Neptune Luxury Resort

Had a fantastic second stay at this wonderful hotel! The staff are always so friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The facilities are top-notch, and I was thrilled to see the new check-out lounge and showers—such a great touch for guests. I even got a lovely room upgrade with stunning sea views, which made the stay even more special. This place is the perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. I’ll definitely be back!

We spent a wonderful week at the Neptune Resort and were overall satisfied with our stay. The food was fantastic – varied, fresh, and delicious every day. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel truly at home. The resort is located right by a beautiful, clean beach with crystal-clear water – perfect for swimming, relaxing, or just enjoying the view. The entire property is very well maintained, from the immaculate rooms to the spotless public areas. You can tell that cleanliness is taken seriously here. The pool areas are spacious and inviting, with plenty of loungers available, and the gardens are beautifully landscaped, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The only small downside was that the “double bed” consisted of two single beds pushed together, which created a noticeable gap in the middle. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality beach holiday on Kos.

This was a late decision to come here and we have never stayed at a resort before but we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and this place looked amazing. It lived up to the hype. Everywhere you can see the attention to detail. The breakfast selection was out of this world and the staff here were so friendly and attentive. I have no bad words to say and we will most definitely be coming here again. Thank you so much for an unforgettable time.

Second time I’m here and I love every second of it. Great staff beautiful place. I arrived at about 11 in the morning and the room was not ready yet. I think the travel agencies is to blame. I did get a bottle of wine on my table and two drinks vouchers for the lobby bar, unfortunately I don’t drink wine. But the place is a real resort and they advertise with 5 stars and they serve 5 stars.thank you so much for having us. Compliments to the staff. Lots of love

We are writing this review on our last day at the hotel. Beginning from the smallest detail, everything was carefully thought-out. We felt the luxury experience in every aspect of our stay. From the newly-renovated rooms, restaurant layout, quality of the equipment, attentivenese of the staff to the cleanliness of the every inch of the facility including pools, it was the best hotel we have ever stayed. Anastasia at the breakfast hall even brought us sliced ginger for the throat infection we have been battling. Room keeping staff’s attentiveness and professionalism was also remarkable. We appreciate that. If you plan to visit Kos, Neptune is definitely recommended.

We had a good week eventhough it was the end of the season. We liked the sports, pools, the food and the service. We had two twin beds which was very sad and the room in general was small. Would recommend though.

We stayed at the Neptune Luxury Resort & Spa for 5 nights during our trip to Kos, and this was by far the highlight of our stay on the island. Unlike other so-called “5-star” hotels we had tried before, this one truly deserves every single star and even goes beyond expectations.||The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, spotless, with high-quality bedding and Clarins bathroom products, which is a real plus. The resort itself is stunning, almost like a little village with several pools, palm trees, elegant pathways, a lovely sandy beach, and very nice facilities throughout. The kids club is fantastic, with excellent equipment and a team who clearly care about the children.||We had half-board, with breakfast and dinner at the main buffet restaurant. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and real quality. We also tried the Italian à la carte restaurant, which we really enjoyed.||More than anything, the staff made the difference, always respectful, kind, and genuinely attentive, which was not always the case in other hotels we stayed at on the island. Entertainment was also very well managed, with quality evening shows in a beautiful theatre, varied enough for both adults and children, without ever feeling overwhelming or too much.||The only small downside is the presence of some mosquitoes in the evening, but the hotel provides window screens and even anti-mosquito plugs in the rooms, which shows how much attention they put into every detail.||Overall, this hotel gave us exactly what we were looking for: peace, quality, and a true 5-star experience. We loved it so much that we would return to Kos just to stay at this resort again. Congratulations to the Neptune Luxury Resort & Spa for genuinely taking care of their guests, they truly know how to provide an exceptional stay.

We had a truly perfect stay at Neptune Luxury Resort! Everything was outstanding – from the beautiful resort grounds and spotless rooms to the excellent restaurants and the relaxing spa. The entire staff deserves praise: everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional – from the reception and the waiters to the housekeeping team.
