FINALLY a Japanese/ramen restaurant in Spokane that radiates authenticity and flavor. We had the golden gai ramen (amazing), the black pork and ube gyoza, the menchi burger, and the pumpkin mochi donuts. We also ordered a side of fresh baked sourdough bread for our ramen, and ordered some milk teas.
Everything was so fresh. The ramen was exceptional, and you could tell that the noodles were freshly made. The broth had a really amazing, complex flavor. The service was also fantastic.
Recommendation: Make a reservation before you go! We are so glad we did - tons of last-minute walk ups were lined up outside 30 minutes before they opened, and some didn’t get in. They let in people with reservations first.
