Nestled in Vientiane since 1984, Nemnueng Sihom buzzes with locals delighting in DIY Vietnamese spring rolls and fiery hot pots in a lively atmosphere.
The food is great, there's a parking space with 10,000 kip fee but you can reimburse from the restaurant. It's an open place. We sat at the opposite side of the restaurant street. They could do better with mosquitoes thing, too many of them, even my mosquitoes repellent spray couldn't chase them away.

Fresh, affordable, and quick service. Really enjoyed as a quick lunch spot. I had vegetarian fresh spring rolls and the vegetarian dry noodles.

Super tasty Vietnamese food with lots of different traditional tastes. Some of them unusual and some quite hot (especially the little green peppers) but overall very nice and you will be very full. Cheap. Service is efficient and mainly sign language if you don’t speak Lao or Vietnamese.

Authentic Vietnam-Lao style Nam Neung and Hot Pot.
This is my first visit after the border is open. The pork ball taste is kind of not the same that I can remember. The taste is somehow different not that delicious compare to before but still good tho.
Hot pot is highly recommended with the fresh river fish** and shrimp so so good in the rainy day.
Lots of people during the lunch and dinner time.
Service is 5/5. Cleanliness is 3/5

I love to eat the Vietnamese food of this restaurant. This is a one of whole my favorite restaurants, it’s a original one and has been operating for long time. I have to eaten many times with my family especially our special moments in the past. I think it’s food for the healthy because there has a lot of vegetables.
I really like the taste so much and it has been the same, moreover the price is cheap. I usually order the fish hot pot and Nam Neung that I highly recommend!

Had walked past many times and decided to drop in one Sunday lunchtime over my last couple of days in Vientiane.
More a large eating hall than a restaurant and appeared to be a very popular spot with locals.
Food was fresh, fast and delicious.
Chose a serving of Laos sausage and some egg and pork rolls.
Staff were fast and efficient and even though busy my food came out within 5-10 minutes.
Will definitely go back next time I’m in town.

11 out of 10! I love the soup with coconut mike the most as it’s rich in flavor. Light sweet with a super nice sense. Plenty of vegetables and truly popular among locals!

We had spring rolls, Namnueng, sausage and fish hotpot. Food tasted good 👍 lots of fresh vegetables.
I liked that they serve all kind of different sauces for each person. Stock for hotpot is sweet and we found out from hotel staff that they use coconut water in the soup as well. So that gives the soup natural sweetness. Staffs are attentive. It's just hot 🔥 this time of the year (35-40 Degree Celsius) and we're here during Thai and Laos New Year. Recommend 👍just watch carefully with vegetables as they maybe not washed properly but ours were fine.
