Nesuto Canberra Apartment Hotel

We have stayed there many times and find it the perfect spot to stay in Canberra. The location is ideal - within walking distance of almost everything we want and also very close to buses going all over Canberra. |We love the swimming pool and the fact that it is an indoor pool so we can use it any time we go there, summer or winter. |The staff are always extremely courteous and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble for them.|We will definitely be back.

I was looking for a place to stay for just one night and, not being very familiar with Canberra, drove up from Sydney with my son. We were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the accommodation was. For the price we paid, it definitely exceeded our expectations. The city centre is just a short 5min walk from the hotel, making it a perfect choice for us. Now we know exactly where to stay on our next trip

Apartment was older style but very neat and tidy. Kitchen had everything we needed and location is around the corner from Canberra Centre and restaurants. It was also very quiet. Bathroom is small but suited our needs. Parking available and staff were very friendly and helpful.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in - avoid. Very dated, dirty floors (including pieces of a broken wine glass in one room), old gym equipment, and a pool that is arduous to get to; you can’t take a lift direct to it, but have to go to level 7 then climb two flights of grimy stairs. The only redeeming qualities are (1) location, and (2) the reception staff; they are friendly and helpful, but are let down by a lack of investment by the owners for many long years.

Scrupulously clean room, with everything I needed. The furnishings are a little dated, but in good condition. The bathroom had obviously been touched up recently and was very clean and fresh. The staff at reception were lovely even at my very late check-in.

Comfortable accommodation, with good facilities in a great central location. Sofa/sofa bed is a little tired and carpet could be more thoroughly vacuumed. Loved the heated indoor swimming pool. Great value for this style of accommodation in central Canberra.

Staff were friendly and welcoming on our arrival. Rooms were presented well with a kitchen, washing machine, dryer and a spacious bathroom. Beds were comfortable and all linen provided.|Close walk to a wide variety of shops and plenty to see and do close by.||Would stay again.

We come her during multicultural festival.Love location .I hav decided NEVER to come her again.Beds are horrible to sleep on.Im awake all night tossing and turning. I just hate Its not worth as much They have to change the beds asap
