Němý Medvěd - Microbrewery & Beer Bar

In an old room we were able to get veggieburgers and yummy fries and beer. Loved it after 30 miles of cycling.

I trying only one burger from the menu wich was first option-Jack Daniels and I didn't like it much. Meat and bread were great, but burger has too much sauce and I couldn't taste burger but only this ketchup inside. But maybe next time will try some cheese or goat. Setvice is very friendly and very popular. Would advise to book table before.

We stopped for lunch on our way north from Prague. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. They had English menus. Burgers were fresh and delicious and the fries and dipping sauce were the best! Must stop!

The burger was very tasty! Don't expect to have many dishes on the menu, which is actually a good thing - you get a delicious burger, cooked to perfection, delivered fast! And there is excellent beer for any taste! So yeah, definitely a place worth visiting! The Bear has spoken :)

The atmosphere was cozy and nice, the beers were great, the service was very friendly with good English, and the burgers menu was interesting and appetizing. However, the promising burgers were only decent. The meat itself was too dry for me. They did not ask while taking the order what is my preferred level of doneness like they usually do, and I forgot to tell them that I like mine medium-rare. The goat cheese in the burger was over done and dry which made it lose its goaty taste, and the bun was "too elastic". So they planned it right, created nice combinations, but the execution could be improved.

A must-visit if you're in the area. Great beer, and fantastic food. I'm not much of a chips/fries person, but these were exceptional. (I ordered the 100g Hot Machete burger and it was delightfully spicy, and filling) 5/5 - will definitely visit if I find myself in Melnik again

Wow! What a super size hamburger. Although we like it medium, everything tasted really good! The french fries, beer and of course the hamburger itself. The guy who served us was super helpful and also funny and with great energy. We wished we could stay another night and come for another round.

Oriented place to hamburgers and crafted beer - I was delighted by service and food itself - Ale beer was one of the best I had and hamburger was large(think twice if you want 200g option I would be ok with 100g for standard dinner/lunch) recommending it o everyone who will b passing Melnik:))
