Good points:|The hotel is stylish, modern and clean. Staff were friendly. The location is out of the way but close to the acropolis, Plaka and a bunch of nice restaurants. Views from the rooftop bar are amazing.||Bad points:|The pool is microscopic and no longer has any loungers to make way for dining pods. ||The “mini suite” is just a plain lie. Putting a sofa in a tiny double room does NOT make it a mini-suite. Particularly when there is precious little wardrobe space and nowhere to put a suitcase other than on the bed or the sofa. ||The hill up to the hotel is steep! In the rain the road was too slippery to drive up so we had to walk up from the road below.||Taxi drivers can’t find it. ( I even had one argue that it wasn’t in Athens at all ) ||The breakfast was lovely 5 of the 6 days. But on the 6th the eggs were raw and smothered in balsamic vinegar and when we complained it all got rude and weird very quickly. Our cutlery was taken away and my wife was never supplied a replacement dish. ||Similarly, when two men took it on themselves to rearrange furniture on the rooftop bar directly above our heads (top floor room) and shout loudly to each other in the process at 4-5am reception was not contactable, (apparently our fault for foolishly assuming the reception button on the phone would call the reception)||Basically. Stylish, pleasant hotel with good breakfasts, but very cramped rooms and if there is a problem, don’t expect any ability to step up and handle it…

Neoma was a great place to stay in Athens if you are looking to visit most historical sites like the Acropolis. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable with all amenities. Definitely a place that I would recommend when staying in Athens.

We stayed at Neoma Oct 2-4 2025 before we went on a cruise. It was in a great location. The rooftop pool and bar were great with an awesome view of the Acropolis. The room was nice with a nice balcony. The front desk staff was great and helpful. Gave great restaurant suggestions. We felt safe walking around. The only drawback was the really steep hill up to the hotel. Breakfast was included. Very small hotel.

1 week i August. Very nice room, with most condiments. Nice neighborhood, and quiet.|And the view from the rooftop pool and the rooftop bar, is the best part of the hotel. Special thanks to the bar which is stocked to most needs, and cocktails are made to order. Another great part of the pool area and the height of the hotel (high up on the hillside) is the afternoon breeze.|Will recommend and would go again if in Athens.

Neoma is such a beautiful hotel. I would call it a small, boutique hotel. The high point is the stunning view from the roof top bar/pool area! Another high point to note is how kind the staff is…always ready to help. We especially enjoyed Forteni (the bar tender) at the roof top bar. She’s a treat! While I would say the location is great (centrally located), it is also a bit of a hike up hill to get there on foot. It’s definitely worth it and I would highly recommend!

My wife and I spent 2 nights at Neoma during our honeymoon and had a wonderful stay. The room had an amazing skyline view. the Acropolis was visible from the beautiful rooftop. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Centrally located within walking distance of main attractions. Would highly recommend Neoma!

Loved everything about Neoma - the view, service, food were all perfect. The music is just right so that you can talk, the food very good and well priced, the staff friendly and professional and the 360° view of Athens is just breathtaking. Thanks for an unforgettable evening!

Great hotel with a hotel bar that has an unbeatable view! The service is outstanding. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were spacious. I marked it down one star for location because even though it is close to everything, it is up a substantial hill. Athens has a lot of uneven streets, and if you sprain your ankle (guilty, as was another guest there at the same time), it can be tricky.
