Hotel Nena Centro

We had a great stay and absolutely loved San Miguel de Allende. The Hotel Nena was a great spot to start our adventures each day. The shower was wonderful, and the room was very clean and simply appointed with good quality soap and shampoo. Wish the bed was a little more plush, but in fairness, some people like really firm mattresses. Our room, Mariana, on the first floor was cute, but it would have been nice to have some natural light. The breakfast was outstanding, a nice array of fruit, juice, coffee (could have been better), but then bread with pinapple marmalade and a variety of hearty options. Truly, once we set out on the day, we were full and in the absolute perfect area to begin our sightseeing.||I would definitely stay at the Nena Centro again and would recommend it to anyone visiting. Thanks for a great stay and place from which we could enjoy your wonderful city!

The attention to detail in the design is truly commendable.|One of the greatest advantages of Hotel Nena is its fantastic location. It is wonderfully walkable to the city center, allowing us to easily explore San Miguel's vibrant streets, iconic landmarks like the Parroquia, charming shops, and incredible restaurants on foot. Being able to step out and immediately immerse ourselves in the heart of the city was a huge convenience and added so much to our trip.|Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. The outdoor pool and terraces with city views offered lovely spots to relax and soak in the atmosphere.|For anyone planning a trip to San Miguel de Allende, we wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Nena. Perfect central location, delicious restarurant and great service. It was the perfect hotel for our adventures in the city. Very clean with great decor. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating! It was very chill and the rooftop was awesome. We would stay here again.

This was a gem of a Hotel! The staff, food, decor was top notch and it's conveniently located in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. Food was amazing, beds were comfortable and attention to detail is very apparent from the minute you walk in. We will definitely stay here again, many of the top rooftop terrazas are a short walk away, magical town to say the least. My 42nd birthday was a complete success!

We stayed four nights. The property is very nice. The location is excellent. The restaurant is decent. We stayed in a big suite with balcony. The balcony was nice but the chairs uncomfortable. It would be much better to have lounge chairs to enjoy the balcony. The views from the balcony are really just so so. We enjoyed the room. Fridge is needed. Water regulation in shower is challenging. Worst part is AC. It does not cool down the room to be comfortable for sleeping. It is comfortable by 3 AM after outside temps have dropped. Whoever maintained our room was inconsistent. Sometime water was not replaced. Nor shampoo. Breakfast was just ok. Staff at times were disorganized and could not keep orders straight. No espresso as machine was broken. Bed was a bud on the hard side but Ok. Pillows were so so.

Perfectly situated in the heart of San Miguel de Allende, this hotel offered an ideal base for exploring the city's colorful streets and historic sites. The staff consistently demonstrated warm hospitality, with attentive service that made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.|Our room was clean and conveniently located beside the pool area. While there was some ambient noise in the evenings, it consistently quieted down by 10pm, and our portable sound machine effectively masked any remaining sounds, ensuring peaceful nights.|The property features an excellent on-site restaurant, La Doña de San Miguel, which served delicious breakfast and lunch options on the ground floor. The restaurant's rooftop space was a particular highlight, offering breathtaking panoramic views that created the perfect setting for watching the sunset over the city's distinctive skyline.|We would definitely choose this hotel again for its prime location, friendly service, and overall excellent value.

I just wanted to give a high five to a staff member of this hotel. I didn’t book this place but they didn’t care, they saw me hurt from my ankle and they loaned me a pair of crutches to help me get to my Uber which was up and around the street pretty hard walk for someone on crutches. Anyway thank you so much for the help even though I was not your guest. I’m sorry that i didn’t ask for his name, I was in pain at that moment.

Very nice hotel.   Staff are all friendly and accommodating.  The rooms a good size with basic anmmenities, TV, heat/AC, minibar, couple of chairs, several drawers and space for hanging some clothes.  Bathroom is good sized with plenty of counter space and drawers for storage.  They offer some water in the bathroom for teeth brushing, etc.  Breakfast had 10 or so choices including both Mexican dishes and 2 egg dishes, all including fresh fruit, juice and bread.  The wi-fi was pretty good as we were able to stream videos without buffering.  Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting SMA.
