Neptuno’s Club is a fantastic spot for seafood lovers. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, perfect for both a relaxed lunch or a fun evening out. Their fresh seafood dishes are beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff is attentive and professional, making you feel well taken care of. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience. We spent a few hours completely unaware of time, watching the sunset. I walked down the steps into the ocean and saw many different fish. The restaurant is right on the water, and the experience was truly extraordinary😍

Grossly overpriced 3x than reasonal prices. Service sub standard especially with the extra premium prices, menus old and dirty, service is poorly managed, tables without menus, no one to ask for drinks or food unless you grab passing waiters. The hostesses were rude and honestly, I am not sure if they know anything about the restaurant they work for, not helpful at all and entitled. The ceviche was good but not $40 good. Very sad. Left after waiting an hour for just the appetizer.

The ambience truly cannot be beat. It was such a beautiful restaurant overlooking the water. And our waiter was super nice. The food was amazing although a bit pricey. Everyone should be aware that there is a 30% added tax to the final bill.

Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I went with 6 family members, expecting to enjoy a nice meal by the sea, but from the moment we arrived, things went downhill. First, the entrance policy is completely absurd: two of my relatives were wearing closed Crocs sandals, and in order to be allowed in, the staff required them to remove their socks. Nobody could give us a reasonable explanation for this rule. How is it possible that a restaurant located literally on the beach does not allow this kind of footwear? It makes no sense at all. Second—and most importantly—the food was terrible. We ordered 6 different dishes, and every single one was poorly prepared, tasteless, and low quality. None of us could finish our meals. Paying high prices for food this bad, along with such disrespect toward customers, is simply unacceptable. In conclusion: if you want to waste your money and leave disappointed, go to Neptuno . But if you are truly looking for good food, good service, and a pleasant experience, this is definitely NOT the place.

What an amazing spot! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent, and we were impressed that the chef personally came out to talk with us about the sourcing of the proteins used in their dishes—a thoughtful touch that shows real pride in their craft. The setting is absolutely stunning. The restaurant has a beautiful open layout with steps leading directly into crystal-clear water, so you can literally go for a swim right next to your table. The atmosphere was bright, inviting, and filled with positive energy, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was just as impressive—they even changed our plates halfway through the meal to keep everything fresh and clean. It’s those little details that make the experience truly exceptional. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, outstanding service, and an unforgettable view.

Honestly one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten when considering food quality, price, atmosphere, and service. I would caution, that by DR standards this place is very expensive. We spent $700 USD for 8 people. A similar caliber restaurant in a US resort town would likely have been closer to $2500. I thought the food was amazing, especially the ceviche mix to. The restaurant was stunning. We went after dark and the outside dining was perfect. During the day you can take a quick swim and enjoy the on-site showers to rinse off. The chef and owner both took time to chat with us about the restaurant, the area, and of course baseball.

I gave four stars just because of the food. The atmosphere was great, even when we went during the night on a Monday it seemed like a great place and good service. About the food, we ordered fried calamari as an appetizer, and I think the portion was small. The food was good but not great FOR THE PRICE. It's an expensive place. I ordered a seafood penne and 2 beers and I ended paying more than $70 USD. I think the quality needs to improve to charge that kind of money.
