This place is amazing. It has a great toddler section and also a big pool for the older kids kids. You are allowed to bring in food but not a cooler. you can bring a cooler and leave it outside the gate which we did and only had water in it. you can either buy food from the concession stand outside the pool area it was expensive and didn't have very many options or you can bring in your own food which we did. We were able to bring in bread, peanut butter, jelly, chips and crackers. the price for the average person to get in was $8 I think it was cheaper for 3 and under. I was staying in Georgia on vacation with the intentions of going to another Park in a different area and once I discovered Neptune Park we ended up going there every day except for Tuesday which they are closed. I live in Jacksonville and would definitely make the trip up there from Jacksonville it's about an hour and a half but well worth the trip. I've been to the big water park in Jacksonville in comparison I like Neptune Park better for younger kids. they have multiple lifeguards around the toddler section and also multiple lifeguards around the main pool. outside of the pool area is a kids play park, which is pretty nice. Also multiple picnic tables under tree umbrellas are located right outside the pool area. It is also right on the water so beautiful views and a great breeze.

My family and I have been coming to SSI for 4 years, and have visited the pool at Neptune Park every year. It has always been clean and well-managed. This year we arrived and were told the kiddie pool with the slides was closed. My daughter decided she still wanted to swim, so we paid the almost $10 a person anyway. We got there about an hour after opening, and the pool was very dirty. The water was insanely cloudy, and there was dirt all over the bottom, and floating in the water. I reluctantly got in with my daughter for a while, but even she had enough when she discovered gum stuck all over the ladder steps. It was so crowded that you couldn’t even find a spot in the pool. This favorite spot of ours really disappointed us this year. We paid almost $30 and left after an hour.

I am always on the lookout for fun, affordable activities for my kids, and I can't recommend the Neptune Park Fun Zone Pool enough! This waterpark is an absolute gem tucked away in the coastal area. Right from the start, I appreciated the affordability - with very reasonable admission prices, especially for my two young elementary schoolers. And the ability to bring our own drinks and snacks saved us a bundle compared to other waterparks. But the real highlights are the wonderful amenities and attention to safety. My kids delighted in the various splash areas, waterslides, and the large main pool - all well-maintained and staffed with diligent lifeguards ensuring everyone's safety. A unique perk is being able to enjoy the pool fun while still getting a lovely view of the nearby beach! It provides a fun contrast. There's also plenty of shaded areas for breaks from the sun. The snack options on-site were affordable and tasty, though I appreciated having the flexibility to bring our own as well - note that this is only allowed for small one-person sizes cooler and it should be kept in your bag when arriving. Overall, Neptune Park Fun Zone Pool exceeded my expectations as an awesome family-friendly waterpark. My kids had an absolute blast, and I felt comfortable thanks to the safe, clean environment. It's now on our list of must-visit summer spots! Highly recommended for an affordable, fun-filled day.

Best bang for your bucks. Plenty of life guards. Beautiful views. You can bring cooler but has to be left at gate. Food on site. Also mini golf. Does close around 5:30

This place is great! Both my toddlers loved it. Water slides/splash area were the favorite area for my kids, even I enjoyed the slides. However there is no traditional splash pad area where toddlers can walk around and enjoy water play independently. The pool does has a shallow entrance where my youngest enjoyed sitting around splashing and kicking without being held. Be aware that children 3 and under require a swim diaper regardless of being potty trained so bring your own or purchase one on site for $2. Military discount also available on entrance fee.

This is a great public pool at Saint Simons Island, near the pier and Lighthouse. They have on duty lifeguards - which is very nice. It has a lot of different pools, water activities and seating areas. It costs per person per day, but you can buy punch cards that make it fairly cheap. Highly recommended for the whole family! Photo included to show how cool it is!

I love it. Grandkids love it. We pack a picnic and snacks and drinks. Bring beach towels and sunblock. You can bring a wagon in the gate with your stuff in it.
