NESS BY D-OCEAN

We stayed at Ness by D-Ocean for our honeymoon and we had a great time. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, clean. The hotel is situated literally on the beach and you can walk from your room to the sea in a couple of minutes, just incredible ! The breakfast was very nice. The hotel cat is a bonus :)

cool space, very clean, and great location on the beach! is a very quiet place to stay, really recommend! the pool is really nice. the beach is a bit rocky, but you have a nice view of the marine flora and founa, very buitiful!

Spectacular seaview room! Glorious dreamy views to wake up to. Romantic unique lil vibey resort. My hubby took me there for my 50th. Exceptional memories to treasure 4eva! So impressed by super special treatment. Loved the lavish stylish decor. The pool breakfast dinner service...the entire resort is alluring to the heart.

We spent 2 nights as a family of 4, with 2 inter-connected rooms. Great hotel, great service and great food (breakfast & dinner - legine is a great fish) at the restaurant by the sea. Friendly and professional staff. For families staying for longer periods, I would only recommend that the hotel add a bit more variety on the dinner menu. The snorkelling opposite the hotel is good (a little bit of current so best to stay with younger kids). Nice sea side break from the awesome "cirques".

All in all a very chic Hotel with direct Access to the Beach. The rooms where very generously sized and had a nice ambience. |Unfortunately there are not enough places (Especially not enough umbrellas) at the pool and at the beach, so our stay bekamen a Daily challenge for pool beds. Another issue we felt very annoyed by was the tremendous amount of Young children that were jumping and Screeming around the Pool (around 20 Children, i do not exaggerate) Even though there were clear Pool rules written everywhere. Neither the parents Not the Hotel Staff seemed to care. Even at the breakfast area children were Running around, screaming and touching food without taking it from the Buffet in the end. |In my opinion the hotel is not made for a lot of children as there are no specific Children areas or playing facilities for them. Either it should be made clear for Future Clients that it is a specific family friendly Hotel or they should make it adults only what would fit the whole Concept definetly better. |So all in all not a very pleasant relaxing stay although the hotel and the Location could be! I would Not Come back (especially not as a Young couple).

This is my second time staying at the Ness Hotel for a long business trip. The quality of their service was impeccable! Every person at the hotel (employees at the front desk, the restaurant + bar staff, the meeting services group + the cleaning crew) was extremely professional and service oriented. They are courteous, quick to respond to requests and always ready with a smile!!

We spent 2 nights here last week at this hotel. Overall the hotel is nice with a great location. I had asked for an early check-in which in Singapore is standard, usually 4 hours early and 4 hours late as a late checkout - This is standard and free in most hotels. I was shocked to be told the room was ready for us to move in but there would be a charge of EUR 90. All we were doing was placing bags in room and going to eat at the restaurant. This is very greedy and unnecessary by the hotel management so of course we went to eat at the hotel. After we arrived in the room we noticed there was no working wifi and the door of our ground floor room wouldn't lock properly - these were fixed reasonably quickly by the handyman. Other than this the drains were a bit smelly but overall we had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms are quite nice and the food and restaurants are nice, although not much choice for drinks. The breakfast was excellent and all of the staff were very helpful. Excellent access to the beach and a nice pool. This is an expensive hotel though charging 5* prices for 4* hotel. We may stay again but are likely to try somewhere else next time.
