When you travel a lot for work, things that you value are a good nights sleep, for example. And things that you’d expect that a high and hotel would be able to provide is a good nights sleep, but not this hotel!
Two nights in a row (if you have to work on weekends and need sleep DONT COME HERE) they had something they called a ”private party” at the lobby level. Sounded more like a nightclub. I was too floors above and could easily recognize all of the songs playing. Disturbing my sleep, two nights in a row.
So, the hotel was willingly hosting events that was disturbing guests at night, the building isn’t even close to soundproofing the whole thing. But that’s not the worst part. The worst part was the staffs complete ignorance when you called them several times, ask them to turn down, turn down the bass, can I switch rooms? After a while they just started lying about the problem being taken care of….
So yeah, I thought this was important to share.
