Had the genmaicha, Matcha Berry, and the London fog roll cake!!! It's my first genmaicha and it blew my taste buds away! The cake was divine! Came a second time and got the hoijicha latte!! It is perfect! I also got the strawberry roll cake and it was amazing! I’m going to get a full roll to share with family and friends for my birthday!

Amazing iced matcha latte! Hand whisked to perfection! I would definitely return. However the seating is a bit… funky. There is a back seating area that’s quite cozy, but the front seating area is a bit uncomfortable. They also impose a no laptop use time period which I appreciate

I’ve been going to Neo at the flagship store (Frederick and King) since 2017 or 2018, and it is one of the only cafe’s that I can say has kept up with their quality coffee and espresso drinks. Food is great, and never disappoints! If you’re ever in the area, come through - you’ll be sure to have a great experience!

Good Uji matcha, it’s a little pricier than avg but I think the quality reflects the price. Only thing worth noting is in the event they run out of milk during your drink pour, it’s worth to ask them to add extra. Was a little disappointed with the amount compared to how much I got when I went the day prior, but it’s on me for not checking. Gotta get the most out of the $7 CAD you spent!

The matcha berry cake here is probably one of the best pastries I’ve had! Highly recommend getting one of the pastries along the Japanese coffee here

We LOVE Neo. especially the location at Frederick st. We have been coming here for many years from Montreal and whenever we are in the area, we will make the detour even if it’s not in the way. They make the best egg sandwich and their Spring Sakura cake is my favourite!
