I recently visited the Nespresso Boutique on Lincoln Road in South Beach, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I have visited over 10 Nespresso locations around the world and usually go to the Aventura store, where I’ve always had a pleasant experience. However, my visit to this location on Sunday, April 21, at 4:53 p.m., was unlike any other. The staff member who processed my order was arrogant, pretentious, and cold. After my purchase, I asked for a sample, but instead of helping me, he called someone else to assist. The second person informed me that they were only offering samples to drink in-store. I wasn’t interested in sampling anything at the moment since I’d already had my after-lunch coffee, so I thanked them, got my capsules, and left. The store was nearly empty, with just one other customer in the back, so it’s not like they were too busy to help. The entire experience felt unwelcoming, and the staff seemed indifferent to providing good customer service. I expected more from Nespresso, given my previous experiences at other locations. This interaction was a stark contrast to what I’ve come to expect from the brand, and I don’t think I’ll be visiting this particular location again. I hope Nespresso looks into this and improves the customer service at this store. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, and my experience here was far from satisfactory.

Nespresso at Lincoln Road Miami Beach. I work for an airline company and when I experience great customer service, I just have to give my review. As I walked into the store, my daughter and I were greeted by a lovely lady, Elizabeth! We were looking for a smooth espresso, and she began to describe a new Jean Imbert "unforgettable double espresso" which has the cereal notes, smooth enough for an espresso martini...well, that grabbed our attention! She went on to tell us about the almond croissant espresso, just like going into a bakery, and we were instantly sold! She is the epitome of customer service. We will definitely return to the same store to buy more espressos, not only because the coffee was great, but moreover because we've had such a great experience and we want Elizabeth to be our coffee connoisseur! She knows her product well! Thank you!!!

Went to the bar to get an iced coffee and it was the worst coffee I haven’t ever drank. I love the machines but if you want to go there to get a good cup of coffee I would not stop here. Although the workers were very sweet. (Specifically got the white chocolate raspberry and brown sugar spice)

Usually, they are nice, but the specific manager today, Friday, Nov 15, in the morning, horrible. I'm still shaking with her nasty look that she gave me just because I said, "Oh no, that particular coffee is my favorite!!!! when she was explaining the worker ( all ready taking a bit longer than I expected because he was in training), taking my order that coffee was out of stock

The staff have no sense of urgency. Not a place to go if you are already have a nespresso machine and want sleeve refills. They are marketing towards selling machines to new customers and we’re not helpful. I knew that I wanted 3 sleeves ahead of time but still had to put my name in and wait 20 minutes before I could be “served” while in the meantime no one offered me any coffee and I wasted my whole lunch break trying to make a simple errand. I’ll be ordering it online from now on.
