Staff were very friendly and resort was amazing. Staff organised a birthday cake with candles and a letter for my sister without being made previously aware of the birthday. We asked for dinner recommendations for her birthday and came back to find birthday cake and card. Great selection of food and restaurants with ample sunbeds around the pools and beach for tanning. We had a late flight so staff collected our luggage from rooms and stored safely, allowing us to continue using the resort facilities. Also able to shower and freshen up in the departures lounge before heading to the airport.Overall great experience, would definitely go back.

Outstanding experience - the place is modern, clean, and so big to be sure that every day is different from the other if you spend a week there. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and want to delight. It is a paradise if you travel with kids - kids club can be with parents and has everything your kid may need: a nice mini water park, a great playground, a huge sandbox, activities with wonderful staff, etc. Toddlers have dedicated areas. Activities for kids in the evening are great. Pools are heated and with saltwater, indoor pool (separate from SPA) is accessible to kids, and and and. One note to truly nitpick is on drinks on the pools - cocktails could be more in choice and of better quality.. would still come back anytime ;)

From the moment we arrived at Neptune Luxury Resort, we felt like we had stepped into paradise. This beautiful Greek haven has become our absolute favorite holiday destination, and for good reason! The entire resort is immaculate — the gardens are lush and perfectly kept, the pools are sparkling clean, and every corner seems designed for relaxation and beauty. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and offer stunning views of the sea or gardens, making it hard to leave! What truly sets Neptune apart is the exceptional staff. Every single person we met was kind, warm, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. They greet you with a smile, remember your name, and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The food? Simply amazing. From the fresh breakfast buffets to the romantic dinners by the sea, everything is delicious and thoughtfully prepared. There’s something for every taste, and the variety ensures every meal is a delight. We come back every year and every time it feels like coming home. Neptune Luxury Resort isn’t just a hotel — it’s a place filled with heart, peace, and unforgettable memories. Thank you for always making our stay so special. We can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic time at Neptune Luxury Resort. The property is beautiful, with spacious rooms, perfectly kept gardens, and amazing pools. The whole resort feels peaceful, elegant, and very well-maintained. The service throughout was excellent—the staff were friendly, helpful, and always professional. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere at The Meating and The Taverna, both offering great service and a relaxing setting. This resort is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Kos. We’ll definitely be returning!

My husband and myself went to Kos with my daughter's family for four nights. They got a really nice, new/ renovated room. Sadly I booked a room with Seaview in the main hotel and paid about the same amount of money. It was definitely not worth the money we paid for it. Not renovated with furniture of the 80's. The bathroom also looked old and probably never changed after the hotel was built. The water in the shower would suddenly go cold and then hot again, on its own. Also, the room had a bad smell, despite us leaving the windows open, day and night. The air-conditioning, sometimes it worked and some other times it didn't. And it was noisy as well. And it was so hot.. The service. Some of the staff were really nice and polite as well as helpful. There was a waitress at the Odyssus bar and grill... if I was her boss I would send her packing. She was rude, she lied and didn't even apologise. At the reception, when we requested extended check out by about 3 hours, as our flight was at 6.30 pm, even though the room would be empty that day, they requested extra payment. After spending money in restaurants and drinks at the pool bar, as well as the overpriced room, on principle, we didn't want to pay. Other than that, the resort is nice. It has four pools, one for adults only. They also have ab amazing kiddie place with a shallow pool with slides, and other activities for young children. I have to say that all over the resort, it was clean. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. If I ever went back, I would definitely not stay at the main building of the hotel. And there is no beach.

Neptune Luxury Resort is truly our second home—we come back every year, and it never disappoints! I always visit with my grandparents, and it's the perfect place for all ages to relax and enjoy quality time together. The resort is always spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Special thanks to the safety guard, who always makes us feel safe, and to Marianna and Nikos in the main restaurant for their warm, attentive service. We absolutely love dining at Osteria, our favorite extra restaurant—it’s a must-try. The rooms are modern, stylish, and comfortable, and the resort is so well-equipped that there’s really no need to leave the property if you just want to relax. The on-site shops are great too—everything from souvenirs to essentials, all in one place. For the best experience, I recommend visiting in May or late September, when the weather is perfect and the resort feels especially calm and peaceful. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to come back again next year!

Pros: 1. The resort is beautiful. 2. The room was comfortable, spacy and clean. 3. The swimming pools were very clean and not too crowded. 4. The evening shows were fantastic. 5. Breakfast was very tasty and reach. Cons: 1. Dinner at the main restaurant is not very good and very expressive (39€ pp and it doesn't even include any drink). 2. There aren't too many dinner options around the hotel. 3. The 4 restaurants inside the hotel will not let you in without reservation even if there is room and the are very expressive. The service in the Italian restaurant is very slow. 4. The service in the MEAting restaurant is terrible and they cant even make a burger right. 5. Some workers in the main restaurant look unhappy with their job and will not get you coffe even after asking for it three times. 6. Unhappy atmosphere all arround the hotel, there isn't even music arround the pools,
