and would love to try their pastries as they had a small assortment of pastries on the counter.

Yelp
OK, now I see why so many love Neko Koneko so very much. Drinks and dessert breads are delicious. My love started when Super Yelper Kyra K gifted me a melon drink from Neko Koneko. Thank you Kyra! I am a believer now. :- D I understand why your trips to Neko Koneko turn into a bag full of deliciousness! I enjoyed the melon drink two days, first straight. The second day I added a cup of coffee to kick in some caffeine. Both variations ahmazing! Today after lunch, a friend and I were looking for something slightly sweet to finish off our meal. We both wanted to see the store so headed over to Liliha. At first the drinks seemed a little pricey but my Chinese brain got to work and realized, if using an American Savings card to pay one gets a discount. Then found out there is a customer loyalty rewards program associated with phone #. Not sure what the prize is still, fun anticipating something. Lol. The sampling really helped. Helped me want so many flavors! What I got: Hojicha latte - refreshing and delicious 9/10 Black sesame cold brew - slightly sweeter, definitely easy going down, almost like chocolate milk 9/10 Iced tea ume - tart and refreshing, made with hibiscus tea. Good for the soul and the health! 10/10 Will be back for all the above and perhaps a sampling of others
google avatar

Yelp
A small and cozy coffee shop, I ended up trying a blueberry coffee (forget the name) and it was an extremely satisfying pairing - my friend got the Kuro Goma and a few other coffees to bring back, and they tasted pretty great as well! They have LOTS of flavors of coffee/drinks though, so I'd recommend any of them for people looking for quality coffee at an aesthetically pleasing shop - Miguel Morales Photography

Yelp
Parked right outside since I was picking up a sandwich from Bella banh mi, street parking. But I had no coins!! So I walked in to buy a drink and as I pulled out a 10, the cashier said they're cashless :( Drinks are a bit over priced and have a loooooot of ice. I got the mango iced tea. It was pleasant, tasted kind of like a mango calpico without the tang. It has oat milk, so I'm not sure why it made my stomach hurt. Not really worth it.
google avatar

Elyse L.

Yelp
talk both a coffee shop with tasty drinks and a killer vibe! if you love cats this place is for you with all their cute cat decor! Also vibey music and very kind people Super trendy drinks that also taste great! One of my favorite teas is the Mango7! Super refreshing and creamy and big hints of apricot love this place, and you can order a few coffees and take them home!

Yelp
Little quaint shop nestled in Liliha that offers a plethora of hot and cold coffee and teas, along with desserts. There are two tables in the shop where patrons can enjoy their drinks while chatting with friends or working on laptops. The tables have cute Japanese games and books. The little plants throughout add to the homestyle feel. The comfy ambiance with large screen TV makes for a nice spot to visit. The shop is very clean, including the kitchen area and the refrigerator that stores all these wonderful specialty drinks. We tried many samples before choosing what to order. I ended up choosing the cold brew Shiro which was delicious! The ume infused tea will be my next one to enjoy with a splash of vodka! Parking on Liliha is a bit of a challenge, but sometimes you get lucky to find parking in front of the shop. It's worth the walk if you don't find parking nearby. Price point is not too bad considering they use good quality ingredients that blend so well together, as well as the containers that can be repurposed. We need to support local businesses and so absolutely yes that I will be returning again and again.

Yelp
Watch out!!! You will develop an addiction to the matcha cold brew latte. This place is so tiny it's literally a micro shop that you will miss if you blink your eyes driving down Liliha St. Honestly, Liliha st. has a row of tiny little gems of stores starting with Conversations to the handmade noodle shop, shave ice joint and Bella's bahn Mi. Need I remind you that OG Liliha Bakery is right around the corner? Back to the drinks... they offer premade matcha, cold brews and refreshing ice teas that have a Japanese theme. One sip of the honey cinnamon cold brew latte will make you smile. I don't think they do espresso type of drinks so go somewhere else for that. The interior is as small as a studio apartment but in a house and decorated with gorgeous plants with 2 tables that are almost always occupied with millennials. I also saw some baked goodies like scones and banana bread to add to your latte fix. It's priced at $6.50- $9 for a take home bottle.
google avatar

Kimberly V.

Yelp
When there's a line before they open you know it's good! The kid found this spot on TikTok so we made the drive. Cute little spot that is like a Pressed but for coffee. They have a cooler full of ready made bottled coffee...and you can ask for cups of ice. One bottle is enough to make 2 drinks. I also got the ume iced tea and it was the perfect taste of ume...not too overpowering and not sweet. The caramel macnut was perfect!!
google avatar

Yelp
I've passed this cute spot multiple times on Liliha St. Parking is limited to street meter parking, with 3 directly in front of the store. You can preorder for same day pick up. According to their website you can place orders starting at 7am for same day pick up. Preorder for Saturday pick up opens on their website site on Tues and they have other items that are not on their regular menu. I was quite surprised and please with the quality and flavors of their drinks. My faves and go to are Honey Cinnamon Latte or the Maple Latte. In general, flavors like those aren't common in Hawaii so of course as soon as I saw them I just had to get them and they definitely did not disappoint. Space inside is limited to 2 small tables. I would be surprised if there's a table open for use. Someone is always sitting there. Oh! Bring your own bag if you decide to purchase a few bottles. They have boxes but no bags.

Yelp
My fav hole in the wall coffee/tea shop. Rig hot down the road from my house. High quality drinks it sealed containers that you can store for later In the week. The shop is cute and the workers are always kind. They have new flavors/specials weekly. Check them out !!!
google avatar

Jenna S.

Yelp
This place is such a vibe! I'm a sucker for cute coffee shops. The aesthetic is on point and makes me want to jump on a plane to Japan lol. They offer a selection of flavored oat milk and some mixed with cold brew. My favorites were the Melon and Matcha! The Melon is like drinking a Melona ice cream. They also offer in store specials, I tried the BLACKPINK Drink (strawberry with caramel drizzle), and the Borahae Blueberry Latte. The blueberry is definitely one of my favorite coffee drinks I've had. The blueberry flavor is subtle and it's just perfect.
google avatar

Vivian C.

Yelp
I've loved their beverages since pickups were exclusive to Mililani. Years later and the quality is still just as delicious! Will continue to come and get my caffeine and support NK! I appreciate that even due to their popularity, their quality is still something to write home about.

Yelp
This is probably my favorite coffee place in Oahu! They have variety of selections to choose from. The place is dainty but really cute. The staff's very friendly! I've tried most of their drinks and all of these are delicious! The drinks are really creamy and flavorful. I love that they offer a cup of ice on the side and that you get the full 16 oz of drink that you're paying for. I always recommend this place to people who asks me for the best coffee place!

Yelp
If you are visiting Hawaii and want to change your coffee routine, be sure to check out Neko Koneko. It was recommended to me by an acquaintance of mine to check out since I've never been and it is definitely a great spot to check out. It is a hidden gem located up Liliha St. Parking is very limited as it is street parking. They conveniently offer online orders for same day pick up if I'm not mistaken, so if you're in a rush and looking to just grab and go, that might be the best option for you! I love that they offer samples before you decide on which cold brew to purchase. Definitely coming back if I'm ever in Hawaii again!

Yelp
The cutest little place with delicious drinks and lovely staff. Truly! And of course so many cat things! So cute! I love an affogato and the one they serve here is amazing. My daughter got a lavender latte and that was delicious as well! They serve both bottled (their own) and fresh-made drinks. The day we went they were also serving curry. I'm not sure, but I got the impression this offering changed regularly. There is also a small selection of pastries but we were so full from lunch we could not possibly have had anything more. There is no dedicated parking; street parking only, but we got very lucky and scored some parking mere feet away. This place is quite small, so seating is limited, but it is a literal oasis on the very busy Liliha Street between Kuakini and School St. It is very quiet and serene, a cute place to sit and journal or just enjoy conversation with a friend.

Yelp
Located on Liliha Street, this cute little cafe shop offers select teas, coffees, and food items. Visited on a weekday and to my surprise there were quite a lot of patrons. Parking is difficult as there are only two or so street parking spots right in front of the cafe. According to their Instagram, you can park at Little Shingon Mission, and TLC medical center - my friends and I parked at TLC medical center with no issues. For this visit I opted for their bottled cold brew coffee. They offer a good variety of flavors - I decided on the matcha + cold brew and the caramel Mac nut cold brew. The matcha has nice earthy notes that you'd expect from the matcha with the right amount of sweetness. The caramel Mac nut was my favorite out of the two - it is sweet, nutty, and just perfect, period! The packaging for these bottled cold brews are pretty aesthetically pleasing and more than likely contribute to the cost of these drinks as they range from $7.75 - $9.00! Overall, I'd definitely return to try other flavors.

Yelp
I've been ordering from Neko Koneko ever since they're made to order stage. The quality of their product and their customer service was amazing then and is even better now. Their Honolulu storefront location is a hidden gem. A bit small and sometimes difficult to find parking but it's worth it, trust me. They really make you feel welcomed! They have seasonal flavors and test out new flavors every so often. If you want to sample one before you make the decision to buy a whole bottle, you can ask the cashier for a sample. They also have pop up events with other vendors. The best way to keep up to date is follow their IG or sign up for their emailing list (sometimes they have giveaways and free coffee). The creativity that the team has and continues to cultivate is inspiring and I can't wait for what they come up with next.

Yelp
Everyone should definitely check out Neko Koneko for a little pick me up! [Location] Neko Koneko is located inside a cute, green homey building in Kalihi. There are 3 metered parking stalls right in front. Spaces are limited, but I'm sure you can find other parking spaces nearby. I don't think I saw a restroom for customers. [Ambiance] All the best vibes! Super inviting space, some seating and lots to look at. [Customer Service] Whoever was ringing the day I visited was amazing! She was lovely, and very kind. We looked at pins and stickers together. She pointed out her favorites, which included a baby blue keychain. [Drinks] My boyfriend and I got a chairo cold brew, pumpkin spice latte (seasonal), matcha latte, matcha cold brew latte. I love the packaging each drink comes in, and the drinks cost about $6 each for 16oz. I personally think each product to be worth the price because you can share a bottle between two (assuming you pour the drink over ice). The coffee was smooth, but still flavorful. Not too sweet and plainly delicious!

Yelp
Finally came here! It is located around the corner of Liliha st. Very close to Liliha bakery. It was an easy to find a street parking by the store on Thursday morning. When I opened the door, it reminded me of 80's Shimokitazawa in Tokyo! I was about to order online but I wanted to see how they were so I just walked in. I couldn't choose which one I wanted to order and the lady asked me to try samples. Ended up, I got Chairo latte, Matcha latte(Matcha is from Japan) and Hojicha latte by bottle. And Goma latte by cup. I chose Chairo cuz of less sweetness. They have some beautiful plants, books. I found Japanese magazine!! I really like all design in the store. The lady at cashier was so nice! Definitely I go back and get melon and strawberry next time! Highly recommended.
